The staff at Aspen Dental are courteous, kind and very helpful. Each staff member explained what steps will take place as well as each persons duties in assisting each area or areas of concerns that will need to be done first. They give options for care as well as payments that is the right fit for your needs and/afford.

Aspen is the only place Ill go. I have been to many of them and everyone has the same level of care and courtesy. The Aspen here in Plant City is truly one of the best. The staff are friendly and always pleasant to talk.

The traveling dentist I had was fairly cold, even after I admitted my extreme dental anxieties. That said, the main dentist at Aspen (Dr Moses) is amazing! The temporary dentist got the job done, but he needs to work on his bedside manner and patient comfort levels next time. The only reason Im giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of my particular experience with a dentist who rarely visits the office - aside from that, the staff is kind and the dentists make sure you feel comfortable. Dr Moses is incredibly kind and attentive.

Wonderful experience at the Plant City Location. Very professional and pleasant staff. After a thorough evaluation, they discussed their concerns with my dental health and went over my options. Nothing forced here at all simply direction on what I should do to maintain a healthy smile!!

Went there for the first time to get a check up and was impressed with how I was treated. Everyone there was very friendly and extremely professional. They made me feel very comfortable, informative and didnt try to push unnecessary procedures. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.

I am not pleased with the scheduling or finance department of this establishment. Upon my first scheduled visit I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, went to check in with the receptionist and was told that I wasnt in the system even after I had received a confirmation text. Apparently my appointment was kicked into an overflow needless to say I was not seen. They rescheduled me and apologized. The day of my rescheduled appointment I was called and told it was canceled and needed to be rescheduled a second time. On my next appointment I was finally seen for a consult, after the consult was done I was given an estimate of how much my procedure would be and asked if I wanted to apply for Care Credit. We did the application and I was approved. I returned for my cleaning appointment and was charged nearly $300.00 out of pocket after my insurance was applied and being approved for the Care Credit. I reached out to the financial administrator inquiring why I was charged out of pocket when the credit shouldve been applied, she advised it was their error and I could be refunded or have the money be applied to my Care Credit balance; I requested a full refund to my bank account. That was in July! I have reached out twice and have not had a response. Im currently out $300.00, have a bill from Care Credit for $700+ dollars, and to top it off Aspen Dental has now sent me a separate bill for an additional $394.00.

Amazing. I was incredibly anxious about going to the dentist, but every single staff member made me feel comfortable and welcome. They all treated me with such kindness and respect, and answered any questions I had. Ashley, especially, the office manager went above and beyond to help me. Amazing place. As soon as I walked in the door for my first appointment, the girls at the front desk knew my name! Made me feel good and comfortable! I love my doctor Marjan Mirkheshti and my hygienist was the best so friendly. Nothing like some dentist offices I have been to. I came in for a root canal and crown. The staff was friendly and provided great communication. The root canal was simple and quick. Dr. Hill-Moses did my crown prep and it went very well. Overall, it was a great experiences. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Hill-Moses for all your major dental surgeries.Also Dr. El-Hennaway preformed my root canal. This was my first time having a root canal done and I have heard so many people say “oh no! I’m sorry, they are the worst!” Well, apparently they didn’t go to Dr. El-Hennaway, because she makes it so easy. Literally, less than 15 and no discomfort at all.Talk about team work. Dr. Hill-Moses and Dr. El-Hennaway are an incredible duo. Making a root canal and crown seem like a walk in the park!!

Another example of I’d like to like it, but I can’t. Looking for a new dentist, made an appointment requested a cleaning, etc.25 mins late to be seen. Ushered in to have a panograph. I said wait and asked how many x-rays? Eighteen was the answer. For heaven’s sake, really? Was told that was “standard”. I said I don’t want standard; I’d like a teeth cleaning and a dentist eval like I requested.After asking for a dentist, I got a “manager” who insisted on the “standard” BS. Then I discovered I didn’t even have a hygienist appointment!! Apparently, everyone has to submit to bombarding their head with X-rays and follow the rules, THEN and only then do you get the right to make a simple hygienist appointment. I asked to talk to a dentist but apparently that would cost $123 because I have a chipped tooth. As a consumer and customer, I wish to choose when and even if I am treated. I am happy to pay for my services, heck I’m eager to find a dentist even! The “manager” was in no mood to deal with me since I apparently didn’t fit the normal routine. So, this was a huge waste of my time and not pleased with the responses to a very reasonable request for approving my treatments. I’d think if the owner of the practice knew about this, they would have treated me differently.Off to find a reasonable dentist, again. So sad the inability to raise a finger so to speak to help a new customer feel comfortable and not just another billable hour. Apparently, they don’t need any new business with this type of customer treatment. Yes, yes, I know the x-rays are safe. So is walking across the street, usually... Yes, yes, dentists can order x-rays and they want to see your teeth and gums to make an evaluation. Why can’t I make a hygienist appointment, try out the facility and the staff? What are they hiding??? Once the office has racked up multiple charges on your dental insurance, how does one go down the street the next day and find another dentist if they are not satisfied? Try finding another dentist who then will likely want another set of 19 x-rays while you no longer have any dental insurance benefits left? Any good “country” dentist out there anymore?

