Recently I was locked out of my unit and my garage door code box wasn’t working. Jason from maintenance was incredibly responsive and helpful and got the door fixed immediately. Rob from maintenance was also helpful and offered to make a spare key. Overall great communication and execution of problem solving from the wonderful maintenance team at the Avalon town houses!

We have been living at Avalon at The Pinehills for 3 months. Our first introduction to Avalon at The Pinehills was through Ashley in the leasing office and she was extremely helpful assisting us with finding the best unit for us at Avalon. We were looking for an apartment community that was safe, well maintained, provided responsive management and a friendly community with amenities. Once we moved in, Jason and Robby were very responsive to our service requests regarding minor issues that needed attention. Avalon is lucky to have such a committed staff that provides such a safe, well maintained, friendly community. Ive been here 3 years and rarely need maintenance. However, I needed some maintenance in my apartment and submitted it to the office. Within 24 hours, Jason was at work repairing my problems. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. I had a window that wouldnt stay open, it was a difficult repair and required getting some parts. He stuck with it and got it back in working order. He also did a plumbing replacement, and replaced a closet door, all in record time! He is highly professional, and a real asset to Avalon. Five stars for Jason!

The setting is lush and magnificent for a summer rental. The staff has been extremely supportive as I use a walker and need extra assistance.

Having spent the past year at Avalon (Pine Hills) I cant say enough about the facility, location, and most importantly the staff. It has been a great experience and am sad to be leaving. Moving into a new home in May and leased for a year during the transition. This has felt like a home and community despite the safeguards put in place due to Covid. I will miss Avalon at the Pine Hills and my time spent here.

My husband and I have lived here for several years. Our experience with staff, and maintenance has been exceptional. Yesterday, Jason from Maintenence addressed three different issues in our apartment that needed attention. He handled each one very well in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional.He went the extra mile to research the availability of a particular filter that I had requested. He Then gave me a call to report his findings. We have also had wonderful service from Sam and Robbie.

Bryanna and Ashley were simply the best possible Avalon Pinehills representatives possible. They responded immediately with courteous and enthusiastic attitudes. Most importantly they introduced me to a great community with great accommodations and housing. In short they provided a perfect answer to what I needed and wanted. My husband and I had the quick and easy privilege of working with Bryanna Diamond in their sales office - we were here to visit on a Monday and had the keys by Friday. Maintenance staff is great. Replaced broken vertical blinds right away. Always available to repair a disposal or replace a lightbulb.

It was a busy, late Friday night and we notified Avalon Maintenance via the call in about an emergency request that we had no hot water. Rob came over immediately as he has done in the past, and restored it ( pilot light went out) we were grateful....Thanks ROB!!

We are over half way they our first year here but feel so at home we could have been here for years!! We love how well maintained the apartments, public areas and grounds are kept! The slightest problem is rectified immediately. Rob and his colleagues in maintenance make every tenant feel like they are their top priority!!!I highly recommend this as your next home :)

I came to Avalon in February under considerable stress. My husband of 57 years was moving into a memory care facility and I had exactly one week to find a place to live. My experience with Lauren and Sarah in the leasing office could not have been better. They were caring, understanding, supportive and moved mountains on my behalf. No one could have asked for more. Since moving in I have found that same amazing support and care from the maintenance staff and even from the folks giving us a beautiful face life of new carpet and paint. I thought it couldnt possibly continue, but it has. I offered our new leasing agent, Julie, a few suggestions and she was back in touch with me within days. Some items are under considerations, actions on others already underway and a friendly telephone call made to see if I was satisfied with progress made. I have never lived in an apartment before but I certainly never expected this level of satisfaction. This is a true home and I am ever so grateful! Thank you.

The Maintenance crew at Avalon at the Pinehills is consistently responsive and takes care of my maintenance issues within a short amount of time.They are courteous, professional and know exactly how to fix the problem.Simply said, they are the best.

