Though I had never used his services before, Bobby assisted me over the phone to solve the problem of my washing machine! He called back promptly and guided me through a process that got my Whirlpool Duet washer working again! I’m sending him a check because he saved me a service trip and was amazingly competent and professional! I’ll definitely call him for any future appliance repairs!

I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days of calling Mr. Flagg. He was running a little late i but was very communicative and let me know in advance which is most appreciated. Tackled both of our problems (which were more annoying than extremely technical and difficult ) he explained what he was doing and gave us some tips on what may prevent these issues in the future. Price was extremely reasonable considering he really could have done some damage to me for his time. I feel like I now have an appliance guy thanks Bobby.

I gave him $183 for two trips to fix my dishwasher draining issue- did not fix and would not call back or respond to my e-mail. Would never recommend.

Came out to fix my dishwasher. Within 3 days it still had the same problem. Called him back and he told me to do the same things hes requested at the 1st appointment even though that clearly wasnt the issue. Did what he requested and called him back twice and no answer . Wasted 86.50 and still have the same problem and now I need to spend more money to get it fixed somewhere else. He also seemed to know nothing about my dishwasher, should have been a red flag.

Showed up exactly when he said he would. Fixed my dryer very quickly. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend him. I hope I dont need his services again, but if I do hes the only person Id call.

Thank you for making our vacation. Came in and did the job without charging an arm and leg. Honest guy! 7 months latter had to come out again for the same appliance. AGAIN, This man is wonderful! Diagnosed the problem quickly and was honest about how much it would cost. With out a doubt a PROFESIONAL! Go no where else for you appliance problems.

Bobby was polite and able to work around my busy schedule. He showed up on time (close enough, called to say he was on the way from another job). The problem was a GE French Door friidge with bottom freezer that kept icing up around the fridge coils. He cleared out the iced section (a temp fix) and worked neatly.To really fix this problem would require a full defrosting of the fridge which would have taken a long time. With this solution, I can plan for him to come back and do a more in depth diagnosis to solve the problem (most likely after the holidays). Problem temporarily and satisfactorily averted. And with all that, the cost was right and fair (wink).
