They did great work, wonderful quality. I found their nail polish so interesting! I think because I was new (not a regular), they didnt talk much to me. Which was fine, it wasnt a big deal to me.

My friend and I went for failed pedis on a Monday after lunch around 1:15pm. After sitting with no communication for 45 mins in luke warm to cold pedi baths we decided to leave. She had a guy sit at her station and start working on her painting needs while the guy who was washing my feet and doing my pedi up and left and didn’t return to communicate the gel removal and reapplication needs. He instead moved a new comer into a foot bath and proceeded to massage her feet. Meanwhile, my friend was done and We’d been there for over an hour and a half before I was asked about paint. I told them I was out of time and that my friend was ready to go. They told me I owned 30 bucks! I was shocked! WTH? I am still wearing the same polish and have wasted going on two hours of my time! She said we have cameras and we gave you a pedi! Ok. That was ridiculous! I paid and had to go to another salon to get my gel removed and reapplied. They took under 30 mins! I won’t be back!

I have been coming to this salon fairly consistently for a few months. I’ve always felt slightly overcharged but have always left a good tip. Twice monthly for fills and color change on my toes. I had even discussed with Carolina getting a pedicure in the future. Today I went in to get color put on my fingers and toes because I’m going out of town this week. I mentioned I would be back for my regular fill next week with Carolina. That being said I was charged $45. Nothing but color, my own mind you!!! I did not tip. I called and Cindy seem unconcerned that she lost a $140/mo customer over $20! I won’t be back. Sorry Carolina.

I don’t get why people like it here. I went in just before Christmas and they made me pay 55$ for basic red nails. It wasn’t powder or anything special, just regular acrylic red nails. I was shocked but said ok I’ll give it a shot. The entire time he did my nails he didn’t say a word to me, it was very awkward and he came off as if I was bothering him. Four days after having the nails, one popped in half as I was just sitting there. I have never had that happen before and if I didn’t have a witness I doubt anyone would believe me. They made the nails so thin they were weak. I get they like to make them thin for looks but I paid 55$ for nails that didn’t last a week. Really disappointed.

Daughter was quoted a certain price then when was time to check out he raised price $20! He totally took advantage of a teen girl. Acrylic nails should not be $75, I could of taken her to a nice salon for $55. I do not recommend.

I got acrylic nails that didnt even last two weeks before they started popping off, plus they were uneven and not at all well done in any way. The staff that did my nails did not have good customer service at all but it seemed like some of the others did. They would also switch between a bunch of different clients without washing their hands or getting the nail dust off of themselves which I thought was nasty, and they wouldnt get the dust off me either. I would not go here again, I only went here in the first place because they are open on Mondays but creative nails wasnt.

I had acrylics done by Randy. No appointment, I was the last walk-in of the night on Saturday, January 9th, Sunday was my birthday. I was turning 53 and I wanted unicorns and they worked with me till we found a design that worked for all of us, normally that is not the case with most spas. They went above and beyond to make my birthday nails special for me and made sure I was happy with it before paid for it. I could not be happier.

My pedicure and gel polish manicure are exquisite and I’m super picky! I’ve done my own gels for years never trusting anyone else because they never were perfect. No more! I’ma customer for life now!!

Rediculous prices, broke a nail 2 days later because when they did the fill the faild to put enough product on the nail to support the previous tip. Called and gave them a chance to fix it and they proceded to tell me what I paid for. I asked for reinforced product when I was there and was informed only with a NEW set! Jeez what a rip off!$35 for a fill and one nail repair.They are all breaking!

I have been a client for two years now. They always do a great job in a timely manner. They have so many colors to choose from. They are very personable and I enjoy my time there!

I liked how easy it was to walk in and get your nails done without an appointment. This last time I went in I didnt like how it turned out because it looked nothing like the picture. I figured it was kinda hard design so I went in the next day and choose something simple. They put gel nail polish over the design from the previous day. It started peeling the same night, they couldnt take the time and take off the previous design, I dont recommend this place.

Maria did an awesome job on my pedicure and Randy did an acrylic overlay on nails so fast and so well. Ill be returning here.

I went in just barely over a week ago. I’ve already had one of my acrylic nails come off in that time. I have never had this happen ever before when coming to this nail spa and I’m disappointed. If I’m going to put the cash out, I hope these nails should be lasting over three weeks. Other then this incident, I love how the service usually is. You work fast and usually do my nails down to the cuticle like I prefer, so when my nails lift, it doesn’t show so quick.

Even when the place is super busy they take the time to make you feel welcome and do a good job. I had the best pedicure of my life here. Sorry I did not get the young ladys name. And the staff has always done an excellent job on my acrylic nails; even when I want something out of the ordinary!