I came to Aspen Dental with some pretty serious dental needs. I was treated fairly and made very comfortable. Dr. Spough and Bree took care of my complicated needs very efficiently and with care, making sure I had plenty of Novocain so I would only feel pressure, but not pain. They even allowed me to take pictures and video the procedure with humor and a funny quip or two!Dr. Spough even made the time to see me when I returned at closing time the evening of my surgery to calm my fears that I was bleeding too much.If you are in St. Petersburg, Florida and have dental issues, I HIGHLY recommend Aspen Dental on Tyrone Blvd and the fine staff they have working there!

I finally found a dental clinic, with hours of operation beneficial/convenient for me, instead of the other way around! Aspen Dental of Plant City provides top-notch dental care; one (the patient) is served by a highly competent dentist (Dr. Hill-Moses), supported by a very professional staff...and all very friendly as well. Choosing Aspen Dental was definitely a great decision on our part. Thanks for a job well done!

First they didn’t reschedule my appt for the time they said they would and now my appt was apparently double booked so again I get the short end and have to wait two weeks for an available appointment. I haven’t even seen a dentist yet and I already want to find a different practice but my work schedule doesn’t fit anywhere else and not everyone can afford to take a day off for a dental visit. Seriously guys figure out your scheduling process.

At first I really liked this office, but that quickly changed. They call you over and over to confirm your appointment. If you don’t confirm they will cancel even though I’ve never missed an appointment. However, this only applies to the patients not Aspen. I took my daughter today and waited almost 2 hours passed our appointment time. When I asked for an update, they simply through up their hands and said were short staffed and don’t know when you will be seen. I know things happen but it seems they hold their patients to an expectation that they aren’t willing to hold themselves to. That’s very frustrating and makes an already not fun appointment very stressful. Like they expect of me, they could’ve given us a heads up and had us come later or reschedule.Edit: the office is well aware of the extreme inconvenience. If someone would like to discuss it further, they know how to contact us. We did not have the best possible experience. Asking us to do more (reach out to you) is also not a great CX.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They were very professional and I had no problems whatsoever. They were very patient with all of my questions (I went in to start an implant procedure) and laid out my financial options in a very concise and easily understood manner. Excellent prices by the way!

So great and friendly, it was my first visit and they got me in quickly as a new patient and when I was just going for a check up they told me they could do my deep clean, fill my cavities and fit me for Invisalign that day as well since they had time. Which was awesome. They gave me mouthwash and toothpaste to help get me on track and even helped with an affordable payment plan for everything I needed. Something I also noticed when their is their ability to great customers by their name as soon as they walk through the door and remember who their family members are that also go their. Very personable. 10/10 recommend.

I love the atmosphere there. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I had to wait a little longer, but because of the staff being so friendly and courteous I did not mind one bit.

I have been trying to go to this dentist for weeks, but my appointments keep getting cancelled. Twice before and yesterday I actually made it to the office without somebody calling to cancel on me, just to be send back home. Supposedly I did not confirm my appointment, which is not true. I did confirm. That is absolutely rediculous! Every time I make an appointment I have to schedule stuff around, just to get cancelled again. On top of that, the receptionist was wearing her face mask on her chin! During a pandemic at a dental office..., really?I am now thinking it might be a good thing that they keep cancelling me and I never made it past the reception. It might have saved me from bigger trouble.Not what I expected at all! Big thumps down for this place!

My experience with Aspen Dental was So smooth and pleasant. Everyone was so professional and extremely kind from the moment I walked in. The Dentist Ana was very sweet and explained everything in detail even though they were extremely busy. But she took her time with me. The service was a 10 with ten being Best. I went in with alot of questions but before I could ask them they explained everything upfront. I felt so comfortable. It made the decision process so easy. I would Highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental needs. Service with a smile. So glad there here in my home town of Plant City Florida.

