Kevin Borst from Safe Harbour Insurance is my favorite person right now. I had the pleasure of meeting him before because of the line of work im in. We had re-connected less than a week before my Policy with Liberty Mutual was about to renew for its third year.I had told Kevin I wasnt really happy with my policy, but it was going to auto renew in just 3 days so I felt stuck because dealing with Liberty Mutual directly was always a headache.Kevin offered to look at my policy ( this was yesterday 7/27) to see if he could help me before my renewal.Not only did Kevin save me hundreds of dollars a year on my policy, Im mind-blown on how much more coverage he got me. Were talking up to 8x more coverage for bodily injury, and in other areas astronomically more coverage that I cant believe I never knew was so low before. Im so lucky nothing ever happened!!!! Not to mention all for a lower rate. Kevin at Safe Harbour recently worked with my parents on their insurance for their condominium purchase. Jeff a staff member of the insurance company safe harbor in Plymouth Mass- was so disrespectful, condescending and not helpful. This company takes my money but when you have a claim for damages from a storm will fight and low ball you so you can’t even afford the repairs . Beware of this place and especially the rudest person Jeff. Know when it is time you have damage from a storm they will not fix it

I thought it was a good insurance company until mysteriously, rates increased, and when I asked my agent, Susan, to find a better rate, she took three weeks to get back to me only to say, what I had was the best she could do. So, I decided to switch to USAA, being a military family, and the rates were much better. several faxes and emails and calls from me and USAA to Safe Harbour, we thought we had cancelled the policy. NO. She had continued my home policy and cashed the check from the mortgage company early and never cancelled it out. We are still trying to get this solved and recover the money they collected even though I have written correspondence that I had moved to another insurer.
