I love bliss nail lounge. It’s so clean and nice inside with great customer service, good prices and a wide selection of colors for regular polish, gel and dip. Annie is the absolute best! She does my nails with care and they come out flawless every time.

I’ve been to this place consistently for pedicures but decided to treat myself to a full set on my fingers. Tim did my nails and the service was so rushed with no attention to details. I showed him several areas to fix while he was doing it and would pretend like he didn’t see what I was talking about. It’s been 3 days and the acrylic is already LIFTING. I will attach a photo of immediately after my nails were done while still at the location. Do these nails look like freshly done nails?

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too. I got a dip manicure and gel pedicure. They took me to the pedicure chair and were also doing my dip manicure when I was sitting there which was very uncomfortable having to turn so he could reach my hands. I wanted a dip manicure French with red instead of white. Instead of doing the red with gel he decided to do it with dip even though I told him I did not want that because it would look messy. He did it anyways, as he was doing my nails he kept telling me gel on top of dip does not look natural. Since when are red tips or painting your nails at all natural?! My nails are thick, misshapen and messy. After I complained he tried to fix them but they still look horrible. Oh and they had the nerve to ask me for payment before they were done with my nails.... I will never come back.

One of the best nail salons in Broward County. Very nice place & very professional. They serve you water, wine,juice, or soda free of charge. 2 of my favorite people to go to is Annie and the old Bella for dip nails. They even have free Wi-Fi. Youre in and out and theyre very clean even in the pandemic.

The receptionist needs to be fired. She has a terrible attitude, as if she runs the place. I personally thought it was funny. It’s the employees that get paid the least that do the most. Anyways they are so over priced for NO reason. I only choose them as a last resort and because they are close to my house and for a wax ONLY. I will never get my nails done there again but like I said I was in need of a quick wax. But after they refuse to do service to people who don’t wear mask they really don’t have to worry about seeing me again. The issue wasn’t really the mask because I had one in the car, it was the the receptionist with her nasty attitude. So I gladly took MY money and mask elsewhere. They let someone who didn’t have good customer service ruin them from easy money and a good tip, what a shame. But honestly spare me the terrible service plus basic work.

Clean place with nice staff. Has become a regular stop for my family and I. The staff is very accommodating and they clean the areas often and well. I get a pedicure on a regular and havent gotten a bad one yet.

My nail tech Andrew did an amazing job with my nails! I got a pedicure and dip nails with tips added. He was gentle and very detail oriented, making sure to trim my cuticles and sand my nails down multiple times to get my nails looking as real as ever. There was also no leftover powder left behind my nails like Ive gotten at so many nail salons before. 100% best manicure Ive ever received. I will be asking for him every time now!

I absolutely love this nail salon, I started going july of 2020 and have been going to them every 3 weeks faithfully. I dont have a specific person I go to because I like to experience everyone atleast once. One person I will definitely wait on if im getting dip powder is kim or dawn. The receptionist is a sweetheart as well. They are so very clean and they practice social distance to the best of their ability. I most definitely recommend this nail salon.

I was not too happy with this place. I am a regular, and my nail tech was busy that day, so I sat with a new nail technician: who wanted to charge me $15 to soak off my prior dip manicure done by them just to get another manicure. I have never been charged that much for removal.It’s not about the money, because I always give my nail tech a $20 tip because she is amazing: but these add in prices are ridiculous: I will never go back here again. Very disappointing.

I wasnt even asked what service I wanted was give the $28.00 had to ask for a callous remover foot file she did get it one for me but didnt do my girls as I requested which she still has a callous also asked her to please trim my right big toe more didnt do it and the service has it included didnt get my nails polished Ill never come back here again thanks but no thanks and Ill let people know about your services

Nikky was so rude and disrespectful she was the worst nail tech I’ve ever encountered. She got upset with me because I told her I didn’t like the nail design that she did on only ONE nail and told me to shut up and get up from her chair. While the manager was trying to fix her mistake she continue to talk bad about me with another client. Anyone sitting near her can overhear her bad mouthing me I had to stand up for myself and let her know that she was very unprofessional and that it’s OK if a client does not like a design it’s not a big deal and it was just on one nail. I felt alone in the situation the whole time. It wasn’t until the end the manager took me outside and apologized but never corrected her nail techs actions. Worse experience ever!!!

Khan started my pedicure I went in to take off acrylics and do dip nails. Everyone was reluctant because it takes time to soak off and apparently going in at 650 when 8 is closing time wasnt enough. I agreed to let him pop off the nails if he could. It was so aggressively done. He tore the entire corner or my right thumb and destroyed all my nails even though I expressed I wanted my natural nails to remain. The picture in the long pink nails was how I went in, the butchered nails are how I left. Im in so much pain I cant even carry my son, the reason I wanted to cut down my nails to begin with. I was only told it wasnt enough time after half way through the pedicure. Still I had to pay even after my hands were destroyed!

