Wonderful selection on carpet. The lady that helped us on the floor was very helpful. Matt Pratt came out and done the measurements for the install and was very professional and was able to give us the cost for carpet and install right then and there. (Unlike the big box store process.) We purchase the carpet and install and the carpet came in on time. Had the carpet installed and the gentlemen that install were great. They install the carpet cleaned up well after the job. The install looks great and my family loves it. Great Job!

The time I met him our driver was delivering to the Dollar General next door to him. Our driver drove onto his property and did damage. Mr. Pratt was concerned, but not mean in any way. They are not rude people. They struck me a kind and professional. Mr. Pratt has been nothing but professional in his dealings with me. If anything he is the one who has been wronged. It was horrible I wanted to go look at some flooring while my husband unloads at his work unfortunately as he was pulling up in Pratts floor covering driveway he did not realize he was on the grass well he got stuck and a gentleman came out of the building of Pratts floor covering yelling at me telling me that its going to cost you about ten thousand dollars I need to see your drivers license and I told him he had know reason to come over and hollering at me because I dont drive I dont even have a license to drive he then said to me well where is your driver whos in charge!!!!! Very rude we are remodeling our house and I wanted to see the flooring they had nope after all that hollering at me I told my husband no thanks Im not interested in there business anymore
