GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED SERVICE!!!! I took my company vehicle In for issues with 4 wheel drive, my truck remain parked in the same place for 13 days. I called regularly and was told daily that they were short staffed but my truck was next in line, I was told this every day it was there but I noticed other vehicles that were taken after mine were being prioritized. I do not know why but this was happening but could no longer continue to get overlooked. I am very disappointed in the cowardly service as I was only given the same reply we are busy but you’re next. I have picked up my vehicle as I cannot afford to receive the same reply I am taking my vehicle to a dealership in San Antonio and will never recommend, suggest take any more company vehicles here. I was told by many people this was a good dealership and to expect great service but this is not the case do mot expect good service when you come here and forget the small town helpful attitude as this dealer falls short of what on should expect.

Robert was excellent…persistent but not pushy. I actually thought I wouldn’t be approved and the 2020 vehicle got sold. He got me in a brand new one!!! I love my car and you guys were excellent!

Rudy was outstanding. He helped me understand all of the technology with my new truck. He either answered every time I called or promptly returned my calls. The process could not have been easier. Rudy, was very straightforward and up front about everything. He is outstanding at what he does. I was working with other dealerships but the level of service I received from Rudy at Pursch won me over.

Well first off on a Sunday I reached out to a post that was made on social media from the dealership. I was asking about a certain vehicle and was instantly replied to by a sales person that helped me on her day off. I was able to come in to the dealership with no hassle and was greeting. I was introduced to the sales person who would be taken care of me. They were able to appraise my vehicle and allowed me to test drive the truck I wanted. The dealer was very transparent with there price and gave us the best deal no hassle at all. They gave me information on products I wanted to buy in the future and pricing for them. All in all best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Thank you to Haley Brown and Pursche Motors me and my wife love our new truck.

Everybody is very nice and welcoming. I was drinking water and I had my mask off. I asked if I needed it on, and I was told that as long as I am comfortable I can go with or without a mask. I am always treated with a lot of respect. We are known by name, because we go there for everything doing with our vehicles. We even buy our vehicles from them. I have told anybody that will listen to me about Pursch motors, the great services we receive, the welcome treatment we receive, and how quickly we can get your vehicles.

While Im sure youd have more luck purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership as the other reviews suggest, I would avoid looking at used vehicles here. I purchased a used Chevrolet here two years ago and it has been a constant nightmare. Within the first year I had to replace just about everything you can imagine - engine included (the engine light turned on two days after I purchased it). I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs in just two years. I reached out to them the multiple times with no luck. I was eventually told they called me back, but they didnt. I even went through my phone records to be sure. I thought it was ironic that as I was signing paperwork, my sales representative was talking so negatively about the neighboring dealership and how they sale lemons and thats what ended up happening to me. Thankfully, I was able to pay this vehicle off early and plan on going to another dealership for my new purchase. I would never go to this dealership again and I would advise used car shoppers to do the same.

Going on almost 3 weeks and service department hasnt even started work on vehicle, all they do is make excuses and tell you what that they are sorry... never have I experienced something like this with any of my vehicles, would not recommend anyone to that place for service on the car or truck...makes me sick to the stomach to know that they can make so many excuses

Needed some basic product information for my GMC, which they sell. But according to the service parts manager, because I did not purchase my vehicle through them, they couldnt help me. It would be so much easier if they would just put a sign on the door that read, If you didnt buy from us, go to hell.

I live out of state and found a truck at this location. I worked a deal with the salesman from arizona and they held the truck for me. I flew out and signed papers and took it home. They went above and beyond even after the sale to make sure I was happy! I thank them for helping me get my dream truck!

Update: I was able to get everything worked out and was treated great by Rick, Steve and Chris. I would definitely recommend working with them, and I was able to purchase the car I wanted and am completely happy with it, and my second experience. Thanks again.So I went in to see Bridget, and I should of got my first clue when she was snarky on the phone, that I shouldnt work with her. I go in, test drive the vehicle I want to purchase, and have to search for her even tho she saw me pull back up because she was outside when I did so. She was in the office with other salesman laughing. So she finally brings me paperwork with a purchase price $1000 higher then listed, when asked about it, she said she thought it was a financing fee, well I had my own financing through USAA, so continued to ask, and she realized it was her mistake. Im a disabled veteran who gets registration fees waived due to that, so I asked her about that, she said no, they dont do that in Texas, well with a quick google search anyone can see that she is incorrect. Asked for lowest price on car, she wouldnt go down any, not even a few hundred dollars to make up for the registration fees she was forcing me to pay. Then she has another sales person come in and ask for the keys, as were working out a deal to purchase this vehicle, and she says oh is someone interested in it and the other sales person says yes I have to get it ready to show tomorrow and then hands her the keys. Well, ya think you could wait to see if I am going to purchase it? I mean shoot, we have paperwork at this point ready to sign, Im just deciding what to do. So I said forget it at that point and went to leave, before I even made it out the door she was back in the other office laughing away with her coworkers. Im very frustrated at the attitude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EVER RECEIVED. Who would ever buy a car from someone with this lack of knowledge, professionalism, and common courtesy to treat another human with a little respect. I was kind through the entire process, because I like to think I am a nice person, and wish to be treated in a similar fashion. Otherwise youre definitely not getting my money!!

