He was friendly and explained to me what needed to be done. Now I can enjoy my mac and cheese! Their service is truly impressive.

I am very amazed with the punctuality and professionalism of the appliance service technician from Appliance Repair Point Pleasant. I asked him to see why my cooking stove wasn’t igniting. Later, we found out that the accumulated moisture in the pipe prevented me from cooking. He’s an excellent person who is knowledgeable on stoves.
