I’ve been going to Plimoth Glass for a couple of years. Casey at the front desk is easy to work with and on one occasion even helped me with a car window directing me to another shop who had many years of experience with a very tough complicated window install on my 04 mustang. They also did a great job replacing another car window earlier. Lastly, I just recently had a new front storm door installed by Plimoth and had a fairly minor issue with the install. Kyle the salesperson quickly came out and adjusted things to my complete satisfaction! Plimoth has a great attitude working with its customers and does great work! Bob H

Highly recommend Plymouth Glass...they were quick to come out and provide a quote, from there the process continued to be smooth. I was updated on the timeline of the order and kept in the loop the entire time. One of their employees Kyle was very professional and friendly. He completed the installation very quickly and it came out great.

Jeff and Clay came to our house to replace a large slider bedroom window that had been on order for awhile due to Covid. When they came they were so professional and courteous. They did a great job replacing the window and it was done quickly. We also had a couple other items that we had asked them to look at for us while they were here, and they did, without any issue. Couldnt be happier with their work and professionalism. Will continue to use them in the future for all our window issues. Thank you.

I had my windshield replaced last year and was very pleased with the service! Yesterday, I was in last minute need of a piece of glass to be cut and Plimoth Glass said they would do it for me. They were so helpful!

Highly recommend. Been a customer a few times and they never disappoint. Most recently they managed to get my wood stove replacement window done ASAP and were super helpful in the process.

I honestly would not rate this company 1 star. Ive never been refused service until this company decided not to finish the job they promised me last October. I was a customer that asked for my Harvey Windows to be fixed due to some small mechanical issues. Plimoth Glass came out in October, surveyed the windows and found the necessary parts needed to fox them. They stated it would be about 6 weeks due to scheduling which I was fine with. 8 weeks later I called to ask on a status, they said they would be out and at the end of December started working on fixing my windows. Unfortunately it was way too cold in December to do the job which if youve been in the window business you would have known this already. They ended breaking two windows, my front and kitchen windows and asked if they could come back when it warmed up. Again I was ok with this and asked them to call me to schedule something in the springtime. I called them in later March to ask when they would be able to come by and we scheduled a late April follow up. They came by and replaced the window they broke in front but did completely fix it and had to order a few parts AND did not get to to fixing my kitchen window or the rest of the windows that needed part replaced. When they left for the day they stated they would be back the next day to finish up the replacement and schedule a follow up visit for two weeks. The next day, nothing and when I called the following day, I spoke with Rob Fontaine about my frustration and was immediately that hed rather go his separate ways, refund my check I wrote back in October and not finish the job. That was 3 weeks ago. This morning, a man from Plimoth glass showed up at my door with parts for the 2 windows they broke and then left. Nice huh? Anyways, I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Its unfortunate that a company thats been around since 1978 has gotten to this level of customer service. Im sure theyve had years of good business but today I would not trust them to do any work on my home.

When I broke the glass front of my Jotul wood stove, I assumed that Id have to wait weeks for a replacement. I brought the broken glass front into Plimoth Glass at 9am and at 3pm, I walked out with a new replacement. Less than 24 hours after I originally broke it. AND for about $100 less than the Jotul replacement would have cost.

I have used them since they opened. They did a great job on our store front, use them for windshields and all glass cutting needs.

Everything was fine until installation. The quote was timely, glass arrived a few days early, nice staff.... Then the wrong glass and hardware was installed. Plimouth was argumentative and did not give any apology or discount for the mistake. Had they corrected the mistake, as they do happen, I would have given at least 4 stars. Customer service is every thing.

Just very knowledgeable people who are eager to help with all you glass related needs. Pricing is beyond competitive.
