My daughters Cloud 9 basketball team just played a basketball tournament here and the facilities are great. The AC keeps the players and spectators very comfortable.

The wife wanted to go to the craft show and this was the first time in the event center. It was very nice inside and even with all the traffic inside was kept clean. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful gym. Stopped in to play pickleball with their group. Friendly group. The floors were just done so there was quite the glare. There are many lines for the different sports played there. Woman at the desk was very nice and answered all of our questions.

It was a really nice place to play our basketball tournament. Kinda pricey to get in, a wristband or two included in the tournament price would be nice.

New venue, clean, spacious, large bathrooms. Concessions and snack machines! 3 bball games going at once!

First time here but loved it

Went to an event and it was hard to.dind out where one needs to.fo. The concessions worker stood up because I was about to ask when I saw my kid run from se bleachers and walked that way. It would have been nice to see a sign of the event and head on that direction. As this was my first time, I dont know if there are other places but there might be to hold events here. Very confusing.

We were there for Hoop Camp first one in Pocatello it is for people with disabilities they had so much fun my son won MVP hope it continues

Great facility. However it would be nice if the put the partitions down during tournaments. It’s would make it easier to know if it was your ref or another games ref blowing the whistle, and it would be safer for the players too.

We had our wedding reception here. Great to work with! Very friendly and helpful. They listen to you and help in anyway they are able. A great place for a large wedding or party! We were able to rent our linens from them which was incredibly convenient! We loved having a central place to host our very large family! Highly recommend!!

Great facility for youth sports. We need more of these in southeast Idaho.

Gather round and let me tell you about an event center in Pocatello that actually tries to be better. Absolutely beautiful facility in an ideal location, couldnt ask for a nicer place. Heres the trick, THEY ACTUALLY TRY!! THEY ACTUALLY WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOURSELF! The rest of the city I live could learn allot from how the MEC operates. I love it.

We come here every year for the trick or treat that is hosted inside. It seems like a pretty nice building, I havent been there for any other events and havent really heard much about other events being held here but thats fine. From what I saw it seems like a very nice place.

Great facility. Been here for several sports events for my kids. Basketball, volleyball, dance. Always clean, easy to get on and off the interstate, great cinnamon rolls in the concession stand ;)

It looks like a nice building. I was there for a farewell ceremony but its a nice big building that can hold many uses.

Location was sufficient for our needs. Staff was friendly and courteous. Yvette went off without a hitch. Highly recommend.

I have gone to several events here. Most of which I waited in an everlasting line for but thats hard to help. It held one of the biggest truck or treat activities which served well for our family because of our younger children.

Awesome sports facilities. Great courts plenty of seating and concession stands for food and drinks. You can not take food from the outside so eat before.

Very nice grocery store. Their deli is one of the best in Pocatello

Great event center! We go to gymnastics meets there every year.

Clean establishment. Ive provided security for an event here and also have participated in two trunk or treats for a safe environment for trick or treaters

Great folks. These people are life savers every year for back to school. If you need supplies for your kids come on over when these folks have an open house at the end of summer.

I havent had a huge experience here. I just went to the Pocatello Fandom Comic Con thing. It was fun, but smaller than videos and pictures seem. (Duh. Marketing.) But I would love to go back for a sporting event. It looks like a nice place.

My wife and I attended the fights last night and was absolutely disappointed by the disorganized and terrible service from staff at the event. We paid 120 dollars for 2 VIP ringside seats and after waiting 35 min in the cold just to get in found that they had not only added extra people to our table but didn’t even set up on of the 3 for our group and had to do it ourselves. We then missed the first 3 fights waiting for our food because the fryer and grills didn’t work so one guy was cooking cheese burgers on a George Forman grill. The fights were great and our friend we were there to support won but the staff at the event center were an absolute joke in every way, and that’s being nice.

We have had a couple youth basketball tournaments here. Its a really nice gym. We like it.

The staff and the manager care much more for their own comfortability than those of their customers, and are very rude at that!!!They need to learn some manners and remember that the customer is King!!!

Attended snake river comic con. It was really well done for the first year. Rumor has it that the folks who run the place actually went to a different convention for research.

Spacious and clean event center right off the freeway in Pocatello. Fights were fun and the people were great!

This is a nice venue for sports, vendor shows, etc. It can be used for anything.

They have great events hier. From crazy shows to fun shows. Really poker for walking when theres bad weather.

Hard to find the right road, but the facility is amazing. It could use some more parking.