My daughter and I both went yesterday. Both had a pedicure which was ok, not exceptional but ok. All staff wore masks and made sure all patrons did as well. We both had new sets of nails applied, (my daughter had to her old set removed $10) Randy did my set and I assume his “wife” did my daughters.My set was ok. (Some of my nails look like they need a fill already) I had asked for curved nails, not flat and he said it would be $5 more. My daughter had 2 nail repairs that were needed, he said $10, she opted for new set. The quality of her new set is substandard and the woman who did them very, very rude and not at all nice to her employees. Overall, we would not go there again. Quality is lacking, unfriendly management and they nickel and dime you to death.

Best experience I’ve ever had! Me and my mother in law are just passing through town and this salon got us in fast and we were finished within about an hour and a half. We both had a pedicure and French tip done. It was filling up fast and they worked on everyone there in a reasonable amount of time. They are professional, so kind and welcoming! My toes and nails look amazing! I highly recommend this place!

I like that this place can usually get us in without an appointment. We had one today but just observing others coming in they didnt have to wait long without one. Always my first choice for a pedicure. They have the amazing massage chairs that can almost put you to sleep. The staff is always so friendly and engaging. I always receive a great foot and leg massage that cant be beat. They also have a vast selection of gel and regular polish colors. Its a great place for guys to enjoy some pampering as well. My mom and I visited them for pedicure and facial sessions. We thoroughly enjoyed the wax pedicure for a much needed foot pampering. The ladies who worked on us were both amazing! Loved the foot massage as well. The facial with their seacret magnetic mud mask was interesting (and a little pricey) but it didnt do much for either of us. Overall it was a good experience. I hope to be back, only for the pedicure though! :)

Ive tried nearly all of the nail salons in Pocatello and Number One Nail Salon is by far the best one. They do such a fantastic job on nails! They are not thick and bulky like some others, they are thin and very manageable. I thought for sure a few times my nails were going to fall off doing daily tasks, nope. They sure didnt.

I look forward to my appointments and I leave satisfied. After visiting here, Ive read some of the negative reviews and I dont understand where theyre coming from at all. If you want your own file, one will be provided for $2. If youre unhappy with something, speak up and they will fix it happily. They are clean, friendly, and professional. Prices are fair and consistent.

Honestly I could have done better myself! I got acrylic nails and I made two appointments one for a friend the other for me and both acrylic nails and both pedicures. When we got the they were unaware of what our appointments were for. Once they started on the acrylic nails I got the lady in charge and she was rushing and 4 of my acrylic nails were not put on straight, there are also many air bubbles in the acrylic itself. I have had the nails for 2 weeks and they are already lifting away from the nails. When I got my pedicure my feet didn’t even get to soak for a minute. The girls doing our pedicures were very nosy and did a poor job on my nail polish! This is the worst nail salon experience I have ever had! I say try lovely nails instead! They are much better in every way!

Beware: I had visited this establishment several times, and over time service seemed to be more hurried and sloppy. Well, the last time I was in there the male owner did my nails. It was a painful experience because he filed my thumbnails so hard. I bandaged my thumbs for several days. It has been a month since I had been in there. I noticed on the left-side of both of my thumbnails were becoming a dark gray color. Well, I have a fungal infection under both of my thumbnails. When I went back to the #1 Nail Spa the owner sold me their fungal solution and told me I will need to use it for 4 months, and she also tried telling me that I had just jammed both of my thumbs and that is why I have this fungal infection. I had a professional look at them yesterday, and have been assured that the fungal infection was caused by the painful manicure I received at #1 Nail Spa in Pocatello, Idaho on Flandro Drive.Response: No, Cindy. I had not worn acrylic nails for a long period of time. When your husband first put them on (for the first time) I had to bandage my thumbs for several days because he had filed so hard on the left side of both of my thumbnails. I noticed it graying underneath the left-side of both my thumbnails. When I came in for fill (for the first time), I asked about it. He went and got you and that is when you sold me the solution and responded that there was a fungus. No, there was not a hole in my nail, and you did not state that there was. Through Social Media, I had several other people state a similar tale. One person stated that she did receive a hole in her toe during a pedicure because of rough filing.

I have been in a couple times now and gotten pedicures. I got my toes done last week for my wedding and asked to have them cut to be a little straighter. She clipped them so short... and now I have ingrown nails in BOTH of big toes! I just wanted pretty toes, and now i have the worst pain in my toes and will for probably the next 2 weeks until they grow out.

Charged me 5$ extra because I am handicapped and my left hand is paralyzed. It was a little extra work witch I would have tipped for but being charged extra for my disability was upsetting .

Quite a busy salon but great services! Best to call for an appointment but like most salons, you may have to wait a few minutes if they are busy. Got a pedi while my mom got a mani/pedi and came out to $85. Not bad, especially since its been a little over a month and I still dont need a touch up on my polish.
