I love the fact its 24 hrs, I work nights and I love to come in after my shift at Plymouth hospital and do my thing. I adore that you see all types of people in there, I am in there, after not taking care of myself for too long. Its great to see everything, from teens to elderly in there. Very welcoming. It has everything I need.

Austen is awesome! Very clean, great equipment, nice staff. Very convenient with the 24hr setup.

Open 24hrs and offer multiple training classes to help you reach your goals quicker and workout with others in a non judgemental and fun atmosphere all while making new friends who are also on the journey to better themselves.

I really feel comfortable here. The staff is kind, non judgmental, and patient when walking you through routines or explaining your questions. The other gym members come in a wide variety of people. It’s not the kind of place where you walk in and think great - everyone knows I haven’t seen the inside of a gym in years. It’s kind of cozy there, actually. It’s always clean, too. They also have: showers; an older but free to members tanning bed; and a free to use anytime massage chair. Haven’t tried the chair yet but it looks nice.

I gave you guys a 3 mainly because of your difference in gyms the plymouth ACE is way better than the rochester one.. Equipment operates better, Better tires, for outside few extra machines there and the atmosphere is so much better for lifting in plymouth.. Living in rochester sucks to have to to plymouth to get that motivating feeling... And its not just ACE i get that the people are just better in plymouth that go to the gym compared ro rochester .. No issues with any staff though on my rating all are great.

It’s awesome that it’s 24/7 I feel like I can focus and fulfill my goals without worrying about the time or day!

Really the biggest issue I have with this place is that they tried to cram so much equipment, a lot of weight machines, into such a small building. It would probably be better if there were more power racks and free weights than machines. Other than that the prices are decent and the ability to have 24 hour access is nice.

First impressions mean the most to me. For me if the tour guide is given by someone who may know a lot about fitness but do not look like they practice it, then Im a hard sell. Today was my day to evaluate and choose a gym for my goals, I went to Ace Fitness this afternoon after visiting another local gym. The other gym was much bigger but was a hard sell. (see above) I went in and was very pleased with the tour and how informative, pleasant and upbeat Jake is. He also looks the part. We discussed my goals and how he would be able to work around my schedule to get me there.This seems to be the place for me!!! See you soon!!!

Great quality for the price per month. To be short and to the point, if you are looking for a place where you can not be around very many people when you are working out, there are only select times during the day when there are few people here.I personally believe the massage chair that they have available to members makes the membership worth it. If you want to relax your muscles after a intense workout, it is right there.The rate per month is WAY lower than any of the competition in town and for being the ONLY 24 hour gym in all of Plymouth, that just adds to the value 10 fold.Go for a free tour of the facility and tell them Darren Demis sent you!

I will say I dont have a membership here but I did look into it before. The new location is convenient but to me, felt really cramped inside. Too much equipment and not enough room. Pricing was surprisingly higher than I thought it was going to be and they do require a deposit and a year commitment. You really only have 2 choices in Plymouth and with certain discounts and deals, lifeplex wasnt a whole lot more expensive than ace is now. Plus side though, ace definitely gives off a more caring vibe so kudos to them.

Absolute garbage equipment is not maintained,held together buy electrical tape. Staff is ok morningsun runs people off by talking trash about there beliefs. Everything is so crammed together you cant breath. Not worth the investment as they dont invest in themselves.
