Made an appointment to have a phone battery replaced and drove 35 minutes to get there to be told. I cant do it now Asked why, she said because Im leaving now. I asked why and she said I dont have time now, leave it for a few days. Its my work phone and my lifeline and I had an appointment. Worst Worst Worst! Fire her now !
Exceptional customer service and technical knowledge. I am very impressed with this Store and their Geek Squad personnel.
Went there today and the 2 guys there were super helpful and found problem with my computer in a few hours even though they told me it could take 2 days. Saved my life! Lol
Took my computer to best buy 5 times and each time it returned to me (after a month) it was worse. At least they were friendly.
Do not go to any geek squad place they are awful and will take your money because they will charge you for things you dont need because you dont really understand it
