Loved my pedicure.. so relaxing. Wasn’t impressed with my nails. After two days, the gel started lifting. I’m supposed to have a photoshoot on Friday and now I’m paying to get them redone somewhere else before my pictures. Kinda ridiculous when you’ve already paid $110, which is more than other places I’ve been.

Hands down the best nail and toes place to go. Lena and Nina run a tight ship but are very friendly and professional. Both sisters do amazing designs with dip and always come up with new ideas. Check out their IG page.

Came here with my mom for a relaxing time after working all day. Got sat down & the gentleman who did my fingernails did a sloppy job, no love or care put into his work. Not to mention I got kicked out of the chair for another client who came in. My mother & I also sat down to get a pedicure, both gentleman rushed the job, and I had to point out the spots to get. My mothers nails were done two days ago, and the polish is already coming off. We paid $101 for a terrible service & I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Expensive prices for awful work.

It is a very nice nail place but you need a appointment. Walk ins are almost impossible especially on the weekends. They give you soda or water and are very attentive to your nails.

Service was okay the first time. Then we came back because we were expecting the same results. First, the guy who did my manicure showed distaste just because I said I want to change the initial color I have chosen. Mind you, he only started a few nails and I said I want a different one. He started getting rude. I asked NICELY. Then the manicure comes. The guy who was supposed to do it passed me over to another girl not telling her first what I want to happen. She communicated POORLY that I have assumed she was told what I wanted to happen. Overall paid for that french tip I NEVER WANTED. Not coming back. Totally ruined our weekend.

I went back because this location is close to a grocery store, but what a mistake. The facility is also not clean, and I will make sure to report this to Florida regulators.

AND THE PEDICURE IS A WHOLE STORY...IT WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY, MY TIME .AND WHAT HURT THE MOST IS THEY EMBARRASSED ME IN FRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMER, WHERE CUSTOMERS WERE LOOKING WITH A SAD FACE, AS THEY FELT FOR ME .

I love this nail salon and spa! The service is always excellent and customer service is so professional. All of the nail techs are amazing and are knowledgeable regarding the latest products for your nails and skin.

I booked a mani/pedi for my wife. The staff was very helpful and courteous. She said they were a bit more expensive than other places but it was a more enjoyable experience.

The designs are beautiful, and there are two young girls there who are the sweetest. However, it is a bit expensive and some people dont know how to treat customers.The reason I give it 3 stars is because for adding French to the gel polish they charge $15 plus how much gel manicure costs. For example, if the gel manicure is $25, add $15 for French, which is the same price other more complex designs cost. For that price I might as well do a super complicated design.UPDATE for owner response: It was regular French nails on top of gel. I am pretty sure we know the difference. It is not a misunderstanding, the gentleman simply charged us more. Might I add his service was not the best.

I paid 75 dollars for an incomplete job. The guy didn’t take good care of me and my Deep Powder only lasted ONE day. Never comming back

I went to this location to get my acrylic nails removed. I want to state, this location put the acrylic on my nails a few weeks earlier. When the acrylic was removed, I saw fungus on my nails and then they attempted to try to lift the acrylic off my nail instead of soaking it off. They also asked me if I came there before because they did not want to accept responsibility for giving me fungus. I did get the acrylic done at that location. They do not clean their equipment. They completely ruined and weakened my real nails. They complain when the nail polish takes too long to come off and just aren’t professional.

Friendly atmosphere, got my pedi and mani for Christmas break with my family. They made the designs on my nails freehand and the looked amazing. I have already scheduled a follow up appointment for my birthday week which is coming here soon. Lena, Nina and the rest of the workers are amazing.

Place is kept clean, all nail technicians are nice and courteous, they ask what you want and do their best to meet your needs. Normally busier during the weekend more than during the week.Nina, Victoria, Crystal and the others are very friendly and are very attentive.

These people DO NOT sterilize the equipment!!! They put it in a bag just to fake it up! The service is terrible. I went for a french and first of all she did not remove the previous gel well and put gel on top of the old one and when I told her that the line was messed up she stand up and said that I don’t like her and she was not going to work with me any longer. They come and start talking chinese and she just left.... as a client you deserve respect and Quality!! Terrible place, the department of health should check on them! That’s how she left me and then they pretend me tonpay for this!!! Common!!!

I went for a pedicure and a dip powder. I can tell you that the pedi was okay, the manicure was first she rushed so much she did a poorly and Terrible job, my nails were not straight, told the lady who did it but she kept saying it was and she was filing it more so... i payed the 81$ they charged me and i left crying also had to go to a different place so they can re do my nails because believe even my boyfriend that doesnt know about nails said they look ugly. Like u can see they didnt even file them properly

Been coming here for years. Nina and Lena are amazing. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. So creative as well. They always pick out my color and design and never disappoint. Recommend them 100% !!!!