I’ve lived in Avalon managed apartments for going on 5 years first in Quincy Ma which was great then the last 3-1/2 years in Avalon at the Pinehills in Plymouth which is just more “me” in terms of its feel. The Pinehills is really like its own little town within the town of Plymouth offering amazing restaurants, postal services, banking, a world class spa, top notch tennis and golf services, endless walking paths, fire pits, etc . I could go on for a while, however, while all of those things are great, my apartment and personal space is most important to me. The maintenance team has been unbelievable in all of my years here. No issue is unresolved for long and the guys couldn’t do a better job when they do resolve it. Robby in particular is so nice and caring, I honestly see him as more of a friend / neighbor as he just couldn’t be more helpful/personable. The leasing office team is also exceptional. I’ve dealt with Lauren, Deirdre, Bryanna, Jennifer, Ashley and probably more and they’re all obviously on the same page as far as the experience they want to give to their tenants as each one of them are equally friendly and informative and make this place feel like home on a daily basis. The design of the apartment couldn’t be any nicer offering granite countertops, amazing views, spacious rooms, soft close cabinets, stainless steel appliances etc. Couldn’t ask for more as a tenant since day one.

My husband and I love living at Avalon at The Pinehills! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We’ve connected with neighbors and enjoy being at the pool during the summer months and using the barbecue year-round. Our unit overlooks the golf course and during the warm weather we are always sitting on our balcony. We walk to our dentist and PCP at the Village Green which is a few blocks away. There are restaurants and shops as well as a paved walking path that meanders for miles throughout The Pinehills. The Market, which is an upscale food market, as well as a gas station that offers full repair services, are also blocks away. The convenience of living at Avalon with a wonderful home space, amenities and easy access to Rt. 3 have contributed to enjoying life at The Pinehills.

I have lived here more than several years and continue to be amazed at the responsiveness & competency/politeness of all of the staff I occasion to deal with here in oh so quiet @The Pinehills. Kudos to Rob & the others!!

I have lived in Avalon at the Pinehills for a little over two years. Lauren and Sarah in the office are the most delightful and helpful people daily. It is a beautiful, and most importantly safe community to relax or raise your children in! My children love all the walking trails, and the pool when it is in season. The maintenance staff has been nothing short of exceptional, they are truly only a phone call away. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, and beautiful apartment.

We love living at Avalon at the Pinehills. The staff is so warm and accommodating. Robbie in maintenance is so responsive anytime we need assistance. Whenever there is an issue, he comes over right away to fix it. On his own time, he helped us hang pictures and others tasks when we moved in last year. It was immediately evident that he was going to be a wonderful support for us when we needed help. He is such a great guy and lives in Avalon so we always see him. We think of Robbie as a neighbor and friend. Living at Avalon this past year has been so wonderful. We met many residents at the pool and enjoyed hanging out on the chaise lounges and barbecuing. During the warmer months, April-October, we spent countless hours on our balcony that faces the golf course drinking our morning coffee; plugging in our phones; eating meals. Avalon is just blocks away from the village center and market. Our PCP and dentist are a few blocks away. We are always eating delicious meals at the Blueberry Muffin. Avalon is so well-maintained and managed which makes living here so enjoyable. As we approach winter, we know that after a snowstorm, the road and sidewalk to our unit will be cleared immediately. Avalon is not just a place to live. It is home.

We have been tenants for over a year and have extended for two more. The staff, facilities, and our apartment are all top-notch. We just moved in to Avalon (Plymouth) a few days ago, after downsizing from our home. Our interactions with every Avalon staff member so far have been terrific! From the first phone call to inquire about a rental at this site until our move in last Saturday, we have had a quick response to all questions. Upon moving in, we encountered some minor move in issues and the responses and fixes have been remarkably prompt. The team here is professional and kind, which makes the difficult moving process so much easier. Thank you all! We feel welcome here.

I have lived in a couple different Avalon locations (Pembroke, Orange CT, etc) and this has by far been the best one. Quiet neighborhood, very nice neighbors, and the office staff is very nice and helpful. The pool and gym are always clean as well which is a plus.

Moved in in May and so far it has been great! The Pinehills team made everything wicked easy. They helped us get the apartment furnished and set up with cable/internet. I also promptly lost my keys and fob, and replacing them was no hassle. The beer garden has opened and so far the community seems like a lot of fun. Location is also convenient, and has all the amenities one would need in the complex.

