Excellent service from scheduling to the actual service. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. Technician who cleaned my dryer vent was professional, extremely pleasant and did a fantastic job of cleaning out dryer vents. He was patient to show me where the vent was on the roof and also answered my questions about the other services they provide. Cleaning the dryer vent made all the difference. Now I only have to run it for 1 cycle to dry my clothes unlike before where it took up to 3 cycles. I will definitely call Kura Home for future services!

Everyone I spoke to at Kura for our initial consultation was really knowledgeable and kind. The actual service wasnt great. I think there was a lack of communication between who I scheduled the appointment with and the actual contractor who came because the job wasnt done correctly the first time. Im new to home improvement projects, so I take responsibility for this, as you should always explain in detail what you want to the person doing the actual work. The job seemed fine after the fix, but later that week, I noticed the medicine cabinet that was installed wasnt even level. It was sagging to the left. I ended up hiring another company to come in and fix the job. Happy it was fixed but probably wouldnt use Kura again based on the experience. As a homeowner managing her own renovation projects, its disappointing to pay for a sloppy job and a bummer to waste time.

A pair of gentlemen came to fix a light switch and smoke detector. They were extremely professional, on time, and cleaned up after they worked. Based on my interaction with the scheduler and these two gentlemen, I would recommend working with them.

Kura was easy to work with and very responsive. Devan was great and knowledgeable. We will likely call them back out in a few years for a repeat service.

After a mix up about what was required for the job and a reschedule for a different day, they actually made it happen as requested. The company could have let their guys come back on the rescheduled day but they cared so much about what we needed that they got the guys to come immediately after the mix up. New AC installed, looks great, works well and the guys were super professional and made sure we were happy before packing up. Even offered to take the empty box and plastic on their way out.

They took before and after pics to show me what they were up against, and I can *feel* how the air quality in our house has improved substantially. 10/10 recommend.

Employee was very kind and considerate. We felt this was worth the cost as our home had a major renovation done 10 years ago and hadn’t had the ducts cleaned after. Also previous owners had dogs. Realized after he left that he wasn’t really cleaning the actual vent cover which is apparently covered per the receipt. A few we looked at still had old dog hair attached. Also did not mention cleaning the dryer vent which is apparently included with my purchase per the receipt I was given after paying. Would recommend to others, just be clear with the employee what all they are going to do and what you are paying for.**update** called to schedule dryer cleaning and apparently it was already done. My mistake! Original Employee didn’t mention it or ask where the laundry access was so we thought it wasn’t done. Did not want someone in my house again to remove and clean all theVent covers (we have 26!) so we are just choosing to not have that part done. Kura was really quick to respond to my emails for an estimate as well as setting up our appointment. The technicians that came to our home (Carlos and Christian) were awesome! Super nice, throughly explained what theyd be doing, worked well with our small space and was patient with the chaos of us being around and us juggling our animals. Masks were worn by them the entire time we saw them. Even when they worked outside. They were also great about removing shoes with the many trips in and out they had to take. They showed us pictures and video of what they were able to accomplish for us and it was impressive! Id highly recommend Kura and will definitely have them back again!

Kura Home Minnesota provided the absolute best service and care for our vent and duct cleaning! We built a new construction home in 2018 and were recently told by the company that originally installed our HVAC system that the ductwork was in desperate need of cleaning as well as the furnace fan. We sourced Kura to come in to take care of this and after inspection, not only was our technician honest in sharing that the ducts weren’t THAT dirty and that we could probably wait 1-2 years to do it but after opting to move forward with it anyway due to a new baby on the way, Damien (who was amazing🙌) thoroughly explained the process, was diligent in cleaning up any mess and showed me how to clean the air exchanger unit myself for next time. I can’t say enough good things about our experience and would definitely recommend and use Kura Home again!

They were fantastic! Gave notice of when they were arriving and arrived on time. They walked through the house to identify all vents and quoted a fair price. The service was great, everything was done well and the technician was knowledgeable, polite and professional.

Our technician was on time and very professional and accommodating. They explained their process and showed me what came out of one vent. They did the vent count and a price quote. When they were done, they stood by their quoted price, even though two vents were accidentally not counted in their quote. Since I was working from home, I wasn’t able to see as much of the process as I would have liked. So, the only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars, was because I wasn’t able to see the before and after cleaning to compare. Other companies take pictures, so that would have been helpful for me. However, the customer service of Kura was excellent through the entire process!

If I could give Kura 10 out of 5 stars, I would. The price was extremely fair and the service was top notch. They communicated with me a week prior to coming out, and texted me the morning of when they were on the way (showed up right on time).Cristian was extremely professional and did a great job walking us through the service - he was also very clear on pricing before he started anything. Quick appointment availability. Gave a 2 hour arrival window beforehand, received a call about an hour before stating they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come early.
