Fun environment! My party was late and the staff were very friendly and patient with catching us up to where the whole group was! The painting seemed hard when looking at it, but the instructors gave great instruction and it turned out that it was easy to do!

This is so fun! The instructors are so patient and kind, and besudes teaching you real art teqniques allow you to feel like an artist. Its not the cheapest outing in town, but it is well worth every penny!

This was a fun date with the wife! It is something unique to do. Its a nice change from the ordinary. We created some beautiful paintings. It was fun to meet other people and learn from them as well as the instructor. If I had one complaint, it was that we didnt feel like the instructor that night was very accomplished. She was what we would consider to be somewhat of an amateur. She was very friendly and helpful though.

I came with a group of hospital administration and providers for a team building event. I did not have any artistic training. I was skeptical at first of the idea. I was in for a big surprise! I attended a fundraiser event here. It was such a fun experience. The staff were helpful at providing pointers and techniques for painting ceramics. The one thing that kept it from 5 stars is that I never received a call when my piece was ready, I had to call in. It may have been a hangup do to the structure of the fundraiser though and they were very prompt and helpful when I did call so it may have been an anomaly. Im looking forward to going back in the future.

Wish they had better customer service. Hope when we go back its better.

My little girls loved our painting class today! They both are very pleased with their pictures! The instructor was kind and helpful! The pase of the class was perfect! Will definitely be going again!!

This was so much fun for my homeschool kiddos! We had a homeschool time set up for all the area homeschoolers and it was very neat! Amber was very nice and patient. Like people say its not super cheap but its worth it and something you get to being home! I would love to go back again!

The Pocatello store is mediocre. If you want to paint a canvas and have a party, Im sure its a blast, but if you just want to just paint pottery, dont expect to get your pottery on time. I used to be a manager for a pottery studio in Tennessee and right off the walk in I was a little disappointed. They dont have a very wide selection of pottery. Most of the items are figurines or kid items. I thought my friend and I would give it a shot anyway since we were there and we had a decent time painting. While painting we were pretty much left alone, which good thing we are honest people and dont steal. Coming back customer service was sucky at best. You think management would let their employees know when the kiln is broken so they can tell customers when to expect their pottery. If your employee can glaze the pottery, they should be able to take out a piled high garbage from a party, smile at your customers. Im going to give the girl a benefit of the doubt and guess that maybe she was new? I mean if you want to paint, go for it. It was fun, but I wont be going back. Id rather drive down to Idaho Falls, SLC, or go back south where I know I can get my pottery back in less than a week, have great customer service, and not have to worry about weird store hours. Being its the only place in Pocatello to paint pottery though, its a fine store.
