IES, Inc. was absolutely spectacular when it came time to getting my personal laptop screen repaired. I chatted with an online representative about price, and when I told him that I had found a replacement screen for nearly 100 dollars cheaper than what they quoted me with, he immediately let me know that if I ordered the screen myself, they would charge me one flat rate. As a college student in a pinch, I was extremely grateful that their services were not only affordable but also quick. My computer was fixed within an hour and a half of me dropping it off, and it looked better than brand new. IES, Inc.s customer service is incredible, and I would recommend them to anyone.
