Great adult strength and conditioning classes! Darryl is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend taking his class to build your strength.

Low traffic gym. A ton of nice equipment. Staff is friendly. The gym is clean. I love it here.

Low traffic, awesome people and pretty much everything you could need. A couples pass is only $45 a month and it’s open 24/7 which is awesome. Love it

They have lots of equipment, are open late on the weekdays, and are very inexpensive while retaining a standard that exceeds any gym that I have been to. Although I havent had a training session with the trainer there yet, when I was setting up the session with him he was incredibly enthusiastic and kind. The people that work at the desk always greet you and wave you off kindly. They also have a physical therapy place, which is incredible, right next store.

I think PTSI and APSI are two of the best gems for training and physical therapy.I have always wanted to do Yoga. At APSI, Danielle is amazing! The class is small so I get a lot of individualized attention which is great for me and the other class members! Danielle has a degree in exercise science so she is not only certified in yoga--she understands the whole body-mechanics.The gym at APSI is amazing also with 24/7 access. However, the best part is---if you are working out during business hours, you can get some personal tips and training from the staff next door at PTSI.I would highly recommend checking this place out!

This is such an awesome gym! There is no other gym like this in Pocatello! Defiantly recommend checking them out you wont be disappointed!