False advertising. I received a sales flyer #18 in the Sunday SA express news 11-22-2020 and saw a good sales price on bottom of pg 3 for a 2020 Buick envision essence. I looked all over by description on their website and searched by their stk # 0068274 and found nothing. The chat tab was on so I asked how I could find this model on their website and was told they did not show this stock #. Then a salesman named Sam got in on the chat wanting to know what I was looking for, I told him the model listed at the bottom of pg3 of their sales flyer. I said dont you have a copy of the sales flyer and he just asked me again what make & model was i looking for so I ended the chat!!!

Just trying to buy a truck from them but they won’t return my emails, calls or messages. If you’re out of state don’t bother working with them. I offered to fly out and pick it up but apparently I wasn’t even worth their time. *Amend - Seems like they will respond when a bad review happens faster than when you’re just trying talk to them. I called to discuss this with their Manager and he sent me straight to Voicemail. Good Luck with these guys.

Called Saturday morning told them what truck I wanted. They emailed me a credit app & I sent it back. A couple short hours later I got to the dealership signed a couple documents and was in & out in less than 30 minutes. Last time I bought a new truck from a different dealership I was there over half the day. Needless to say I will only buy from Pursh Motors in the future. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

What can I say!!!!! We stopped by on impulse, said hello to Chris and he led us to Brian Cooper. Even though we hadn’t really looked around we were specific as to what we wanted and they made sure to only show us what we were looking for. Three vehicles later we found one that was not only cheaper than we were agreeing on but it was the next size up in weight class. We came in with a trade in and after looking at some numbers we were fortunate enough to walk out with both our trucks. (Just goes to show that it doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg to get into something worth getting into) I can’t say enough good things about Pursch motors as a whole company but the individual service and attention that they give their customers is just above amazing. We were far from being treated like another face walking through the doors. Brian did an amazing job at talking us through everything and all the specs. It wasn’t just signing and driving and that made the experience worth the time. We left with smiles, and never felt like we were being pressured into something or that we were being overpriced for a vehicle. There’s definitely a difference between a salesman and consultant! My husband is enjoying his drive to work this morning in his 3500HD Denali. It’s definitely a wonderful early birthday present!

A family owned Dealership. These are great people! Would take my Yukon there anytime it needs service, but the problem is, it never breaks down or gives any trouble! We had an issue with an AutoZone battery, but the service department at Pursch taught them how to treat customers

Had my car towed here after it overheated. They fixed my radiator problem but somehow managed to break my driver’s door window and then had the audacity to charge me for it. Absolutely do not go here.

I dont care what anyone says in these other reviews, do not go to this dealership. My husband and I are a young couple, just starting out, and these people will take advantage of you. We worked with one salesman over the course of three days on a deal, and less than an hour before we planned to meet him at the dealership, he calls us to tell us the price on the vehicle has gone up $2,000. We already had our checks in hand and had been given a written quote TWICE. Then they jacked up the price. When we tried to talk to the salesman, he hung up on us THREE times, while the GM/owner hung up on us as well. They were UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and UNFAITHFUL to the deal we had. The GM screwed up in the price of the truck and had it listed too low, and then was a coward and didnt own up to his mistake and honor the price he put on the quotes. He even said you must have been working on a deal at a different dealership instead of owning up to his mistake. Im sure the GM will read this, and respond with a carefully worded saving face kind of reply, but that is all for the public. My husband and I know how you treated us while you were sitting in your office, yelling over the phone, and thats all that matters. We wouldnt wish this kind of awful service on anyone.

Great guys, great company, i traveled from Houston to San Antonio to purchase a truck. A lot of my friends and dealership employees in Houston told me price is too god to be true, they will play games with you when you get there etc etc. I got to San Antonio, no pressure, no monkey business, i was in n out in an hour, Chris the owner went above and beyond to make sure my rental gets to an enterprise on time. Rick Garza the sales person was a pleasure to deal with. If you are coming out of town for any kind of transaction, be sure that these are THE PEOPLE to do business with. Highly recommend them

I was looking for a car for my business and found this place online, Im very glad I made the trip down there, the sales person Bryan was very sharp and answered all of my questions, no funny business and theyre very relaxed country atmosphere. I tell everyone I know to go see Bryan when they are looking to buy a vehicle. They sell Denalis that are really nice!

If you get your oil changed here then you better check it before you leave. They overfilled mine by over a qt. Wish I wouldve checked it that day. Instead of immediately fixing their mistake they wanted me to leave the truck there because theyre too busy to drain a lil oil out. Thats ridiculous. I said Ill just do it myself cuz I dont have time to wait on them. He asked if I was sure while I was walking out. I wont be going back.

Great dealership...Jerry Deleon went above and beyond to make this a great buying experience. I found a car I liked. I drove to Pleasanton to test drive it. There were a couple of issues I had with the vehicle that Jerry made sure were fixed through his service department in short order, including replacing an in car DVD player. Jerry actually drove the vehicle from Pleasanton to my office in downtown San Antonio and brought all the paperwork for me to sign. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
