Prices here are way to high. An oil change is $79.99; (Jiffy Lube charges $94.00 with a $20.00 off coupon. Bringing your cost to $74.00) They are basically charging the same as the competitors. I wish they still offered a free car wash with oil change. Now it’s just $5.00 off a car wash service.The cashier wasn’t rude but just not very attentive, train employees on better customer service, eye contact is a good start.

Bad experience. Ended up doing the oil change myself. I usually do it myself but I wanted to get a car wash as well so I took it to this place. They took my car in charged me for the oil change and car wash and then they told me they couldnt do the oil change because the drain plug was stripped. I told them I would buy the drain plug from auto zone (literally next door) to this place and the guy said no because the oil pan wasnt going to hold the drain plug. Im still waiting for my refund to hit my account. Cashier didnt know how to do it she made several calls to the manager for help. I bought everything at auto zone and the drain plug. Drain plug came off easily and the new plug went in easy. They need better technicians.

Fairly priced service. Make sure to tip . Those guys work in the heat all day for min wage. Dont fall for the higher price package. The basic and the 20.99 wash is sufficient.

I went for a normal wash yesterday and I my car still looks dirty. Do not recommend. I gave them 3 trys! there was always more than one thing that I brought up about the wash. Yesterday was it. Not going back

It was an ok experience they didn’t vacuum inbtw the seats and small gaps were still not clean they have loads of improvement to do.

This place is way over priced for the quality of work and is so slow. I waited two hours for a oil change and basic car wash. They placed my black car in the sun for 20 mins before they attempted to dry it. Every few minutes they would spray it down with a hose 😒

Literally a scam, and didn’t wash my car right, charged me 52 for an oil change when they have 3 different prices and I got the basic oil change that says oil filter included, but still charged me an extra 22 for a ‘’special filter’‘ I drive a 2015 Toyota Corolla. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for car wash or oil change, I’m never coming back.

This makes twice I’ve had to take my car back after I got off work, have to redo the windows they are so streaky and so foggy I can’t even see out of them when the lights go through them I will never go back to this place again and I recommend nobody else does either.

I have taken my car there numerous times and have been reasonably happy with the wash. I in fact bought 4 and got 2 free.So last Thursday I took my 280 zx to get a luxury wash. 25.99In my accessory plug I had the charging case and my almost new Apple iPods In them.Saturday I went to my car to get them and the case was there but the ear pieces were missing.That is the last place I had them the car came home and was looked every where in my my car until I checked as thoroughly as I couldI know I tip the people who dry my car do the tire dressing etc but either at the front end or at the back end they have a thiefI noticed on a previous time the change in my ash tray was missing.After looking at other reviews it seems I’m not the only one having things missing. Almost 10% of reviewers say that as well.This needs to be rectified or this business will not survive

Took my car their today. waited 1 hour for my car to be done, for a basic hand wash. did a very poor job and THEY STOLE ALL OF MY CHANGE!!! unfortunately I didnt notice till I was already almost home. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS TRASHY PLACE.

They took 2 hours to do an oil change and standard car wash. I Could have done both myself in 30 minutes. Additionally, the car wash was advertised as free with a $19.99 oil change. However, it came with a $9.99 labor fee. This effectively made the bill pay for the car wash. Ridiculous and deceptive. Overall experience was unacceptable and I WILL NOT be returning to this establishment.

Very over price and services not so great

Charged me $100 to detail a Toyota Corolla. Told me it would be 1 hour. After 3 hours of the owner telling your car will be ready in a few minutes. They will be pulling it around front... 3 HOURS!!! The car looked like crap. They left so much armor-all on everything, it was literally dripping of the interior. The tire were so greasy, just driving home made it splatter all over the side of the car and left it dirtier than when I brought it in. I went in and spoke to the owner, showed him the crap job they did...He offered nothing and refused to refund me the money.I waited 3 hours and spent $100 for a crap car wash.I will never return...

Brought my car in and paid $21.99 for a crappy car wash. Windows on the inside not done right esp. the edges. Inside of car not wiped well. There is still dust. My rims were still dirty. Had to go home and clean them. I do not recommend this place.

