Mike and his staff have consistently provided excellent service for me on my current and previous Audi. It is a challenging vehicle to service and could get expensive. Mike has always worked hard to keep the car running well while not “breaking the bank”.I continue to use Eurosport for service on the family vehicles (2 Audis and a Ram pickup).I feel confident to have these guys in my corner.
Eurosport completed the work when they said they would, if not before. The quality and dependability of their service is worth every penny. They breathed new life into my aging Mini Cooper. Thanks, Mini Boys!
There is not one bad thing I could name about this shop. I typically work on all my own cars and other vehicles but after having two highly involved jobs completed by these guys (transmission out clutch service and water pump replacement), I’m starting to question if I’ll ever work on my BMW again. The labor rate is fantastic for the quality of service and level of expertise. The shop is clean, full of expensive tools, software and parts, so there’s no corner cutting anywhere. Everybody was friendly, professional, and timely in completing the work I needed. They will have my business for a long time. My only regret is not finding out about them sooner. Give them your car to work on, you won’t regret it.
Mike and the crew at Eurosport have been fantastic to work with. Over the past several years theyve earned my trust, and they are incredibly responsive. Its a relief to have a local shop that we can trust with our Volvo!
I brought my car in for a power steering fluid leak. Their first diagnosis was for a transmission line replacement but when I asked if they could look again they courteously obliged. Once the sloppy wet winter stuff dried out under the car, they looked again and confirmed it was a power steering leak in the high pressure line. They had it fixed in a day and were super nice! Mike was great and I appreciate that they took a second look for me. The cost was reasonable too. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
John can fix anything, terrific tech! Mike is the best Customer Service Mgr, very attentive. Highly recommend.
Eurosport of Plymouth is pretty good if you have an M3, Audi or Mercedes. Cost of about $72 for a full diagnostic which found nothing major wrong with the ol’ 2003 M3. Gotta make sure the rig starts, runs & drives in order to make it to the shop (PFGC maple grove) & back. Located close to home & WHS, not far from work, a Subway, Panera Bread, & Caribou Coffee. Don’t want to have to use the “winter beater” (300cc bike) just to get around town! Not much of a waiting area - used the gas station. Dad helped with the rig
I brought my 2010 A6 with 150k miles in due to check engine light. Fuel injectors and carbon build-up in the valves were the issue. They replaced all 6 injectors and walnut blasted the valves. They drove and reinspected and found car was still running rough. They went back in to engine and found something stuck within the turbo and repaired at no cost. Also changed plugs due to fowling. The technicians were thorough and Mike provided good communication throughout the process.
I have a 911 4S. Eurosport fixed the suspension and was very reasonable. Great guys to work with. Awesome.
These guys are great! Did the needed repairs and maintenance inspection on my (older) Lexus for a fraction of the cost at the dealer. Would highly recommend them!
I have done a lot of business with these guys and they are great. Quick diagnosis, fair pricing. If you have an older Mercedes to service I highly recommend them.
Eurosport went above and beyond for me and got my mazdaspeed3 running like new again! Can say for certain any other shop I would of been wasting money and time, but thankfully the mechanics here are very skilled and honest about what you need.
Great experience here!! Super nice shop!! All the modern tools and equipment!! WAY better than the dealership Ive been going to! The loaner cars here are included in the service and are very nice!! Fair pricing as well. Thanks Eurosport!!
Ive had 2 positive experiences with this shop, both oil changes. They didnt mind taking a couple measurements on my rims I asked for. I appreciate the free inspection and included loaner cars. I highly recommend them.
!!!!!!Worst experience!!!!!! If they say your oil change for Jaguar XF is 75 plus tax, Please dont trust. you will end up paying more than $100. There are no of hidden charges, they never tells you initially, doesnt matter how many times you ask. I end up paying almost $300 which was initially 75 plus tax. Later they will explain you in a way that you can not say anything as they will use the terms you dont know about.I wont recommend this at all.
I would not recommend this place at all. I was overcharged for the diagnostic fee and charged two of the same fees. I tried disputing the fee with the service advisor, Mike (as it was unauthorized), and he didnt correspond or show any sign of understanding..
Great shop that will fix your car properly at an affordable price. The location is so convenient and customer service is the best. Couldn’t be happier.
Awesome service, great prices! Ive taken in my Lexus and Audi and every time they call me, I have never had to follow up with them. They send a full report with pictures of your cars health which is very detailed and helpful. Once Larkin Auto closed, I wasnt sure where to go and get honest car service but this is the place. Very pleased.
I had an over the top fantastic experience working with Mike to get my brakes on my BMW replaced! He went above and beyond with explaining what needed to be done and all at a very affordable cost! I would bring my car here again in a heartbeat. Very trustworthy company.
They have always gotten me in quickly, and have good prices. Scheduling via their contact page rather than by phone is very handy. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with a European car.
Awesome service, quality work, did what they said and when for a reasonable price. Ive had a few cars go through their service. I trust them ... that is the best thing anyone can say about a auto repair shop.
I wasnt happy with BMW dealer. Brought my car to Eurosport of Plymouth. I was given a BMW loaner to drive while they fixed my car. They fixed my car the same day. The price was less than the BMW dealer. The employees were very friendly. I highly recommend Eurosport of Plymouth! I will be back . . .😃
I’ve used this shop a couple of times to service my 2013 VW Tiguan with great results. Mike and the mechanics are friendly and get the job done quickly. No hassles and fair pricing. I especially like the inspection report he sends complete with photos of your vehicle and detailed explanations. I have recommended this shop to family members. Thanks guys!
They did a great on my R8 plenty of attention to detail . They will get additional cars from me. Thanks guys.