I have been coming here for almost 6 years. Once I found it I didnt want to go anywhere else and when I moved to Delray I tried going somewhere else out of convenience, but as anyone knows: convenience =/= quality. I love Lena, Nina, Victoria and the rest of the staff they are all so sweet and talented. Every time I walk in I feel like Im sitting with family. Lena has done my nails for every special event, my wedding, my birthdays, parties, work events. I still drive 45 minutes every couple of weeks to come see her and have her work her magic. Highly recommend!!

Best nail salon ever.

My nail techs were great, not a bad experience. Was able to get an appointment within the hour I called.3 stars because I’m not too sure why my bill was $123, I mean unless I was charged per nail for gel. I got a pedi for my 11 year old, a pedi for me & a fill.Overall, I was not looking to spend that much (I spent much less a few weeks back for 4 pedis & a set elsewhere), but they did a great job & can’t take away from credit where it’s due.

Love Elite nails, always pleased with the results, even when I need to cut my nails short. A little more than I used to pay, but well worth it! Love the dip powders! They now have over 400 colors to choose from to include glow in the dark shades.

I came to Elite nails on Thursday with my Boyfriend, we made an appointment for pedicure, manicure, and I was supposed to get a full set and a pedicure. Let’s just say everything was horrible. I had a nail tech, don’t know her name that was sitting at table 8, everything I said I wanted I did not get. My right middle finger nail, popped off on Saturday. I didn’t get my pedicure I waited 20 mins and decided it was highly unpleasant, my bf didn’t get his manicure he waited over 30 mins, and when they finally told him he can sit he changed his mind. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’m sorry, maybe it was the nail tech, but my first experience with this place is horrible.

I am also a new customer and have been coming to Lena and Nina for the past few months. They are really amazing business owners and they are also very talented at their crafts. Nice, friendly, happy people who always look to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They deserve your future business. Thank you ladies for always taking great care of me :)

Found this little salon a few years back and have stayed. Conveniently located and the staff is great! All very sweet and professional. I have going to Nina for quite some time. She’s amazing! Always willing to fit me in! Have had to go to other salons while traveling and am thrilled to return to Elite. Keep up the good work!!!!

Looking for a nail salon, I highly recommend Elite Nails.  It is the best nail salon around.  I get the powder dip and Pedi, which last 3 weeks and more.  I have never had a bad experience.  Nina has been doing my nails for the past couple of years and she is super amazing and talented.In the past, going to other places, was a mission trying to match the powder dip to my Pedi polish, but Nina is always on point and matches it perfectly.  I have tried other places because Nina was on vacation, and I needed my nails done desperately… NEVER AGAIN!  I totally regret it.  Both Nina  and her sister Lena are the greatest.  Visit and you will not regret it.

It was my first visit and it was wonderful. My nail tech was a male, gray hair ponytail. Ask for him. He did a very good job. Wish I would have asked his name☺️

First off, the ladies here were so so sweet and funny! I got taken care of one of the two sisters who I believe own the store, I believe her name was Nina but I can’t remember for sure. Either way they were so sweet and talented! They told me all about Vietnam and we joked a lot the whole session! On top of that my nails came out amazing! Can not wait to go back! You will not be disappointed. They make you feel right at home!

Ive been a regular with Lena for quite a while now and she has never disappointed me. My nails always come out absolutely beautiful!! She is also so sweet with my schedule since I work nights. I have a standing appointment with her every 2 weeks and I can definitely say I wouldnt want to go to anyone else after how great she has been to me!! ❤

I absolutely love coming to this place. I found it a few months ago when I moved to the area, and have been a regular ever since. They are a family owned business and always make sure I feel comfortable and get the best service on a consistent basis. Everyone is very nice and efficient. They never rush the service, and you can tell by the quality of the work. My gel manicure actually lasts the full 2 weeks, and I have never been disappointed. I would definitely recommend this spot to everyone!!

That one star belongs to God because he allows these people to live move and have their being. I went in showed them a picture of what I wanted and left in full disappointment. Nina is the worst because she assured me and my friend that they could do what we were asking for and they did not deliver. I will never be going here ever again and if you know what’s best for you, steer absolutely clear of this place! An absolute waste of money!!

Been going here for a couple months and every time I get my nails done they always come out amazing! Everyone is very nice and I always leave happy. The products are also good quality I usually get dip but have also got acrylic and Ive never had an issue with a nail chipping or breaking. Love them!

