GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went above and beyond for me. I wanted to possibly retrieve any photos that may have been on an old Compaq tower that had been in a closet for years. They were able to get in, even though I couldn’t remember the password, let me view what was on the hard drive, and then since there wasn’t anything worth saving, wiped it clean. He then offered to dispose of it for me. And then, graciously, said there would be no charge since I didn’t retrieve anything!! I highly recommend J&J Solutions! I will definitely come back for all my computer needs!
