I started coming here after the Clothes Pin Laundromat in Plymouth ripped me off (see my review if you want to know what happened). I went to the Pemi Valley laundry desperately looking for functional washers/dryers and good customer service and it did not disappoint. My first impression was that the place might not be very clean or up to date, but I was wrong. Although it’s a well worn place, it’s high functioning and the people who work there have always been extremely kind. Also, unlike the Clothespin, they’ll give you the money you don’t use on the card system back at the end of your wash if you need it.

This place is great!! Ive been to several laundromats and I love Pemi-Valley Laundry. The staff is professional, friendly, and always helpful. The location is easily accessible, and its very clean. The drop off rate is actually the cheapest around. They offer student, senior, and tenant discounts. The laundry is ready within 24 hours. Theyve never been late! Folding is done in the standard form as most commercial laundromats. I cant say enough good things about this place.

Have taken around 8 white shirts here for dry clean & press over several visits. 50% rejects. Ring around collar, other soil spots, bad press job. I won’t be back for white shirts. Come to think of it, if my white shirts aren’t getting clean, are my other clothes getting clean?

Dry cleaning service was excellent. Price was fair as well. Maybe one or two bucks more than I normally pay.

Brought a white dress shirt with a stain on it. They didnt get the stain out after 2 cleaning and still charged me.Disappointed with the manager as she didnt offer any options.Looking for a new dry cleaner. 😔

THE VERY WORST OF THE WORST. This laundry service is seriously a joke. They charge twice as much for wash, dry, fold service as i have ever seen anywhere else. They put my pick up time in as required 27 hours for them to do two loads of laundry, and the icing on the cake.. I get my laundry back and the shirts have been horizontally folded once, my shorts are not folded at all and when i called to complain i was informed they do not do more than that, although they advertise service as wash, dry, fold. I wouldnt even go as far as to say these people are con artists, they are just lazy incompetent people that obviously give no care to returning business.