I had an engine vibration in my Audi A4 I dropped it off in the morning by lunch mike called me and told me that I had an intermittent misfire causedBy a coil he told me it would be done in a few hour. When I picked it up it was clean no mechanic residue. Highly recommend thank you mike
Mike Sobtzak is the man! Ive been taking my cars to Mike for years and Ive always had a good experience. Mike always gets me in when I have a problem, and explains what the problem and solution is, and the pricing is way better than going to the Beamer Dealership. Also honesty is very important (for peace of mind).
I had my c55 AMG serviced by Eurosport. I was very happy with the results. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly.
The service I received from Mike Sobtzak at Eurosport of Plymouth was top notch! My engine sounds great again. Thanks, Mike, and crew.
I rarely leave 1 star reviews - you can check my profile. These guys have earned it. This shop just shrugs their shoulders as if theyre helpless and ask what do?I came here for a knock sensor issue on my 2011 Audi A5. They charge me $1600 to replace fuel injectors, sparks, etc. because they claimed there was an underlying cylinder 2 misfire. Turns out this didnt fix the knock sensor issue at all and they want another $300 to fix the knock sensor. Case #1 of not standing behind their work and diagnostics.3 months later, the check engine light because of a cylinder 2 misfire is on again - and they now want another $500 to do a compression test before wanting more $$$ to proceed further. Case #2 of not standing behind their work and diagnostics. The whole 2 year parts + labor warranty doesnt do anything in this case except for them to look at what theyve already installed. It doesnt focus at all on fixing the issues or taking ownership of work.Just really expensive to know that I shouldve gone to the dealership initially for this type of work.Im also not sure why this company keeps swapping between Eurosport of Wayzata and Eurosport of Plymouth.---Edit: Surprised to see that Mike doesnt have a clear idea about the issue considering I raised this complain in October 2018, and have filed a dispute with my credit card company, which they have responded to. Guess I shouldnt be though.Ive since found out that at the time Eurosport replaced the fuel injectors, Audi has a factory service warranty which applied to my Audi that would have covered the cost of replacing those fuel injectors. Eurosport gave me no information about this. I can only speculate as to the why.
I’ve brought my 2008 mini cooper to eurosport of wayzata in january 2016 for three years thru a lady name kelsey with great experience. until their business was moved to plymouth from wayzata last year. i began to lose my trust doing business with new person name mike anymore.why? in july 2018, my 2008 mini cooper’s engine noise was noticed by the technician while pulling the vehicle into the shop. the cost required labor to remove the valve cover and timing cover to inspect further etc... they’ve fixed my car about $2,700 total to cover everything AFTER i’ve double check with him to make sure about the problem to cause the oil consumption issue on my car. because i have asked of him to correct these oil consumption issue at same time to save the labor cost if adding parts cost me extra $ which is okay with me.i drove it for three months to see how the oil consumption issue has been resolved yet or not. it didn’t improve at all but i began to notice there were little oil leaking around the spark plugs. i gave it a chance for another three month in january 2019 under the 24 month/24,000 mile warranty in peace of mind. i’ve started to notice more oil leaking around the spark plugs and oil consumption issue still remained the same.i’ve taken my car to the shop and talked with mike about these issue under the warranty last janurary 2019. he said it is normal consumption to use 1 quart every 700 miles. why didn’t he give me a head up to warn me in first place last 6 months ago (july 2018). he told me that oil leak coming from the oil filter housing that would charge me another $1025.70 for 6 hour labor is expensive more than gasket part itself is cheaper.i’ve asked him why he had not done with replacing gasket of oil filter housing in first place last july 2018 at same time to work on my engine issue in order to save the labor cost cheaper. he said gasket didn’t leak at that time and didn’t bother to replace it at all. top of my head that he and his technician both should know better replacing the old gasket (cheap part) with new one is much cheap insurance to do at same time labor (expensive) is better than never replace it at all. he told me to keep my eyes on oil level. he won’t budge that he didn’t take responsible for not correcting the issue of oil consumption issue and oil leaking that i asked of him in first place last july, 2018.last march 2019, i had another new issues on braking system, front wheel bearing, front struts to cost me around another $2,300. i did ask him to double check with diagnosis on my car about any issue or problem later i may overlook. i told him that i dont want to be trapped in the money pit and may consider giving up my old 2008 to buy new car. i did ask him about how to be cautious of oil leaking is avoiding any risk after my cars repairing. he said all i need to keep my eyes on oil level then i will be fine. i was naive to trust him third time again as i went ahead to cough up $ with another $2,300 repairing.guess what. next three weeks later, my 2008 mini cooper s has showed up a new hot temperature warning icon on march 21st, 2019. i lost over $5,000 total to invest on my mini coopers in less than a year at the europe of plymouth because he and his techanician could not be able to anticipate the problem in the future by ignoring replacing gasket of oil filter housing simply by bad call and clueless about mini coopers issue.i ended up to buy a new hyundai santa fe xl limited next few days right after mini cooper s had issue after i promised my wife this was my last straw to LOSE my TRUST in eurosport of plymouth three time. if you care about their friendly service and simple changing oils then it is ok for you. if you care about real EXPERT on diagnosis to PIN DOWN the culprit on engine what cause problem and issue and ABLE to ANTICIPATE with EXPERIENCE then europesport of plymouth is not recommended for you. their 24 month/24,000 mile warranty is not worth for my peace of mind at all but my beloved 2008 mini cooper become a brick to park on my driveway. :(
Good place to get your foreign car serviced with helpful staff. They are normally cheaper than the dealer.
These guys are great !! I brought in my 2005 Audi A4, the dealership gave me a long list of items that were needed, Eurosport gave me a realistic list and helped come up with a plan to fix it!! Thanks Eurosport!!!
Knowledge and service at a exceptional level. Thank you