I love living in Avalon managed apartment communities! I have lived at Avalon in the Pinehills for 9 of the 11 years I’ve been in MA. The 2 years I lived in another apartment complex were miserable and I couldn’t wait to get out of there and back to Avalon. The Avalon apartments are well designed, high quality apartments and the maintenance and management team are world class, very professional, friendly, and responsive! Avalon is also very pet friendly! One of the latest perks Avalon at the Pinehills recently added is an Amazon Hub to make getting packages more secure and convenient.I’m getting ready to relocate for work to an area that doesn’t have an Avalon community (unfortunately) so I had to break my lease (another great perk is you can transfer your lease from one Avalon community to another). The Avalon at the Pinehills management team worked with me and provided a very fair lease-break option as well as Clean Sweep (reasonably priced cleaning service) so my move can go as smoothly as possible. I can’t say enough positive about Avalon at the Pinehills!

The main reason for our continued residence is the management team of Lauren and Sam.Their leadership and work ethic are second to none. Excellence all around. I moved my elderly mom to Avalon over 5 years ago. The community has everything she needs within minutes of her apartment. The staff and her neighbors have been very supportive and helpful to her and I feel comforted that she is always safe and secure at Avalon.

Everything from the leasing office staff, to the pool, the instant snow removal in the winter months, the quick and immediate response to any maintenance requests, to the convenience of the trash disposal, Avalon at the Pinehills is amazing. Everyone I come into contact with has nothing bad to say because it is its own small, close knit community. Highly recommend.

We found the ideal apartment at the Avalon at The Pinehills...a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, street level unit with an attached garage.Rachael, our community consultant, was instrumental in our decision to call the Avalon home. She listened to our requirements, showed us the ideal floor plan for our needs, and answered every question we posed. She provided excellent customer service and is a true asset for the Avalon company.Pinehills is a great community. It has many shops, services and amenities that add to the living experience.Our only regret is that we did not sell our home and move here years ago.We are looking forward to calling this our home for many years to come

I have spent a wonderful first year here and opting for year two. The quality of life is terrific with the many life style benefits of Avalon plus The Pine Hills. I cant say enough about Lauren and the wonderful staff. They are dedicated and so friendly - attending to the details with a great deal of pride in what they do. Maintenance is always visible and accessible when needed. So much to like here, from the pool, gym, stunning landscaping and timely snow removal, golf course views, nearby beaches, and of course, the people - all stellar!

Community is very comfortable and tenants are extremely friendly. With stores and shops in the community there really is no reason to leave the area. Soo happy to find an apartment that fits our needs. HIGHLY recommend this community.

I have lived at Avalon at the Pinehills for almost 5 years now and there is no other place I would rather live. Everyone in the office from Lauren, Linda and Rachel are always there to help in any way possible. The maintenance team Sam, Russell and Keith go above and beyond in their duties always. The whole team is professional and caring and I appreciate them all so very much. They are all like a second family to me.

My husband and I are building a home in the Pinehills community and had the happy problem of finding a place to live until it is completed, as our long-term home sold and closed much earlier than we had planned. We met with Sarah Wheelock at Avalon at the Pinehills and she took us on a tour of the available apartments where we could do a short term lease. She could not have been more helpful, even keeping an eye on the apartment we liked the best while we waited for the right stage in our home closing to feel ready to sign the lease. Sarah made it all painless and continues to be a helpful contact at Avalon.Avalon is a very nice complex. Our apartment is in the elevator building and has a great workout facility and plenty of parking. Were also walking distance to the Pinehills Green and shops, as well as to great trails for our dog. Its the perfect temporary solution for us, but clearly is also a convenient permanent location within Pinehills.

Lauren at the leasing office and Sam from maintenance are the best! They are always willing to go above and beyond to fix any issues that pop up and they are so friendly! Cant say enough about the staff!

