This is a great place to get a haircut. The scissors used were sharp and appears to have produced a clean cut on each and every strain of hair thurs far, after thorough examination of approximately 3/4 of my hair. I usually find 7 or 8 hairs by now with damaged ends due to scissors not being sharp. I will definitely go back because they use the sharpest scissors ever made.

I see Vanessa @ Vs Hair and Brows: I am so happy I found her because I could not manage my hair prior to finding such a talented hairdresser. I have curly, frizzy hair and I always had to wear it up bc I couldnt manage it. But with Vanessa I can now wear and enjoy my hair. For the first time I love my hair. I am moving soon and I plan on driving 4 hours to see her as I cant imagine using anyone else.

Kady Bella did a great job on my hair. Unfortunately I had to move away, but she was a great person and has a very artistic talent with hair. I highly recommend anyone looking for a hair stylist.

Chelsea returned my call the same day I left her a message and scheduled my appointment at my convienence. I personally love her office set up. She is super sweet, completely thorough and certainly follows all infection control standards to the tee... Im a nurse, I pay very close attention. I really like her and Ill definately be making regular appointments with her.

Words from a caring woman - do not spend your money on Chelseas services. I had the worst Groupon experience at her one-woman salon. My mom-in-law was rushed to the ER. I had to reschedule; turned out to be day of her funeral and I had a lot to do. Called 2 hrs after the stated cancellation time given the situation. Chelsea wouldnt reschedule/refund my money/give credit. So I traveled there & she had just started another customer at the time of my assigned appointment! She told me she couldnt take me, as I had been there before. On the phone she told me I hadnt been there, as she checked her computerized records. That said, it shouldnt have mattered as her ad didnt say 1st timers only!

Glamour Room Nail Bar: Bought a groupon for mani pedi, took a week to get an appt which is quick considering she has her own studio at the Pheonix Salons. Chelsea was welcoming and personal when I entered her salon. She took me right at my scheduled appointment time. She uses all her own homemade scrubs which are amazing and is detailed in everything she does. She makes sure that the customer is 100% happy with the finished product before you leave. If I wasnt moving out of the area I would be a returning customer. I highly recommend Chelsea and her services to anyone who wants excellent service.

Chelsey provided a very bad service and was Very rude. My wife will never go back.it took her 2 weeks to give an appointment and once we were there she said she cannot honor both pedicure and manicure as she was closing and we were 5 mins late for the appointment. Then she started taking calls to book her other appointments while we were there. If she cannot do both manicure and pedicure because she was closing and we were late then she should not have taken care of appointments for next week while we were there. We requested her to reschedule if she cannot do both and she was very rude and wouldnt do it.

Shelsey in glamour room nail bar is a very rude person, just avoid her, she gives appointments in 1 month or more, and when i went for my appointment, she sent me back saying that she was out of state when i called, and she lost all the appointments she had at tha time, she asked me to reschedule without even apologising or saying sorry, horrible customer service

*Inconsiderate, inconvenient, disrespectful, disappointing, unprofessional, amateurish, rude, waste of time, and a scammer.*My parents and I bought Groupons for Unique Boutique and were unable to redeem them in the 4 months we had them and tried several times.*My mom called 1st to make an appointment right away and she received a text from the lady the next day after leaving her a voice message. She said she was booked solid for 2 weeks and we would have to text back later to make an appointment at a different time.*My dad called later on, last month, to attempt to make an appointment and didnt answer the phone, but texted him right back saying they had an appointment in 2 weeks time. She then texted the next day to let him know there was an opening due to a cancellation in the middle of the day on a Thursday that she rescheduled us for. We couldnt make it during work hours outside of lunch, so we left it at that.*I called yesterday to try to schedule again and yet again got her voicemail. After having tried 2x before I new what the story would be, so I texted her as well. She responded the next day, today. In my messages I told her right away that I had a Groupon I wanted to redeem in 3 days time, for Friday afternoon July 21st, and her response was she didnt have an opening until August 10th. Thats 22 days away, more than 3 weeks out. I told her if she didnt have anything sooner than that was fine to book me for then. To give her a heads up of what to expect and make her job easier, I explained to her that I didnt like the normal cuticle nor pumice stone part of the manicure and pedicure, so she could skip over it. I also sent her a picture of a simple, tri-colored, stripe design I liked and asked her if she could handle something like that in a short and rounded style. She then told me she was no longer accepting Groupons. So Im left to gather that sometime in the last 4 hours she had cut her contract with Groupon and decided to renege and not honor her deal. I politely tried to understand the situation and offer up different solutions. She refused and told me to deal with Groupon. I tried telling her that their refund policy didnt cover her changing her mind and sent her a link to their website showing their rules. She became combative and rude. She said I took too long to schedule my appointment and that I ran out of time since my Groupon expired August 4th and her only appointment was on the 10th. Although, I didnt think that 18 days before expiration is exactly waiting until the last moment, but thats not really the issue here. Then she said she wasnt in the business anymore. Which was really confusing as to why she would sell Groupons, be booked solid for 3+ weeks straight, not take down her website, offer to make an appointment and then rescind again all in the time span of a couple hours. I tried to speak with her on the phone, but she refused to answer saying she was with her family. Which is a lame excuse since I called the 1st time during business hours as did my parents and she was texting at 1 pm in the afternoon on a Wednesday. She runs her business in an unprofessional manner. I noticed she has gone by Nail Boutique in Tamarac as well and from her other reviews it seems my situation is not an isolated one. Im currently fighting with Groupon to try to get refunds.

Very rude and unprofessional staff here. Even by phone they hang up on you! I work in customer service, am never one of those customers, so Im absolutely appalled.

Great owners, clean environment. I live my suite there and so do my clients.