I got my Nails doneThree days ago after three days my nail was broken I called the salon So I can come in and fix my nail They said, yes of course come. when I came everybody were busy and they sent me back home and asked me politely to come for the next day and I agreed. The next day when I came the lady in at the reception told me I have to pay for the repair That was my very first time over there I would never come back that was a really bad customer service not recommended.Make a smart decision when choosing your beauty service providers, there are so many out there, therefore, never give up for being well treated and good customer service is probably the most import thing for me when I’m getting a service.I should have end up tipping the nice lady who did my now unfortunately the owner made her lose her tip

Place is clean but they have signs up cash only no credit or debit cards. So concerned I quietly told them I had to cancel our appointments and come back at some other time. They changed their tune and took a credit card. Deceptive practices. It would be great if they just had a Cash only discount but their prices are same as others local salons and they are pocketing the difference.

I searched for a nail salon with good customer service and great nail techs and I found one! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the ladies at the front desk. The prices are reasonable. But the experience you have and the end product is totally worth it. I plan to only come here for my manicures from this point on.

I have been going to this shop for over 2 years traveling all the way from Tamarac. I didnt mind the drive because I love the cleanliness of the place and also my nail tech. Today my appointment was scheduled for 1:30, however I did call and say I was going to be 10mins late. I did in fact show up 20mins late and upon walking in the lady at the desk informed me that she wont be taking me because I said 10mins. I have gone to this nail salon before and have had to wait past my appointment time becuase my nail tech was running over. I asked the young lady, well why didnt anyone call me so I didnt drive all the way bere? Do you know how far Im driving from? She said no I dont and answered the phone in the middle of the conversation. I then proceeded to walk out because that was very rude. I went back in just to see how long ot would be for some random tech and the same young lady working the desk was still on the phone. She got off and acknowledged everyone that walked up after me, until one of the customers asked arent you next.: you all should do a better job in the treatment of those who remain loyal to your business and teach your front desk work basic customer service skills . I will not be returning

Lovely salon, clean and peaceful with complementary refreshments and clear pricing. Made appt on a Thursday morning and had Khan as my nail tech. He did a great job with my nails, he was incredibly meticulous with my cuticles and shaping the nails, and the nail polish looked great too. They have a printed menu to select from with all the prices written and it was same over the phone. Normal non-acrylic non-gel nail polish mani-pedi is $39 but I dont do my nails often so I upgraded the pedi to deluxe for $55, which was great. Designs or a french manicure might have been extra, I didnt ask. Would recommend

Had high hopes for this place after reading the reviews. But before I even finished getting my full set there were too many red flags. I was having Issues with my nail tech and having to argue with her to get the issue corrected, a rude Worker asking me questions about payment as i was getting my pedi done. Thank god for the receptionist (The young black woman with the pretty hair-Sorry i forgot your name sweety). She was really helpful in fixing my issues. But i would never go back again.

My little sausage toes are so happy after Iolet pampered them! Anna took great care of my cuticles and I got a fantastic gel manicure. DO NOT USE THEM! Sent my girlfriend there for a Mani/Pedi with a full set of acrylics. First of all, they are overpriced. Then, I call to give the payment info over the phone and about 5 minutes later, one of the clerks calls back and tells me theyre having problems processing my payment and to check to see if it went through. Before I can say, Alright, just give me a minute to look it up, The clerk says call us back when you find it and hangs up on me. So, now, thirty seconds later after seeing that its processed, I have to call them back to let them know they managed to do their job.Next, to the actual work that my girlfriend had done. The tech left gaps between the cuticle and the actual nail making it look like she needed fills when she just had them done. So, she had to go back in and get them to resolve this issue on the same day. And these wonderful people then decided to charge me another $73 on top of the first $73 bringing my total to $146 for one mani/pedi with a full set of acrylics in one visit. I am now having to fight with my bank to get my 2nd $73 charge reimbursed.

I was only in town for the weekend and needed my nails done, the receptionist at the hotel I was staying at recommended Bliss. I was so glad that they did, the salon is very aesthetically pleasing and the pedicure I had was extremely thorough! If you know the Meticulous Manicurist on YouTube then you know the kind of thorough Bliss does. It almost makes me wish I lived in the area so I could go back. I would definitely recommend! Just make sure you make an appointment or call ahead, they seem to be very busy!

I have been going to this place for several months, there are several things that are very annoying: first of all it depends on how much you are going to spend and the way they are going to treat you. Second, the technicians are super BAD EDUCATED, they speak to each other in their language with the client in front. Third there is a man who works there, i don’t know if he is the owner, he is the rudest person you can imagine ... Believe me, this place stands out for its bad Costumer Service

I used to go to Bliss when I lived in the area 2 years ago & I am questioning why I ever stopped going because I’m always in love with my nails when I go. I got my wedding nails done here, they were absolutely perfect! I decided to come back nearly two years later and my nails are beautiful. Thank you, Dawn! She’s so meticulous! OMG!!!! i love this place. Very clean and very professional. A friend referred me here and i havent been any where else since. My experience here is always pleasant when i come. Its never crowded, Im guessing because of COVID-19. My 12 year old girls got their first pedicure and full set and they were very happy. the service was awesome!!!

