The laundry mat has improved a lot, theres new high capacity washers, new vending machine for laundry soap and other laundry necessities. The have repaired many of the machines that were out of order... Overall I think its a good laundry mat.

I have been camping in the area and desperately needed to wash clothes, wash my car, get fuel, and buy a cup of coffee at Dunks…all of these things are right next to each other! The laundromat is the best I’ve been to. It is modern, clean, and has excellent machines to choose from. Prices are great, and you can use a credit card to purchase a prepaid laundry card, so no cash necessary. Highly recommended!

This laundromat is large, clean, has friendly and helpful assistance, a restroom, and plenty of machines.The best part is that its so much more reasonably priced than the one Im forced to use around this local area. So if youre in the Plymouth area and looking to do your laundry, you wont be disappointed!

I love doing our Laundry here. They have big washers and Great Dryers. The people that work here are very nice also. It is always clean and you watch them clean as people leave the machines. Very Nice place.

This the best laundromat I have been to (and I have been to a lot of laundromats in lots of different places). The place is super clean, with clean, new machines that run well and efficiently. Everything is well explained and laid out and the attendant was so helpful (whoever was on at 3pm today, Saturday deserves a raise). Its also a nice space with good lighting and lots of windows.

My experience there was very pleasant. I havent been to a laundromat in years. The attendant was very pleasant and helpful. I had quarters for the machines and it took a card. They let me use their card and pay them in cash when my laundry was done. Again... Thank you

My experience was good, first time in years I have been there. I had to get a new card lol but I had perfect timing (430 on a weekday) and the express machines were open. I was there about an hour for 4 large loads of laundry. If you find yourself in a water shortage at home, this is the place if you get your timing right!

I came into the clothes pin today. Actually still there. First machine I used I noticed the price had gone up quite a bit 7.29. Put my money in and says Aln door so I just lost7.29. Wasnt real pleased after the holidays Im on a tight rope as far as budget goes.Got to dry and the dryers went to.99 for 12 minutes? The regular washers are 5.99? As far as ican tell the place really hasnt been upgraded in the 5 years Ive been coming here weekly. Fixing machines that are broke is part of doing business. I dont feel as a patron I should buy you new machines. I did notice less people there and just heard another woman complaining about price. Time to start hitting the laundromat downtown . Hopefully I can get my 7.29 back . Id actually like to turn my Card in now and get reimbursed seeing how I had to add 20.00 to it because broken machines are not marked as broken.

Live in Bristol for the summer and this is where I drive to my laundry. Machines usually free, sometimes some are down and there’s a wait but no biggie. Use of card and reloading it is great — kiosk does it all. Sell soaps and what not if you need it or run out (vending, so have money ready). Use of wi-if while there (I sit and read on my Nook while clothes wash). Shops nearby so I can multi-task when clothes are drying. Only bummer I’d say is that they don’t have enough carts — should have more since they have so many machines.

Very clean location, the staff is always incredibly helpful. Variety of washers and dryers for your needs. They also have drop off service too if youre into that sort of thing.

Lets be honest.... No one likes to go to the laundromat. But if you have to go, this is a nice place. Run by two very nice ladies as far as I can see. The are friendly and helpful. The time passes pretty good there.

Usually at least a few machines available. Staff are super nice.

Their machine ate my debit card at 3pm on a Saturday. There is no attendant on duty as advertised. No one answers the phone or email. We are now stuck with no debit card, and I am not from this area. Don’t use their loyalty card machine unless an attendant is on duty. Not trustworthy.

You would think laundry was just another burden until you did laundry here. The employees here are very helpful, courteous, and great to be around. Very convenient area to where you can throw your laundry in and go do your shopping at the local stores right next door if you wanted to knock to stones off at once, matter of speaking. Id recommend this place to anyone!

If I could give it negative stars I would.I lived here for the summer and this was the first laundromat I tried and continued coming to for a few weeks. They use the Cyber Wash Coin System by ESL rather than coins, which is nice. They had a sign up saying that by putting $20 on you get a benefit so I put $20 on it, expecting to return. I ended that day with a balance of around $19 (after using my previous balance).I came back soon after to do my laundry and it was closed due to some kind of water pump issue. I called the following morning to see if the machines were back in order and I was told that they were. I drove my 40 minutes out just to see that it was closed again and that the pump(s?) weren’t working (must have broken again on my way over)That’s when I asked for my money back and THEY WOULDNT PROVIDE ME WITH A REFUND. At first the woman at the front desk gave me attitude, and then expressed that her hands were tied because she didn’t want to get in trouble with the boss. She said that she had given a refund before and got in trouble with the owner (Travis).She also informed me that there were signs saying “no refunds” around, but there was not a sign next to the machine I used to put money on my card (I have a photo to prove it). Please note how ridiculous it is to have signs saying “only put on your card what you can use today NO REFUNDS” and signs saying “get rewards for putting in $20!”She recommended that I sell the card to someone I know. A) I’m not from here so I don’t know anyone. B) I’m not trying to have you keep my money when you didn’t provide me with the service I was initially trading my money for. C) what kind of customer service requires that the customer (who is unsatisfied with the service) be responsible to do the leg work for getting money back???I was furious. I wasn’t provided with the service I needed and they refused to repay me MY money. I will never spend money here again.I don’t recommend this place, I would 100% recommend going to the Pemi Valley Laundry in Plymouth who have been nothing but supportive, inexpensive, high quality, and they provide truly excellent customer service. ((Also, I have never needed to ask for a refund, but I asked the Pemi Valley Laundry if they were able to provide them and they will give you your money back no questions asked)).I called Travis this afternoon (this is a month or more after the incident) looking for my money back. He asked for my card number and said that he would look into the case tomorrow and refund me what I was due. Will update after tomorrow.

