Wash is good, but the machine where you pay never works. Has not worked anytime I have been there. Would be 5 stars if the pay machine worked.

I will never come here again. Closer to my house so I wanted to try it. I Paid for $12 wash, but was not worth it at all. I didn’t notice any difference and nothing extra. Advertised “Dry and Shine” which is nothing but the same blower that all the other cars got when they pulled out!!! So I guess it blows harder, I don’t know. My car was still dripping water, windows not clean, suds still on my mirror. To top it off I’m told by the attendant “for the $12 if I have time I help” !! Really?!? I want my money back! Back to Fontana I go.

I always purchase the $12 wash, I really appreciate them washing down the car first before it goes in the wash and I love how they come and clean your wheels for you with that purchase wash.

Doesnt matter what option you select, the least expensive seems to be given. The secondary cleanup and fluids are usually missing and the water softener is inexistent, thus youll have new watermarks all over the vehicle.

Bought a groupon for 3 wash deal. They validated the first wash and didnt let me in any more. Complete waste of my money. If they up on technology, the employees should be aware. The employees just said come back again till there is an employee that knows this system. No good sorry guys but update please.

Joy Express Carwash is my new favorite car wash. When I pulled in, the attendant was friendly right off the bat and after the initial wash, he was waiting for me by the vacuums to show me where I could wait while they finished up the interior. I started talking with the owner inside and he was also friendly and accommodating--I felt like a regular even though it was my first time there.

Came here wanted to give a new business a try. I got the plantium wash for $12 basically you go through a machine like the gas station. Nothing special then you vacum your own car! Apparently you have to pay $19 total to have it vacuumed which I wouldnt mind paying but no where does it state $19 cost. The attendee was nice enough to vacum for me at no extra cost since I didnt know I told him I would pay but he said no its fine. I will give him the difference in tip. Like I said I wouldnt mind paying. The only reason Im giving the business 3 stars is due to the attendee going out of his way. Otherwise it would be a 1 star and Im definitely not coming here again. Car just came back from a road trip this wash basically did nothing now Im going to take somewhere else for another wash!

4 dollar wash was great, one pay machine is not working, did not give me change, but attendant said I can go get my dollar from store, I said its OK, be careful with lay machines.

Got the 12 dollars car wash nothing special about it. Could have spent 4 dollars to wash it myself. When I was vacuuming my car the lady kicked me after been there for only 4 minutes. When the guy next to me was there for 15 minutes talking on his phone. Worst service ever