We were looking for transitional living after we sold our house. We searched around Plymouth County and one of our last visits was Avalon at the Pinehills.. We are sure glad we came. We were tired and frustrated after looking all weekend. The first thing that sold us was the staff. Lauren was enthusiastic, cheerful and all professional as she walked us through the different rate plans and floor plans. She listen to what we were saying and showed us several units. Lauren continued to ask questions to better understand our needs and finally determined that we would be happy in a terrace apartment. You know what! SHE WAS RIGHT! We like it here so much that sometimes we forget that we are trying to buy a new house. **UPDATE**Just wanted to post an update...My upstairs neighbor had a problem with a broken icemaker and I woke up at 2:00am to the sound of water dripping in my living room. I called and Rob from maintenance he was here within minutes. What could have been a disaster turned into a great experience by Avalon and their staff. Everyone apologized profusely for an accident nobody had caused. He brought in fans to dry the ceiling and carpet and showed up bright and early as soon as it was determined that the ceiling was dry to repaint. Everything was handled so professionally!! Thank you Rob and Rachael!!New note: Have been here since May -I work long hours and if I get a shipment during the day and I wont be home in time to pick it up, Lauren will just have someone leave it at my door when she leaves for the day!! Its awesome here!!Just moved in and already in love!! Lauren and her team treated us like family from the very beginning. The apartment is beautiful with brand new appliances and has been very well maintained. Ive met so many nice residents already. Being a pet lover, being able to bring my dog without a huge hassle was a big plus for me. Avalon understands they are part of the family. I am really happy to be Home

Cant say enough about the people, property and overall experience living at the Avalon over the last 8 months. Lauren, the GM, and her entire team take care of everything we needed and as a family of four we couldnt be any happier with how we were treated. Any minor or major detail was addressed within incredible turnaround time and the manner in which they are done. When we had to have something fixed or replaced or we forgot our garage door code (several times) it was handled quickly, without interruption and with white glove service. My family cant be any more grateful for their attention to detail and would recommend this place to anyone looking to transition or like many people we met during our time, make it a home for a longer term. We chose this place because of its cleanliness, accessibility to the highway, convenience of PineHills and the security for my family. I highly recommend it!

Avalon at the Pinehills is an amazing place to live! I moved here from Wellfleet, MA because of the location, shopping, banking and Market. At that time I thought Id stay for a year and then buy a house...I have now been here for 3 years and have absolutely no plans to move anytime soon.There are many reasons to stay, but the one that stands out is The Leasing OfficeTeam : Lauren, Sam, Russ and Keith. They are kind and considerate, helpful and efficient. Anytime I have put in a request, it is either taken care of immediately if not within 24 hours! From checking up in my place when I am away to delivering my forgotten piece of luggage (yes, that really happened to me!), they go out of their way to accommodate!! In fact, every time I walk into the office to pick up my mail, Lauren has a smile on her face and a UPS package in her hand ! I feel like we are family!The grounds are immaculate (thanks to the landscape company and the Maintenance Team) and the amenities far exceed any other community I have visited on the South Shore. In a nutshell, this place is absolutely gorgeous inside and out!!Living at Avalon at the Pinehills really is home where your time is time well spent!

Great living experience.Very quite area.The staff is amazing and always there for you with anything you need. They truly try to answer all your questions and will do anything to help you, even if it is getting your Amazon packes to your door. :)The mantainance is beyond great.I have to shout a special thanks to Sam.Who not only was willing to clean our carpet while we were gone. He also fixed up the paint and fixed some of the squeaking floor in our little ones room. Which no one will notice, unless you have a baby and you try to sneak out.He did a great job and of top on that he did all of this into very late hours. Thabkyiu so much.Really great place and area, and the people are very nice and carrying.

I stayed in this community for a year. I had an awesome experience! The staff were very professional!

I used to love it. Now I find it overpriced, and in disrepair, expensive to heat and cool as the windows are very large but very drafty. Its been 3 weeks and the one grill for the building is busted/as in the top snapped off the hinges. The snow removal was horrible. My heating unit failed and it took over a week to fix. They did provide space heaters. We pay over $30,000.00 a year in rent for a 2 bedroom apartment.