I just unloaded a carload of laundry, ( litterally 6 baskets), in the rain, into the laundromat. I dont have a card and i cannot do my laundry because i cant get one unless an attendant SELLS me one?. I just drove 50+ min to come here.I guess its a good thing i didnt load the machines with my laundry and detergent already.I used to work here like 10+ years ago and I am pretty sure you could purchase a card right at the kiosk.Where am i sopposed to do my laundry now?.

They have prepaid cards (which cost $1 lol) for the laundry. And the kiosk doesn’t accept coins. I’m on vacation and had a bag of quarters already, but only a couple $1s. So I walked right back out the door.It didn’t look like a bad laundromat if you’re local, but watch out for the massive potholes in the driveway! (Not necessarily the owners fault, but still almost swallowed my car.)

No coins mag card access only. You have to buy a card when staff is onsite and pray one of the machines to reload them is working if youre there when an attendant is not.Staff are very nice and helpful. The machines are kept clean and the facility is kept clean but its well worn.The payment system has issues lately and a more than a few of the dryers were down last time I was there.The entry drive has LARGE deep craters that have been present for several years. I usually exit and enter around the rear of the carwash to keep the bottom of my vehicle and suspension undamaged.I dont feel a temperature difference in the washer doors when the machine is set for Hot wash they remain stone cold. I checked several machines when theyre in the wash cycle so it seems theres no Hot water.The front loading washers have a heavy musty/mouldy smell and my clothes smell the same after washing. 1/4 cup of white vinegar in a wash cycle three times a week before opening and actually having hot water would cure this.

Ive been using the Clothespin on a weekly basis for nearly 3 years at this point. I will say its cheap, the hours are long, and most of the time it does the job perfectly fine.The 3 stars is because my last 3 times here have not been stellar. Week 1 I came in an hour after my load was done and found it behind the staff doors, sitting in a dripping pile. I didnt bother asking why, I just assumed all the machines were busy... but then I looked around, and only saw one washer going. Weird.Week 2 I came in after staff had left and chosen a larger machine. I started at 5:30. The machine glitched and wouldnt stop spinning and rinsing our clothes, without washing them. It also wouldnt unlock. I gave up at 10 pm after checking in and re-trying 3 different times. So, I left a note on the door begging staff the next morning to save our clothes. The next morning I walk in and the staff member says I washed your clothes for you, which was nice, but I also felt a vibe of annoyance. Our clothes were still sopping wet at 10 am, now after 16 hours of first starting it. As if I was responsible for the technical difficulty that wasted my entire night desparately trying to get clean clothes.NOW, week 3, I have a rash. All over my body. I have not used a different detergent, nothing has changed in my diet, the only thing I can think of is that I used someone elses machine with residue in it. There has to be a way to clean out machines, or at least insure detergents dont mix... certain types of laundry detergent are my only known allergens, and the sensitivities I run into are not rare.Maybe Ill review again in the future. I dont plan on dumping them, I had plenty of money still on my card with them, but these last 3 times have been less than stellar.

I have been coming here for 8 yrs or so and I have never encountered such a rude attendent her name I think is Shirley.... Very very rude and you cant even do your laundry in peace she hovers over you like a vulture I know how to do laundry in a laundrymat been doing laundry for almost 30yrs myself I will never ce back here!!!!

Most of the dryers are legit awful. Cheap but awful. I do like the cards vs quarters, though that also has its drawbacks. Clean, super reasonable, and overall thankful for the option!

You go there after hours and I put 15.00 on my plenty card that I have yet to register as I shouldnt have too, and the card takes my money but the machines wont accept my card. I cant get it to now register in the machine that collects the money that didnt have a problem taking my money minutes earlier and theres no emergency phone number to fix the problem and I have to work the next day, and have no extra money with me just to add to another brand new card to have not work.

Must prepay for a card. Slow WiFi that sometimes doesnt work. The machines worked fine, and the staff was very helpful.

I love this place! The workers are awesome and friendly and the machines are clean. Ive been to alot laundy mats in my time and this place is clean. Even the restroom is clean. If your doing your own laundry or dropping it off you wont find a better place.

Their washers and dryers are always out of order. After setting my laundry to dry for 60 minutes, I came back to a dryer not spinning. My clothes were still soaked. Also the road to get to them is treacherous with huge potholes and they never fix them. So frustrating!
