This place is always clean and safe. I take large bulky items like rugs to wash and have gone there for years!The equipment is well maintained.

Dirty place. Everything is dirty. Floors, counters, machines. Many machines broken. Lost money, lost soap. Price list board is wrong. Prices probably fro 10 years ago. Hours listed are wrong. They are not 24 hours. Youre better off washing your clothes by hand in the yellow river.

I loved it it was clean nice food and drinks the workers were nice the washier and dryer were nice and fast the dryer get hot so dry fast i would go back every time i need to clean my close

This place has went downhill since last year. Usually there’s parents sitting on their phones while kids are running all over the place and tenant on duty just stays in the office most of the time and says nothing about the chaos going on!!

I would give it no stars I did love coming here. But they will never receive my service again. Im waiting going on about 30 mins now waiting for someone to come in so I can retrieve my daughters clothing. Ya they took my kids clothing. Left our clothes, but took my kids. Their supposed to be here at 4 and is it 4:30 on october 4th 2020. I will be making further complaints

If I could have given this place negative Stars I would have done that. I had issues with my machine breaking down. ( Like my clothes were locked in the machine) I told the attendant about it. Instead of solving my problem she called the cops and had me trespassed. I guess thats one way to not have to give a refund on a faulty machine. Dont go here they call the cops to resolve their issues. Four thumbs down! EXTREMELY unprofessional! I went to Country Charm down the street and they are awesome!

I would have given this place 5 Stars; however here is the reason I wont!!!There was once this Amazing attendant that worked there by the name of Jenni Let me start by telling you that I only would go to the mat in the evenings and if Jenni was not working I wouldnt go back until she was there PERIOD!!!I went in to wash blankets one evening that I knew Jenni was to be working. little too my surprise when I arrived there Jenni was not working. Becoming concerned about Jenni I started to ask questions only to find out the unfathomable Jenni had been let go! I was Very much in utter disbelief and Totally Irritate when I had heard the reason why!Apparently there is a Rule that if a customer complains and calls into the Office that is grounds for automatic termination of you job! This was one of the most ridiculous Rules I have ever heard. Instead of a call into the Office potentially becoming a good thing this employer has turned it completely into a Very Negative one.I believe that the owner/ upper management should utilize this as not only a bad thing but a good one as well and in some cases moreJob Training. The reason I hear Jenni was let go was Not a cause for termination in my opinion. If the acquisitions that were stated by the customer were in fact true and not false (which I believe they were false) I believe that it should have ONLY been brought to Jennis attention and Jenni been told to be more careful next time. Termination was NOT the way to go in my opinion.Jenni was an outstanding employee at the mat. Jenni always had a beautiful smile on her face and greeted every single customer that walked thru those doors with her beautiful smile.Many Many times I had heard other customers say yay were glad its you here Jenni, heard them say very often. I will only come in here when your working. The mat was ALWAYS spotless when Jenni was working and I NEVER saw Jenni sitting or just standing around, she was constantly cleaning or attending to customers. This mat, and its customers have lost by far THE BEST employee they have had there in years HANDS DOWN!!!!!Quick Clean has lost my service indefinitely, or until they let Jenni return!!!The ONLY time you saw Jenni sitting was while she was on lunch!!!Jenni youre GREATLY missed by many Im sure of it!
