Properties are within price range, great locations within the campus. The crew usually fixes the issues within the same day. Workers are hard working, dedicated and try to deliver best experience for the residents.

Walk2Campus is a decent option if you are a student looking for off-campus housing in Plymouth NH. While the house itself was not in the best shape and repairs were clearly sub-par the staff was very responsive and behaved in a professional manner. The employees are pretty friendly and often dropped off little gifts to our apartments around the holidays. While I have encountered some issues with the company overall my experience was pretty good and I would recommend them to any student looking for Off-campus housing in Plymouth NH.

W2C is a wonderful place to live. Maintenance is great and the office staff are just incredible, highly recommend renting from them. Very active with their tents and do a lot of tenant appreciation gifts. Without a doubt best landlords in Plymouth NH!

I loved my apartment that I leased through Walk2Campus. Its so close to school that I could leave for class 5 minutes before it started and still be on time! Not only was the house very clean and well kept upon moving in but Im also really impressed by the care that this company gives to its tenants. Always helping manage work orders, make sure the tenants are happy and they quickly resolve any problems that may arise on the property. Great leasing company!

I lived through Walk2Campus for my final two years of college and never had any issues. If anything ever went wrong, they would immediately be there to help and accommodate us. They even do awesome giveaways and events for tenants- me and my roommates ended up winning their Super Bowl TV Giveaway as well as Bruins tickets throughout our time with W2C. Highly recommend

This company knows how to accomodate normal people, let alone college kids. I had a wonderful stay at their apartments while in school. They have friendly staff who helped with all of our problems with anything inside our living space. While the housing itself was immaculate, I would like to commend this company for being so proactive about taking care of the little things. If you have Walk2campus as a choice, you would be sadly mistaken to pick any other company or private landlord to rent to you this coming semester.

Walk2Campus is the best off campus rentals in the area! Office staff is great, property maintenance staff is great. They have the large-scale resources and experience you need as a renter as they have several locations at various colleges. The best thing is, each location will make it feel small...like you are dealing with your own private landlord! Ive rented through them with my service animal and they were so thoughtful while selecting homes that best suit a dog. I now have a professional relationship with the Plymouth location...they support local and are always a pleasure to deal with as a small business owner. You cant go wrong!!

Signed a lease without viewing because I was transferring from out of state. Get there and the place is absolutely filthy: fleas, spiders, roaches, garbage IN the room from the last tenants, stains on the wall, paint on the carpets, and there were just random pieces of furniture all over the living areas (beds stood up on their sides, chairs stacked, unusable). Owner got angry with me for wanting my money back. The place was not even livable. Only gave me my deposit back and not the rent he wanted at signing. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
