Worst service ever!! They are a scam! If I could give them zero stars I would!

I was in a horrible accident this passed week. I worried about my belonging in my vehical. When I went to pick up my personal effects, all items were accounted for.The tow yard was clean and secure. The person there ( Olga ) was most helpful and very friendly. This is a well run operation.Thank you Olga and Al & Sons Towing.

Absolute Scam. Don’t trust the positive reviews; theyre most likely people who were very desperate and any help would’ve swayed them. They act all nice at first and bait you into trusting them. Everything seems fine until you see the absurd cost of towing and storage. They stop releasing cars after 5 pm which makes it difficult to obtain the car depending on your situation. Towing my car 7 miles cost 200-300$ and the storage was 60-70$ per day. They don’t tell you anything until after your car is in their possession, but then it’s too late.

The man who towed my car recommended that I keep my car at their shop. Since I was still a little shook after being hit by another car, I took his advice. However, little did I know, the cost for towing the car less than 10 miles was 300$ and the cost for storing my car at the shop was 65$ a night. I couldn’t even pick up my car the next day because it was Labor Day. I ended up paying around 600$ for the towing and storage, but I still had to tow my car back to my house which cost less than 60$ from my insurance (which I only have 10 miles free)

Great Tow Yard with honest family run practices.All the negative reviews must be from people who dont pay their registration and get DUIs.They handle your car with professional care, and know exactly what they are doing. Apparently theyve been in business for a long time and its no wonder why.Theyre professional, mom&pop demeanor, and treat you with respect.The trucks are well maintained to. Cleanest tow truck Ive even seen and rode inside of.Theyre always looking detailed

Update 2/8/19 so apparently this tow company would not release my moms car to get fixed, they were demanding some paperwork that even my insurance company said was weird, they also called my mom and tried to get her to agree to total out the car and even sent her paperwork Regarding this. These people are not only thieves but A holes.1/30/19. They are Thieves!! they took money out of my moms car after her car accident and tried to lie about it. The owner tried yelling at me about it. Don’t use them. They are thieves!!!

Al and Sons are a great family owned business. I play in a band, our rig was rear ended. The police called Al & Sons. After reading reviews I asked to for our trailer to be dropped off at a different tow service, we talked and he explained that many of the bad reviews are from people with DUI’s. We decided to leave our wrecked trailer with them. Anthony was very helpful and gave us waters as we unloaded the trailer in the hot sun. I highly recommend them.

Don’t trust them. Avoid them if possible. Outrageous prices and they try to keep your car for as long as possible so they can profit from their 65$ per day for storage policy.

Olga was very helpful and professional. We recommend using al and sons towing for your towing needs.

The owner was rude and didnt answer any of my questions that I had about my vehicle. And in top of all that he just hung up on me smh worst towing company Ive ever been to.

So my Car Wasnt Even Impounded A Full 30 Hours And When I Retrieved It It was non stop bogging! I pulled car out to check it and my nose panel, air intakes, and my radiator bracket was unbolted/ or loose. I know for a fact they are theives because there is no way all different components somehow came off when it was sitting there only 30 hours. I would never recommend this place to anybody and anyone that had ever fallen the same fate as me should step up against this company! it isnt right they do that to people and yet are contracted with the police. Thats corrupt and very unproffesional. If anybody hears the rumors about this place being theives it is absolutely true!!

Not sure what people are complaining about these people gave me a great quote and got to me before there eta expired. Customer service was great from the dispatcher to the tow truck driver. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks Al & Sons!!!!!

They are thief. they stolen everything valuable in your car

Theyre very honest family run business my car got impounded for some reason always heard that things come up missing theyve had my car twice and 7 years havent had a problem nothing ever missing no dents that they did anyway fast service they dont waste time

Be very careful when having your vehicle towed there....I didnt have a choice in the matter... but they stole from my vehicle....I cant say due to a pending police investigation...but the idiots messed with the wrong vehicle since I know many officers that work for Pomona PD and will do every thing they can to bust these fools who stole from my vehicle....make sure you take pictures of your vehicle if possible like I did...so I know what was stolen...and what was stolen was more then 400 dollars which is a felony...idiots.

I was recently in an accident and my car taken here. I had over a $1000 in cash still in the car when I went to get my belongings. Very trustworthy!

They steal your property in your car, your money your wallet and anything valuable! When they ask you to sign make sure you checked your car first!

Rip Off, Gyp-Joint for sure! Stole our car, then when we went to pick it up the young kid working there says (SORRY I cant give it back to you now we closed at 5:00pm.) BUT IT WAS ONLY 4:45pm on my cell phone. He said he doesnt go by no cell phone time, he goes by his time! Come back tomorrow after we charge you another $54.00. Al & Sons Towing Inc., 2810 Valley Blvd, Pomona, CA 91768 Shame on you!!! HOPE YOU CHOKE AND DIE on the money you extort out of hard working people!!!

They held my car hostage while they berated me verbally. All I asked was how long this was going to take and that set them off. There response was it would take as long as they wanted it to. How do you deal with businesses like this? Im sure they were just having a bad day...

This place is the absolute worse the rates are ridiculous, all i wanted was to get things out of my car and it was a big hassle

My car was towed at 11:55 pm on Saturday night and since theyre closed on weekends I was charged for 3 days on Monday when I went to pick it up.The clerk was also in desperate need of an attitude adjustment.
