Lance repaired the console on my dishwasher. He had to order the part. He made several calls to get the part I wanted. He was on time, very professional and did a quick repair. I have already referred him to neighbors and colleagues.

I am so impressed by this company they are a family owned and came to repair my refrigerator when it suddenly broke they came the same day because it was an emergency and they treated it and understood how important it was especially during this pandemic they took all the precautions to make sure I thought comfortable with them entering my home they were so clean I’m so professional I would recommend to all of my friends and family. We need more businesses like this one. I even got a call the following day to check in on me and follow up to make sure everything was working just fine.

I had appointment between 2-4. I took the day off of work and they didnt show. When I called them at 2:40, they claimed that repairman was already on his way to another service and was not coming!! Evidently he called on his way from point pleasant to red bank, but I was outside waiting for him. They NEVER told me that unless I answered the phone when someone called, they would not come!! They DID NOT come to the house at all!!! I called another company more reliable

Great service! Came on time the day after we called and repaired our dishwasher right when the part came in. Lance was our tech and he was knowledgeable and friendly. Already recommended them to two other friends.

Consistent with many of the reviews above this is an unreliable company with no communication skills or customer concern. Our washing machine was broken and we ordered some new gaskets for our fridge due to arrive “next week” that took 4 weeks to come in with absolutely no updates on status. Worst of all, once the parts were in, I received a call on the morning of our appointment (I took off work to be there) that installing the parts wasnt a good idea due to the lengthy installation procedure and it wasnt worth the trip for just the washing machine. Now we have no parts and have wasted a month without a working washing machine!

Getting a appointment was the only easiest part with this company. Dishonest company. Gives the customer run around. Does not keep the customer informed on the part progress or anything. It took them few weeks to get the part, while I was told about a week. Uses aftermarket parts, but they say we use genuine parts only. Service repairmen dont carry proper equipment needed for the job. They wanted to come back and charge another visit fee $100 plus on top of the visit fees I already paid them before. NEVER EVER will i recommend using this company.
