We were told we could pick up the truck we rented at 8:30am. But theres nobody at 55 Holman Road. I left after 9am to use an ATM and came back 15 minutes later and theres still no one around. Theres a note stuck in the door from another (potential) customer. I left again at 10:15am without the truck we needed for the planned move today. This place blows chunks.Addendum: We did finally get the truck, but missed out on the cooler hours of the morning. Worse, the hand truck that was supposed to be included was left out. Worse still....they charged us for the hand truck!This is a place to be avoided like a large gathering during a pandemic.

Had a great experience at the Plymouth office. I met with Bob to set up my rental truck. He was courteous and very helpful. I will absolutely go back.