This place has become amazing after new management has taken over. So friendly and customer oriented. They did an excellent job with my car. It will be my number 1 car wash to go to.

Wouldn’t recommend to waste your money here, i took my car in, paid for the $35 wash and tbh i could’ve done a better job on my own. My car was poorly detailed, there was dust still on it, tire shine wasn’t wiped on right, also the leather conditioner was left in pretty much smeared all over the place. Very disappointed for the amount paid and the poor job done.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Waited for over an hour for one of the worst car washes of my life (early morning hardly any customers there). They use the same dirty rags to clean the windows and surfaces, the exterior of the car was still dirty and wasnt dried completely so additional dirt and spots settled on the paint. The inside attempt to clean was sub par. Again a dirty rag was used to wipe down my leather and surfaces leaving a white dirty residue on everything. I am literally going to have to take my car to be washed AGAIN at a place that values their customers and a j ob well done!.

This place is unbelievably SLOW. Been waiting for an hour and the car hasnt even been through the wash yet. I pulled right up to the vacuums. It shouldnt take over an hour to vacuum a midsized vehicle.

They suck!! They threw the truck mats on the hood and the pokie rubber things under the mat scratched the hood, they didnt wipe the dashboard correctly and was left with dust, they didnt wipe the windows right & were left with streaks, they also didnt vacuum the carpet all the way and I paid for a full service car wash ($30+) for them to armor all the dashboard, center console & to armor all the tires as well and also paid ($5 more) for the mats to be washed that was the only good thing done...I think they did a crappy job because my truck was one of the last ones before they closed but I went in around 30 min before closing so I think thats still plenty of time for them to do their job correctly or if they couldnt do everything I asked for they should have said were closing soon and dont have the time, I even gave the 2 guys a $8 TIP for a 10 min job they did between both of them... IM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN EVER!!!! I dont recommend any body to go there & I truly feel bad for the business owner because his workers are doing a bad job and making him loose business and get bad reviews too

So I came here because my car got egged & I wanted a good wash. Never been but always passed by so I thought, why not? So not only was it kind of expensive, the service was horrible. I waited 2 hrs for my car to get washed & when I finally made it home I look at the front of my car AND THE EGG ON MY GRILL & BUMPER WAS STILL THERE. How in the hell do you guys wash the cars, my god Jesuss sandals were probably cleaner than the CRUMMY car wash I was given. Horrible. If anyone wants a gr8 car wash for less, go to Bonita Country Car Wash in San Dimas, CA. Its fast and my car always looks amazing. Thats all I have to say. Lol

Very slow and rude. Took them 35 minutes for a regular wash and they didnt vacuum or shampoo like I I asked, I had to remind them and it took an extra 20 minutes after all of that they didnt even put in the air freshener that I paid for.

I worked here and they dont require you to clean the cars too good compare to speed way in Chino CA they wont chew you out if u leave a car some what dirty cheaper than speed way but if it where me Id prefer to take my car to Chino they are more picky about how cars should leave thier lot

This is the most unprofessional business in Pomona. Rude people, no manager onsite, the waiting time is ridiculous. Workers get complaints left and right and there is no one here to handle the issues. Avoid this place!

Paid 50 bucks to shampoo the seats and clean inside car. They told me it would take an hour or so. It took more than 2 hours. When I got my car back it didnt look too clean from the inside. And they left soap stains. Bad service!

Do not take your car there employees dont care about customers cars they damage my rims front bumper and bottom plastic drove back around the other way they tought I was not going to notice when I told the manager IRA she said she would pay for the damage I Been calling and going for the past 3 months they say shes not there or they make up lies she would be back on a couple of days I left her messages didnt reply she finally calls me back 3 months later saying shes not going to pay me because its been 3 months since this happen and she lies saying she was calling trying to get a hold of me and nothing but lies coming from her mouth...

Took over an hour to wash my car today also when I got my car half my change was missing I confronted the manager because the owner had left they went to the vacuum system I got part of my change back but you don’t accidentally vacuum up about seven dollars and change that no apology owner never called me horrible service there and are thieves obviously the vacuum of change and they go back to the vacuum canister later and collect it
