Canceled my truck last minute on moving. I was able to book I’m supposed to pick up and get everything out of the house Saturday today is Thursday. Thanks UHAUL! Not Gellars fault!!

Gallers u-haul location is phenomenal. The corporate office is terrible theyll book your reservation and then not have a truck for you last minute. They give you the run around. I used to have my own u-haul location and never had these issues it must be under new management at the corporate location to have this many problems what they need to do is start worrying about new customers they have not trying to get new customers theyre wasting their money on advertising and marketing trying to get new customers when they cant take care of the customers they have
