I went to Eikova because I saw good reviews. I left so mad!! I spent half my Saturday there, and spent over $100 to have them do an uneven job on my highlights— chunky underneath and almost invisible on top— and fail to correct the brassy color previously there. I left with still embarrassingly obvious roots showing. The stylist and her co-worker were lazy with styling and spent the whole time chatting together about their weekend plan. They clearly just wanted to get off work as early as possible. The cut was way too short and layers barely there— I’ve had to take the scissors to my hair myself a couple of times to fix the uneven cut in places. One of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had, and a complete waste of my time and money.
