Went to the Plymouth location after years of hating my smile and fearing the dentist. The entire staff were wonderful. Kind, patient and answered every question a few times. Im so looking forward to starting my treatment plan.

I went for regular cleanings habitually every 6 months until COVID struck. I moved into the area a few years ago and when my regular dentist couldnt give me an appointment for more than 4 months I thought I would give Aspen a try. I booked an appointment for a routine cleaning and was informed I had to have an exam first. A little off the norm, but I thought no big deal. I went for the exam and they said I needed a periodontal deep cleaning, my out of pocket cost would be around $600. I said I didnt want it, but they refused giving a routine cleaning. I went to my regular dentist. Guess what, no periodontal cleaning recommended or needed! The drive to my dentist is a bit away, but I am not getting pushed into unnecessary treatment either.

To be perfectly candid I was a little apprehensive about using Aspen and my dentist. However, I was pleasantly surprised and plan to use them for my dental care. The staff and dentist really make all the difference. I found them friendlier and more efficient than other private practices I had used. They are upfront and focused on budget and costs. I was worried that they would try to get me get things that might not be needed but that wasn’t the case at all. My preconceived idea was that they were a corporate dental practice focused on revenue but that is not what I actually found, quite the opposite. I found them to be more focused on my care and affordability. I suppose the offices vary but the one in Plymouth was great.

Love this dental group. Everyone is friendly and they treat you with dignity and respect. Staff are well trained and educated. No complaints from me who all my life have been terrified of going to the dentist.

Amazing staff!! Dr. Valcourt is incredible! I like most people have had horrible experiences from dentists in the past and have neglected my hygiene and dental maintenance. But Dr Valcourt was unbelievably patient and so understanding. He explained every step and they even took the time to work out a plan that worked for me both time wise and financially! If you’ve had bad experiences or been afraid to go to the dentist I highly recommend you go see Dr. Valcourt and his team, simply AMAZING!

I recently had a toothache and was sure an extraction was needed... I called and Amanda answered in a very pleasant voice and got me in for a same day appointment...Lucy and DR. Carr took Xrays and recommended that I save the tooth and use a certain tooth paste the repairs enamel...one week later my pain is gone an my tooth is saved....Thank you Kevin Rose...member of Alpha dental for life...BTW, Ericka gives an amazing job when she cleans my teeth and gives me a toothbrush, floss and she also gets a gold star

In lieu of the problems with Covid-19, I was met at the door to be let in. I was taken to get an x-ray, only to remove my mask for the actual moment the X-ray was taken. The dentist and his assistant stayed masked the entire time. I took off my mask briefly for the Dr. to look into my mouth and assure me that my tooth would be ok until such time they reopen their office. I was escorted out, having no contact with anyone else. I appreciate their precautions!

Nice hygenist, receptionist, but when it got down to heres what we recommend with office manager, there was an extremely long laundry list-complete with estimated insurance and patient responsibility that mathematically just did NOT add up. My insurance pays 80% on many procedures, yet they wanted WELL above 20% of the first procedure listed on this laundry list. Math did not add up. Do not trust the numbers AT ALL. Asked for refund and cancelled all appointments-going to small family dentist now.

I came to the Plymouth office last week due to having a broken tooth and pain. They decided I needed an extraction and a root canal but couldnt do it for several weeks. I have to drive to brockton to get it done on the fifteenth. So two weeks to sit in pain. It gets worse and worse every day. I called the office and suggested I take 4, 200mg tablets of ibuprofen 3 times a day. In the past, when Ive had issues like this, other practices would take me immediately, to get it ready for a crown. Very disappointed and in a ton of pain. My tooth is broken in half and all I got was a prescription for amoxicilan and told it would be weeks before they can work on it.

I was impressed by the cheerful service of my first visit. I am also impressed that as a Senior I had discounts on my X-rays and first exam. It is important to have a cheerful place and so far a Great Dentist experience. It is important to have that. I have been to other places where that is not so. Being new to the Plymouth area I would recommend Aspen Dentist to others. (Beth Ann) you are great!

The doctor was quick and did a wonderful job doing my fillings. It took less time to get an appointment, even though I was a new patient, than it did when I was a regular. They also met my needs as an individual and kept me as calm as a cucumber. The manager Chris did a wonderful job explaining all the different payment options and has made even the most expensive dental work affordable. Would Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Cleaning and dental services are fine. However very frustrated with the surprise charges every time we go. Dentist knows insurance will only pay for 2 cleanings a year and knows the rules better than me, and knows I was in multiple times earlier in the year for special cleanings. Why didnt they tell me this CLEARLY on my last visit before I booked a new appointment 6 months later that this one wouldnt be free? I would have waited to January if knew it would cost me $100.

