We hired Viking Chem-Dry to clean the upholstery on cubicle partitions in my office. The partitions had very deep stains on them and I was afraid that they were ruined. I am so impressed with how clean and new they look. The team at Viking worked hard to get them back to perfect! I would highly recommend them for commercial work.

I called Viking Chem-Dry about a week before and was able to get a cleaning scheduled the week after. Communication was good and easy. The cleaning was done really well and cost was right around what I expected. All in all, very pleasant experience.

Was able to schedule quickly. Moved into a new house that was supposed to have been “deep cleaned” but all of the upstairs (the carpet that we didn’t replace before we moved in) smelled like dog and my dog-allergic son couldn’t sleep in his room because of it. They fit us in within a few days, and the cleaning was thorough and got rid of all the dog smell and likely much of the dander.

We have had Gary cleaning our carpets for more than 20 years. He is efficient and neat. In addition he has offered helpful hints about keeping our carpets in good condition. Gary and Jesse are friendly, polite, and very professionally. We will call them again.

Gary was great, so we went with them. We explained we have builder grade carpet and 2 large dogs so just wanted a good clean, knowing we wouldnt have this carpet forever.Unfortunately, found later that Gary didnt even extract the carpet, just swirled around the dirt and grime, like a tile floor cleaner. He just used a rotating floor polisher with bonnet.Carpets smelled/looked clean at first but once dried, our house now smells horrible!! Worse than before the carpets were cleaned.Did not expect miracles but for a carpet cleaning company to just swirl around grime and not actually extract the carpets, Im totally amazed.Only giving 2 stars because Gary tried to make it right.

My dog has diarreah in 23 spots in a room off the basement. Gary came out and did a fantastic job. He was on time, fast and efficient. Use this company as you won’t be disappointed. I’m grateful to them and you will be too!

We couldnt be happier with our rugs cleaned by Gary. Its amazing to see the difference between our rugs before and after. Since we have an older dog we didnt think we would be able to get up some of the spots. Gary is professional, congenial and our rugs on the top floor were actually dry by the time he was done. I dont think we would want anyone else to clean our carpets.

I love Chem-Dry. Gary is prompt and efficient. The process does not take a long time and I love that the carpet is not shaking wet when it is finished. It drys very quickly. I have two older cats and throw ups can be quite frequent. After Gary has cleaned my carpets they look bran new.