I’ve been going to Elite for years, and have had almost everyone do my pedicures and nails! Lena does my nails primarily and she is second to none. Always looking for ways to do my nails so that they are nice looking but also always keeping in mind what is the most healthy. I like that. Definitely a place you will keep going back to.

I don’t know why this nails salon has so many bad reviews on google. They gave me the best service I had ever have before. Lots of colors for me to choose and several different kinds of pedicure which is what I need. Everything is covered in plastic and refreshed after each client. You can get eyebrows and waxing done here also. Love it!

I came for acrylic extensions and gel polish. I had worked in the food service industry for several years and my nails were in pretty bad shape. Angie took the time to give me the most natural looking set and really made my hands look brand new. The pricing is really reasonable and the whole staff is wonderful and knowledagable. Plus if you give them your email address you can collect points towards your next services :)))! Would recommend to anyone!

This place is horrible. I would never suggest this place to go. My best friend went to there and was racially profiled. She was told they were not going to service her because they had no one to do nails but clearly everyone there was doing nails. This was horrible birthday experience for her.

Pretty much all my nails broke in less than 2 weeks after doing the dipped nails there. I have since gone somewhere else and have not had even one broken nail in over 3 months.

Reasonable price, clean and considerate staff.They were speaking in there native language but took time to translate what they were saying in english. That was very thoughtful!

Horrible.Went for fills and pedi because my regular nail guy was on vacation.Spent $100 (way more then normal) and not even 24 hours later a broken nail and peeling gel polish.Honestly the worst I’ve has in a long time!

I go here a lot. They do a gel manicure with french and get the white line very thin, which is great. The gel stays on. I also think they do a good job on pedicures. They are not expensive and quick.

I have gone here multiple occasions...they always take a lot of time on each customer. I have never felt rushed when I go. In fact, I feel guilty almost that they are spending quite so much time on me for so little. I always feel refreshed and the pedicure for me lasts almost a month. I do recommend them and its great to promote family owned businesses. :)

I have been before and been pleased with my pedi.. Decided to go with gel overlay on my nails as I can not handle them long and thick. I told them- to try them- we have to do thin !!! Guy was pretty good. Today went back and his wife did them.. Cut the end of my finger with sander and even though she is taking my credit card with blood dripping down my hand, never said a word...

This nail shop is the worst one I have ever been to. Go to this place only if you like being mistreated. The nail tech was super super rude. She told me I was not allowed to move through out the whole procedure. She spent the entire time talking to the other nail techs in Chinese. She had the worst customer service skills ever. I was extremely uncomfortable. I will never go back. She also told me that she was in a hurry and had to do my nails fast because her appointment was alteady there and she didnt have time for me..

I did my nails and 4 days later 2 of my nails and one to fat i come back to get them done and i was told to come back at 2 cause they were booked first of all they should of taking of me right away snd not send me back at 2 i spent 60 dollars for poor work they dont have to worry about me coming back

We are new owner at the shop! We now have much more new stuffs and got new staffs too. Come in and try new good stuffs on your nails and toes.

Their just ok! They seem to want to get u in and out, so I feel as though they really kinda rush your mani and pedi, in order to get to the next person, so just forget about having time to relax and pamper yourself, because your pedicure will be over before you close your eyes.

Horrible experience! I asked for a mani and pedi in nude color and was horrible! I asked them to fix it and they told me was my cutículas!!! Then somebody else come and removed the color to put a different color at my request. She had a terrible attitude and did not say a word or had eye contact with me during the Whole process .. which was like 30 additional minutes after the problem.Noone apologize despite the fact I was a frequent customer. Instead they kept talking between them in Vietnamese.Will definitely never go again.

My experience was ok kinda for manicure n pedicure below my expectation and the old lady 👵 never put any enthusiasm while working.I never feel relax or anything n lastly they never updated their prices on website that’s why I’ve to pay extra bucks.I went their first time but no meet n greet.

I went to this nail salon and just simply wanted a full set acrylic. They told me to come back in 30 minutes because they were having a very busy day. 30 minutes eventually lead to an hour. I will never go back to this nail salon especially since I never got my nails done. I needed to get my nails done for and event but I guess not.

I suffered burns on my face after having a lip wax with Tina. When I came back the next day to let them know, Tina and the male manager told me it was my fault and began arguing with me. They did not apologize and were not the least bit sympathetic.

The nail techs are terrible and their customer service is bad. I was called a stupid monkey by one of them because I had a complaint about how my nails were being done. They are very disrespectful and I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.