I am very pleased with the care I get at Aspen Dental. I recently had dentures made and I had the best dental experience during the process. My doctor and staff made sure I got the best fitting dentures possible. I am a happy camper and highly recommend Aspen to anyone not happy with their current dentists.

Advice, including various options for continued care, were thoroughly explained and followed up with printed information. Easy payment plans too! Had a wisdom tooth removed appx an hour ago and felt absolutely no pain from start to finish. Dr. Valcourt is by far the best dentist Ive ever been to. Amazing! I was so nervous and expecting a repeat of another experience I had with a tooth removal from another dentist . Happy to say I was wrong. Excellent staff assisting him. ps 6 plus hours later and I have to remind myself I had a tooth pulled and be mindful of it.

Aspen Dental was the most amazing Dentist visit that my children and I have ever experienced. Karen was so helpful and thoughtful. She carefully explained all of the procedures that she was going to do and taught us how to take care of our teeth. We all know how unpleasant it can be to go to the dentist. This team is amazing and help you along the way. From the financial part all the way to the end of your treatment, you are treated with respect and understanding. I highly recommend this for all of your dental needs. The only thing that I did not love was the phone system. I would love to be able to just call and talk to someone without all of the automated mumbo jumbo that you have to go through to reschedule an appointment or ask a question. Far too much work for a simple call.

When I called they were able to get me in the next day. Carolyn was so helpful when I found out my Insurance was Terminated as of August 31st. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental.

This place is the best, and this comes from someone with a lifelong fear of going to the dentist. They explained everything that was going to happen, and treated me with respect and concern. If you need a dentist, or want a BETTER dentist, go to them.They can help you find the best payment options, and they will give you the thorough care thats so hard to find nowadays. Im so glad I found them. I have serious dental issues, and many missing teeth. I also have a growth on my inside lower lip. All issues will be addressed by MY terms - they gave me great choices. I wish I didnt wait so long!

Paid over 200 in advance, received bill for extra 32.62 bill in Feb paid Aspen 33 dollars in Feb, only to billed again, provided proof of payment and then received a call and they found out they hadnt billed for something that was done. I was told in April to wait on payment until bill was finalized.THEN today June received bill from collection agency for.... 32.62. Ridiculous! I dont mind paying for services rendered but being billed twice PAY TWICE ... Thats not right. Bye Aspen Dental

Nice staff but they are overpriced and say you need things you dont and add things to your bill that arent needed. I found a local family practice that charges way less and are truthful about what you need. I didnt need 90% of what aspen told me I did. Do yourself a favor and read some other reviews not on this site.

Great place. I read a lot of negative reviews online about Aspen and I was going to cancel my first appointment. I decided to go anyway. What I encountered was the exact opposite of the all negative reviews I read. I have only been to the Plymouth office and they are awesome! Ive been there 3 times and always a positive experience. All the Doctors and Staff that I have encountered have been great.

The check up was great. I have tried to set up an appointment for 3 days now and no one gets back to me . What is the problem. They could at least get back to me and let me know they dont want to do the work.

It is Aspens policy (just try waiting on hold for customer service and you will hear it proclaimed) that you only pay the price you are quoted. Well, I was stuck with a $80 bill after having already paid over $200. I reached out to Aspen management at the Plymouth office 3 times and my issue was never resolved. I will never return to any Aspen branch and will not recommend to friends and family.

My visit was a very pleasant experience all the way around. Plymouh has a very customer centric staff who all have a very professional approach to their dealings with the customer.I particularly likes the nom nonsense approach that everyone had and will recommend them where I can.

This was my first dental appointment in a while and I was nervous. Exam and xrays were free ! Karen,is an awesome hygienist,very thorough but gentle. I needed scaling for periodontitis and planned on some discomfort but never had any! And she explained everything during my visit. The only thing I disliked was that the 1st appointment is for xrays and exam only. I would recommend doing a cleaning then as well.

Billing/finance department is aweful- took them 2 yrs to tell me they billed insurance incorrectly and now insurance company can’t back date that far and claims gone to collection.Horrible customer service.

Aspen dental had apts for anytime to fit my needs. The staff was considerate and caring.

I set up a first appt thinking it would be xrays and a cleaning like it is in every other dentist office. NO! It was just for xrays. I am away at college right now and hoped to get this cleaning over spring break-- now I cant get a cleaning until May. It would have been so easy for them to be upfront about this. Im disappointed.