Amazing service!!! Everyone who works there is so nice, amazing, and very talented. Lady did my pedicure and did amazing job. I only waited for about 5 minutes which was very nice, and the environment is very relaxing. Additionally, the staff offers refreshments, making the nail spa very lovely.

This is my second time coming to Bliss Nail Lounge. The salon looks beautiful and clean. My first time went amazing, I had a nail tech called Hannah and she did a very good job, not only with the way how it looked but also, with the cleanliness.Today, I got another nail tech and this person did a terrible job, my manicure looks lumpy and with spots, she didn’t wanted to clean around or under my toenails even when I told her that is what normally you get done when getting a pedicure, she then proceeded to only clean my left big toe and kept on adding the nail polish just disregarding what I have told her.🤷🏻‍♀️

I walked in there to get a pedicure. The place was really nice but the nail tech did a horrible job. She didn’t scrub my feet at all. It was so bad that my feet feels/looks exactly like how i walked in with them. She spent 15 minutes on my feet. I mentioned it to her and she just grabbed my feet and started to polish my toes.Literally the worst $48 i ever spent.

I always come here to get my nails done :) this time a young woman did them and wow she rocked my nails! I would love to go here on Sundays! It’s a bit busy but worth the wait! They give wine and or sodas while you wait :) beautiful chic environment and glamorous place.

Loved it!!! This is my second time here! The first time was about 5 months ago. I wasnt a fan of the way they did my pedicure. I decided to give them another shot. I had the same technician as last time but she was perfect this time around! Im very picky about the way my nails look and I could not be more pleased!

Ive been to many nail salons before I came here, and its hands down the best. If you want a relaxing place, this is is for you, you have to come here. They are so nice, friendly, miracle workers. Going to them has been the best decision Ive ever made.

Absolutely amazing Pedicure. I unfortunately didnt get the name of the woman who did my feet but its the best pedicure Ive ever had. She was VERY meticulous with my cuticles and extremely precise when cutting my cuticles. I will definitely be coming back here, no question about that.

The place is super expensive. My toes alone were 89 bucks. 59 for pedicure which I can say was amazing.. 20 for gel polish and 10 for tip. I was going to get my nails done but then the lady told me. It’s 10 extra for any shape outside of square and round bc it’s much more work for her... Then it’s already extra for gel polish. The place is nice. But I will not be back. I have been going to PA nails for the past year and decided to go here because it was close to work. But never again... I went to PA Nails the next morning and got my ombré nails almond shape for 45. Thank you but no thank you Bliss

Ive found my nail place after being here for over a year! Had my pedicure done and they gave an amazing massage and didnt wake me to prompt me to move my feet like a lot of places do. Being a nurse... I think I recognize a good foot rub anywhere and she is my lady!

This salon has been my go to place to get my nails done for the past five months now but recently I have received the worst service so now I will be looking for a new place to get my nails done. I went it for a gel pedicure a little over a week ago. I always go for white nail polish on my toes so this time was no different. After asking for white I noticed that the color Tony was using was not white but a light grayish blue. This could have been a simple mistake and also my fault for not paying attention so I brushed it off. After the pedicure was done and I was ready to pay, the total was not making sense to me so I asked a few questions (I got a deluxe pedicure with gel) but before making sure I understood why the price was that high the receptionist swiped my card with no regards to my confusion. I found that to be very rude but I just left and decided to not cause a scene. Two days passed after getting my gel pedicure and one of the gels fell off of one my toes. Again I thought that could have been a simple mistake so I went in to get it fixed. Tony had trouble finding the number of the unique color he chose and all I could think about was how simple the process could have been if he chose the correct color in the first place which was white. He found the color but while he was fixing his mistake he sighed profusely as if the gel coming off was my fault and not his. When I was getting ready to leave I noticed glares from the staff and it seemed to me that they expected me to tip or pay Tony for fixing his mistake. Again a couple days passed after getting that one nail fixed and surprise surprise, two more nails came off. Now this was my first gel pedicure and all I ever heard about gel pedicures was about how long they last, many people say a month. I get about two pedicure a month on average and never have I experienced my regular polish chipping or falling off completely only days after being serviced. I came in to get the two nails fixed today (August 7th) and I wanted to get the same exact color put on the two toes but Tony could not find the color so I told him to do white. I thought that he would put white on all of the toes but he only did the two that were messed up. He told me that it would be $25 for him to put white on all of the toes but I believe that I should not be charged because the whole situation was his fault from the beginning. It was his fault for choosing a this grayish blue color when I said white. It was his fault that one gel came off two days later. It was his fault for two more gels coming off three days after getting the first one fixed and it was his fault that he could not find the grayish blue. So now I have two white toes and eight grayish blue toes because I refused to pay Tony for his incompetence. I would have never expected such terrible and aggravating service from Bliss but how you are serviced depends on who your nail Tech is, if you do decide to go to Bliss I would recommend Luna. I myself will not be coming back and I am sitting in my car right outside of Bliss typing this out because the whole situation is insanely annoying and when I did try to express my plight the staff did not try to hear me out.
