I arrived 5 minutes to close and the door was locked. I just needed a large #6 balloon, so I knocked. A lady answered the door and happily accommodated me. I have heard nothing but great things about this place, the people who work here, and their huge beautiful balloon bouquets. I hope to use them again for their large quality balloons in the future.

The slide arrived dirty and needed maintenance. Much of the Velcro was showing. The delivery team left to get cleaning supplies, came back and cleaned it the best they could.They get 3 stars because of the delivery team. Management and condition of the slide for $300/day gets one star.The slide needs a good thorough cleaning. You can tell it’s been a long time since they really cleaned it. The water at the bottom was was very dirty so we spent about an hour washing it so the kids have a good experience.The staff seems too busy to care. They were not interested in the feedback and acted off-putt for their poor service. They really need to pay attention to details. Especially in this Covid environment.

These guys are awesome! Great prices and large selection of products. They had exactly what I needed for my sons 6th birthday and on short notice. They also have a great selection of balloons and party supplies Id highly recommend these guys for any and all part occasions. Thanks family fun party & balloons. You guys are awesome! I have rented bounce houses from here the last couple of summers and each time is a great experience. Never had a problem with the bounce houses and they are SO much fun. They are always clean and well taken care of. Their balloon service is great, too. My orders are always ready on time and the balloons are great quality. Huge selection as well. And the people are very nice and knowledgeable.

Family Fun Party has the friendliness owners! Don and Brenda will go out of their way to do everything possible to help people have a fun party! They have the best selection of fun things for a party like inflatable toys, water slides, sumo suits, zorb balls, cotton candy machines, karaoke, etc. Plus, their balloon selection is the best in town! They do some incredible balloons arches and centerpieces for weddings too. Im so glad we have a locally owned business like this in our community and hope people will support them and spread the word. These guys were fantastic! They have a huge variety of bouncy houses and even had balloons designed specifically for balloon tying. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.Update: when I returned my bouncy house they were so kind. We will definitely be coming back.

Asked for a couple bounce houses for our nephews birthday party, they showed up right before the party, set everything up in like 30 minutes and the kids loved it, they picked everything up and all we had to do was sign.
