Shattered a screen on my iPhone 12 Pro in the morning and thanks to the CPR team in Plymouth it was fixed and ready just after lunch. Contacted 3 other spots in town along with Best Buy and the Apple Store, none could do it same day. Most needed a couple days if not a week to either get an appt or order the part. The CPR staff were friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done right the first time. Price was reasonable and service time was faster than they even expected. Highly recommend to others if you need a electronic screen repaired.

No one in lobby when I entered, but only waited 15 seconds or so before an employee popped out of the back to give me a welcoming greeting. He was apologetic that they didnt carry what I needed and were unable to help me. He gave me advise on where I may be able to find the item.

My husband took his phone here because his screen stopped working. They charged us 140.00 and told him they could fix it enough to get the screen working and to get his information onto an SD card. We paid them, left the phone with them for a week. He went and picked it up today, and they accidently did a hard reboot of his phone and all his information was lost. Its clear that when people pay 140 to just get the phone working just enough to get info from it that the info is probably pretty important. Your partial refund you gave us is pathetic as you did absolutely nothing you said you were going to do, and lost highly sensative, legal information. I hope you have documentation to back up why you charged a customer 50% of the cost when you did nothing...the attorney general will most likely be asking for it.

I never, ever write online reviews but honestly CPR was amazing and I had to. I shattered my phone walking into work and completely destroyed both the glass and the LCD screen. I simply sat down and looked up iPhone 7 repair places near me, found CPR, received an estimate in less than a minute, and made an appointment during my lunch hour to drop my phone off. I brought my phone in and everyone was so nice and had my phone fixed in 30 minutes. 30 FREAKING MINUTES! So crazy. It was worth every single penny. The process was so convenient and they even threw in a screen protector. Seriously, so thankful. I would use their services again in a heartbeat-I just hope I dont have to ;)

My Alienware laptop with Windows 10 was starting in troubleshoot & auto fix mode but kept cycling through it without actually fixing the problem. I couldnt access anything(this is a computer I use for CAD work with customers) . After much frustration and talking to friends with IT experience a couple of them recommended CPR. CPR (Rich) was able to save/recover all of my files and fix the issue quickly. I am extremely grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend them.

The staff was professional and helpful. They successfully replaced the screen on my phone, and corrected an issue with the proximity sensor which seems difficult to do on a Nexus 4. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is for not checking the proximity sensor the first time the phone was returned to me. It was an honest mistake, which they addressed immediately.

My battery died on my Samsung S6 and the guys at the Verizon store said it couldnt be replaced. They tried to convince me to buy a new phone. I called Jesse at CPR and said that they could replace it. I would get a 6 month guarantee on the battery and he would hold my old battery until we knew it would keep working. Works great and I appreciate the great service, help and advice.

I just bought a refurbished iPhone for my daughter. The price was excellent, and the tech guys assured me that they had gone over the phone and made sure it was in perfect condition. It even came with a warranty for parts and labor. You guys are awesome!

Timely and straight forward, they will fix your phone. My Note 8 had a bad shatter on the back. CPR ordered the rear glass, and put it in with a clear emphasis on how long it would take.Presentation of my fixed phone was a little shabby. There was a little glue smudge on the back pannel, that after some rubbing and picking left the scene.

After a trip to the Verizon store and a call to the Verizon Customer Service (who neither one were able to help us) trying to get help with my daughters cell phone they looked at it the second we walked in and had it figured out within a few minutes. Dropped my LG G3 phone off back in October 2016. The guy said that he did not know what was wrong with it. He said that hell troubleshoot it and find out what is wrong with it. Well he never called me or emailed me. The store treated me like I never walked in. This is why I fix my own stuff. I cant believe that I was talked into trying this place out. Dont go here!

Brought my perfectly working HTC U11 in to get the cracked screen replaced. They pulled it apart, found they were unable to repair it, then gave me back a completely unusable phone. Very disappointed.

Tried to automatically sell you a 180 dollar screen. Your just throwing away 50 dollars to have them say you need expensive part.

I was very impressed with the service I received at CPR. I would have had to pay full retail for a replacement iPhone 5, basically $800, and CPR fixed mine in a couple of hours for what I thought was an extremely reasonable price. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I have used Cell Phone repair a couple of times and have always received exceptional service. Their prices are more than reasonable and I had an iusse with my phone twice where the port for charging the phone was dirty and they cleaned it out and even though it took them less than 5 mins to fix, I was impressed they did not even charge me for this. I will never go anywhere else when it comes to having my cell phone, computer, or I-Pad repaired as they are fast, reasonably priced and as I said earlier, their service is exceptioonal.

Couldn’t fix my iPhone or my friends iPhone after they got wet.

We had our IPAD screen replaced as my son had dropped it by accident this summer and the screen cracked in multiple places. They replaced the screen and two weeks later we noticed a new crack was beginning across the whole screen. I also noticed the screen pulling away at the push button and at the bottom. My husband brought it back and they wont cover the defective screen. There is no warranty on there repairs and we havent really used it since we got it back... I would not recommend using them what a waste of money!

My phone was having a charging port issue and I was so worried it was gunna cost me 100 dollars or something to fix. Nope! Not at CPR, they simply cleaned out my port and I was out in less than 10min phone in hand. Highly recommended

They fixed my camera but it didnt work. When I went back they fixed it again at no additional cost and because I could not wait for my phone they dropped it off for me at my house after 1.5 hours. Great service!

I brought my Ipad here after my son destroyed the screen 6 months ago. They did a great job fixing it. The store has a fresh look inside and you feel welcome. Last week i was cleaning out my truck and I found my old cell phone that I fell into the lake with last summer. I plugged it in and it powered up but there were still some weird things going on, like the headphone light was still on and no volume would come out of the speakers. I just dropped it off today and they are fixing it for me as a back up, as soon as they say the phone they knew what the problem was and they actually had the part in stock to fix it. These guys are great, I would recommend them to anyone! Very personable, knowledgable, and friendly!

Absolutely terrific service. They fixed the glass on my macbook, they also fixed the big dent in the corner of the screen. They explained how they would do it, they did it on time, they changed a VERY reasonable fee - what more can you ask for?

I have been having trouble with battery life on my phone. replaced the battery and still wont last the day. Stopped in to Cell Phone CPR and T.J. showed me all the things running in the back ground and got them turned off. I didnt even know how to look for them. Works great now. When I picked up my iPad my home button was stuck under the screen of witch caused the screen to bend and and shatter and that messed with the battery and so now my iPad dies at 30% or lower but the battery also drops faster even when my iPad brightness is all the way down and airplane mode is on

I would not recommend. I got a phone screen replacement that lasted two days as it broke on my car cup holder. Yes, my car cup holder. Quality of the replacement parts was not good.

I brought my iPad in for a screen replacement. Upon picking it up, There was something stuck to the home button. The technician said it looked like a small part typically included in the screen repair, but believed that it was likely an extra from a different ipad. I brought the iPad home and noticed that the action on the home button seemed wrong. I returned the iPad to the store and was met with complete indifference and borderline hostility from TJ. (Apparently the son of the owner.) He told me that he could have it taken care of in about a week. I insisted on faster service as they were correcting their mistake.I picked up the iPad today. Frankly, the button still doesnt seem right, but I dont believe that they are willing or capable of doing anything about it. Ill never do business with them again.

Took my iPhone 6s into to get a new headphone jack they ended up screwing up my phone because after I got it fixed my signal would not work at all. Had to get a whole new phone I would not recommend this place.
