I called at 8am they scheduled me from 12:00 to 3:00 called at 3:00 he said he was on a commercial job he was finishing up and would be an hour or so by 5:15 called back he reassured me he was still coming I said dont bother I will go with someone who doesnt waste my time.

I hired Millennium Air Duct Cleaning through another company, mostly because they do services on Saturdays. They showed up in the time specified and completed the work in half the time quoted. They were very friendly and professional and explained everything. I would highly recommend this company for your duct cleaning!

I truly hoped the reviews listed on google were accurate when I called to schedule an appointment for a quote. The person scheduling was abrupt & stated there was a $39 fee for the consult which I agreed to. When I asked who was arriving I was told “Who ever is done first with their previous job” but the person would call prior to arrival. No one called or showed up & there was no follow up anytime after. How can there be so many 5 star reviews? This method of obtaining insight from other references should be reliable but I am now skeptical & unfortunately haven’t gotten the service completed as planned.

We called Frank as we discovered our electrostatic furnace filter had lost the plug. We were in the process of pulling it out to clean. The technicians are the best. Examined duct channels with light and phone, thorough, made sure of quote before work, answered questions, cleaned duct covers and furnace panels, covered all cut holes. Inside shoe covers used. Courteous.

They do a decent job from their car with a rigid vacuum and a spiral brush attached to a drill with two bottles of cleaner. One for removing odor and one for mold which was used very sparingly. I was quoted at $39 per duct at 18 should have been $640. Was charged $1000 for cleaning materials. I refused the $400 dryer vent cleaning pulled out my own vacuum did same job and will use circular brush left behind. He did do a good job but not at $1000. Find a reputable company and do not trust these 5 stars.
