They were out of almost everything I went there for, and then the backup cashier was more worried about doing her own shopping than helping the line of 12 customers waiting to check out. The bathrooms were filthy and were out of toilet paper.

I was thirsty and stopped at Dollar Tree to get a nice cold Coke Zero. I was able to get one and the line moved quickly. Im always satisfied with Dollar Tree.

The checker was excellent polite curious .we was able to find everything

If youre willing to spend sometime there some great buys. They dont have as much selection as bigger cities but, still have some good items.

Sure the prices are low. However, the place is a disaster, items misplaced on most aisles with lots of items just thrown on the shelves in a pile. What a disaster. As for the prices being low, most of the stuff is very very cheap. I understand there are some items that make sense to sell at the dollar store. I would not purchase anything from them other than gift wrapping supplies and cheap holiday, single use decorations. I will not be returning to this store.

Each dollar tree has similar stuff but the chubbuck dollar store seems to have the most variety moreso than the others nearby. And the price.... EVERYTHING is only $1! LOL

Fair. When asked where a certain item was, the response was Back there in hardware. That was it! Id been back there and there wasnt any and the response was oh well!

This Dollar Tree is kinda messy, but the people that work there are so friendly and helpful that it just kinda feels like your at your less than organized cousins house. Plus its a DOLLAR store so random people do random stuff there. The staff somehow maintains a positive attitude despite the clientele.

Pretty great place to go, they have pretty much everything you can think of. But what I dont understand is why they took the Halloween stuff down and its only the 10th of October. I mean hello, why in the hell would they do that and replace it with Christmas stuff. What even happened to Thanksgiving?!

I love the dollar store!! This particular one is always full and well kept. They have gotten some new employees whom are pleasant . there was a batch of rude ones they had for a while. All in all a great dollar store.

The dollar tree is a store where all items are a dollar. However that doesnt mean you can not find great deals here. The only issue is the way that their business model works no one product will always exist, so one need to check back often to see what is new.

Cashier was great but I could hear m management talk to her in a rude way I didnt like that, she should have not done that in front of customers, management need to try something else besides that take it to the side or into the office and speak to her

Lacey was a Rude cashier, complaining about too many customers. No carts available. Only one checkstand open, stood in line for 20 minutes to have the cashier be unfriendly. Definitely just driving the extra distance to the other one from now on.

I have always been happy with yhw dollar tree it is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I find that i am often surprised at what they have and the quality is always good.

Well..... I get that its cheap! On my visit there was NO ONE to ask questions where I might find something. While stumbling around I did find some items that MIGHT get me back in the store IF I have a need later. You get what you pay for.

What can you say its the Dollar store! Everything is only a dollar! Snacks, food, or beverages you want it dollar tree gots it...even tho gots aint a word 😁 has just didnt sound right

Actually I moved from Poky to Denver/DTC area 5 years ago. The DTC dollar tree is the best of every one Ive been to (7 in Denver area, 1 in Bismarck ND, 2 in Poky/Chubbuck). The Poky one used to be ok before we moved in 2015 but after visiting this past June...what happened? The shelves were empty...what was there was disorganized, abused products. And very lackluster employees. Im hoping next time we visit it will be back to normal (I.e. Butterburrs ALWAYS fantastic!)

They have almost everything here. I would like to see more craft and sewing supplies, but other than that, its great. I get office supplies, hair accessories for my little girl, books, small toys and stickers to reward my children, cleaning supplies, craft supplies, organization supplies and some first aid items, such as Band-Aids. I love this store, Id recommend it to anyone

Its not very well stocked the chubbuck store is ten times better and the guy check out clerk was about as excited to be there as I would me pulling weeds. I guess I will stick to the chubbuck store.

A dollar is a dollar and a dime is a dime-if you catch my drift.Very simple,unassuming yet very neat and perfectly organized little store,especially if you think about their price range.Now least we forget that this very place is not a boutique and workers dont make millions everyone can be more or less satisfied.I allways know what I came for and the store is clean and easy to explore unlike Westwood discount and couple other thrift stores in Pocatello.

Itd be nice if the shelves were full of inventory instead of being bare all the time :(

Pretty average for a dollar tree, but its a big one!

Went in to the $ tree today to get a few things, and I just want to say the store was very organized, clean and the atmosphere was just all around friendly, a little warm in there though, also I had the pleasure of talking to a very nice young lady, the cashier I had was pleasant and so sweet, she answered all my questions, even gave me some advice, she has a very kind soul. I hope to run into Chantell again when I go back, she made my experience great, $ tree needs more cashiers like her. Definitely going to refer my friend as to the Pocatello $ tree.🙂

Great selection of small items and makeup. Love that they carry a few brands of makeup that are not tested in animals. During the summer I like that they put out hula hoops.

It as friendly as usual. It was out of 1 item I needed. And some of the shelves were empty. Theyre usually pretty well stocked. 1 employee short so there were long lines. Ids a food pave to shop. They just need to have employees shouts up for shifts so shelves can stay stocked.

My cashier was very rude spoke quiet did not even make eye contact. Even though I literally bought a couple things I still expected better service. Took my money broke change and didnt even count it out. Just put it in my hand. Started ringing up other customer. I like it better when they conversate with you.

They are way shorthanded, or they have a lack of committed management. The Restroom was filthy, shelves werent stocked, only one cashier stand open, so at 3:00pm, there was a line to check out. The cashier was very courteous and efficient, but the store looked like it had been ransacked. To be fair, every employee that I saw was working, I just dont think they were able to keep up. And the clean standard for their restroom is very low.

The customer service is give or take. Sometimes youll have someone really upbeat and helpful then other times you have someone who obviously doesnt want to be there. The variety of items is fantastic for just a dollar each. And the aisles can get fairly messy but it isnt a mess that gets in the way it hinders shopping experiences.

This is the best one in the area. If they get a rush there are always 3-4 people available that have a till that will open up a register. You never wait long in line no matter how busy it gets.

I lost track of how much time I spent in the store. I wanted to buy everything. Employees are professional and kind. I even went back a second time the same day. Thank you Dollar Tree for helping me save money!

Well stocked, good variety. Lots of paper goods and holiday decorations for parties. Toys, sundries, food, candy, helium balloons. Entrance is dingy, store not as clean as most Dollar Trees.

My step mom went in here to get thumb tacks, asked 3 different employees where they were located and not one person knew. She said the store was completely empty and everyone was just standing around. Dollar tree in Chubbuck is never like this, something needs to change in that store.

I love this place because the stuff there is for ad dollar and a tax but I go there all the time and all the employees are nice

HEY! Its $tree. U really shouldnt get bent about to much from here folks. Depending on the time of the month, season and holidays in the month...you get the idea, take your shot and you may just get what you didnt know you were looking for.

This one the manager did not know his own coupon policy and to top it when asking for corporates number (to double check I had the correct one) He lied and said it was at the bottom of the receipt, which it was not, it was just the satisfaction survey number, which I still took. Will definitely still be calling corporate as well.

We needed a few small makeup bags for a project and we look at other stores and the ones we had here were actually pretty good compared to the all plastic bags we found.

Standard dollar store selection. Super cheap batteries, knock off super hero toys, and some frozen meals that may lead some unwanted consequences later. Honestly, the best part in my opinion is the seasonal decorations and cards. At halloween they had some cool little ceramic figures that my fiancee loves to put up each year. And their cards are all 2 for $1 so I can buy birthday and christmas cards for my whole family there without having to spend an outrageous amount of money on what is basically just paper. 4 stars for selection and price.

This is a fun place to find little holiday goodies and trinkets to fill grandchildren gift bags.
