Alex did excellent work for a good price. He called me before he came over and he repaired four of my screens in less than 15 minutes. He even helped me put a screen back in that had a strange mechanism. He was friendly and professional. I am very happy with his work and he was super easy doing business with. Awesome experience from start to finish. Alex responded quickly to my request for a quote and setting up an appointment. I was notified when the techs were on their way. The experienced techs worked so efficiently and repaired six screens in very little time. Great job and very fair pricing!

One panel of our porch screen was damaged when our roof was replaced this spring. The roofing company recommended a local company to replace it. After we got impatient waiting for this other screening company to get back to us, we requested a quote from The Screen Guy. Alex asked that we send him the basic dimensions & photos of our porch (as now we thought wed have the whole porch redone). He promptly quoted us a price. In the meantime, the other company got back to us and requested measurements of each panel along with photos. Their quote came back around $600 more using the same material as The Screen Guy would use. We felt that we should give Alex the same specific measurements just is case this may alter the price but he said, the original quote would remain the same. Alex and his colleague finished the re-screening of our porch today. They arrived on time, were very efficient, did an excellent job, did not damage any of the plants that surround our porch and stuck to the quoted price. The porch now looks brand new! We would highly recommend The Screen Guy!

Was given a day and time frame of a 30 minute window he would show up and did show up in that time frame, called ahead 45 minutes before arriving which was nice. Had 7 screens replaced and was done within 15 minutes. Fast and efficient with his work, would definitely recommend and use again whenever I need a screen replacing.

Where to start.... Quick response to my email, quick and extremely fair quote!!! Of course I asked during busy storm time (I wasnt in a rush) Alex came out in a week and half later. We are extremely happy with the quality of service from The Screen Guy! He replaced the screening on 7 large window screens, removing and replacing the screens on all of them. A couple of them were bent and he was able to mold them back into shape and so they are now as good as new! He was prompt, efficient, and very professional. We will highly recommend this service. As luck should have it I picked The Screen Guy to repair two large screens that a raptor evidently flew through leaving large holes. They were prompt and timely. Well 5 stars plus here! He showed up early! Went in and took all the screens out of our house. Then worked outside with a table extension from his van.Replaced 21 screens in an hour! Talk about efficient! Once dimpled and faded, are now barely visible as easy on the eyes! Fantastic job from beginning to end! Highly recommend!

I have Marvin sliding doors and it is so difficult to figure out how to order new screen doors since they are so beat up after ten years. The closest I got was $750 each!! $1500! Did search online and so glad I found Alex. It’s his company and I had two custom sliding screen doors for less than one from Marvin. Great guy super responsive. Highly recommend!

Alex came out to Rockford and did a small glass replacement job for me - it was quick, easy, reasonably priced, and I am completely satisfied with the results. no more worrying about the winter wind blowing on a cracked window, and after last winter, and the dire predictions for this coming winter, thats a good thing! He has a sweet setup in his truck that includes a slide out worktable and lots of supplies - no running to the store to pick up material.I will definitely call him again for screens or glass repair or replacement. In fact, he may be getting a call soon here; I noticed one of my south facing windows is feeling the effects of all that sun exposure and the seal is gone. I have no doubt I will have just as good of an experience again.