Be aware that it is quite clear that being paid is first and foremost in the offices of Aspen dental, Plant City. How you will pay is the first words out of their mouth after do you have an appointmentI certainly understand that getting compensation for work well done is standard and reasonable. I suggest, however, to focus on your services and how they will be performed and do so with detail.Nobody reasonable will mind dealing with the financial side once the services are explained with clarity. It is easy to misunderstand the expectations and be disappointed.Now as for the office services: Nicole is outstanding and Dr. Patel is very kind and attentive.The weakness is at the front desk and in particular, the individual explaining the costs.Out of decency, I wont name them.Treat anyone who walks in your doors with respect and joy. When explaining the financial quotes, give a range of choices and options and please have your numbers be accurate.Do not make the customer correct your inaccuracies and do not forget when a client asks for a price on alternative options even if they make be more costly.

I went in on a Friday to have a tooth pulled. While I was there I agreed for the dentist to do a bone graph as I am in the future. The office said they ordered me a prescription for infection. I could pick up when pharmacy called. They never called so I went to the pharmacy. They said it was never called in. I called Aspen but they were closed. My wife left a message. By Monday infection had set in and the packing from the bone graph was pushing out, so I came back in on Tuesday. Three times through the weekend I went to the pharmacy and they said it was not called in. When I saw the dentist on Tuesday she pushed packing back into the hole and gave me a written script and told me to come back in two weeks. By the end of the week my jaw was so swelled and infected that it pushed the bone graph material completely out. Its been since I believe the 29th and the selling in my jaw is just starting to subside and it makes me angry that I was charged over a thousand dollars for a procedure that didnt take because antibiotics wasnt prescribed in a timely manner.

I really really recommend aspen dental in plantcity ! I was in so much pain, made a last minute decision late at night and was able to make an appointment for the next morning online . When I got to my appointment they made sure I understood everything they were explaining to me and that’s what I loved the most ! They care for you and want to make sure you leave happy ! I was very impressed. I can’t wait to continue business with them . Amazing people .

I was in an intense amount of pain when I called for an appointment. They were able to get me in on the same day, within an hour of the time I called. When I arrived the receptionist was very polite and immediately took me back. I was a new patient so as I sat in the green room all the paperwork was brought to me. Angel came and got me to do my X-rays and she was so patient and polite and soothing that it really helped put my mind to ease. After my x-rays they got me into a room where I was introduced to Dr. Sheba. She was very professional but also very reassuring and she told me she was going to get me out of my pain very quickly, which she did. The pricing was very, very affordable and my experience all in all was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better experience in my time of need. I will definitely be return for all my dental needs.

Very state of the art office, fast service meaning wait time, clean and fancy. Staff and doctor itself amazing personality, friendliness, corteus, delicate and every great qualities I can think of. Reason for the 4 stars, people the price is astronomical mega high, never seen prices that hi, have quote from other places atleast half of the price!!! The other dental offices are not that luxurious than aspen dental maybe thats why the huge price difference. For me for along doctor have credentials and certified by the state Im ok with no fancy stuff.

Like going to a car dealer! Went in for emergency treatment with online appt. at 9:15 AM (paperwork filled out online) left after 12:45 PM. after extraction. Checked in and sat for over 30 minutes watching over people go in who came in after me. Reminded receptionist I had an appt for tooth with pain and swelling on right side. Within 5 minutes I was taken to back and given a full panel of x-rays. I explained to tech I was here only for emergency treatment. She said it was normal procedure. Then taken to exam room to wait for oral hygienists. 10:33 Keith came in and explained about my periodontal disease and need for deep cleaning. I explained I was there for the swelling and bad tooth. 11:17 Dr. Anna Hill-Moses came in and explained the bad condition of my teeth. I explained I could not afford dental treatment due to being retired and no dental insurance. She leaves after explain its Monday and lots of people are in pain. 11:31 the closer (Amy?) takes me to her office to explain the treatment plan but their computers are down. Cost will be around $10,000 for extractions and a partial set of dentures. I explain our cars are a 2006 and 2007 and we do not have that kind of money. Back to another exam room. 11:39 Charge of $284 for 1 surgical extraction (website advertises $134 for simple extraction) on my Credit Card. Back to different exam/surgery room. Wait - Excedrin has really worn off by now. After 12 PM, a local is applied and Dr. Hill-Moses comes in inject local ( the secret to a good shot is slow and easy, not injecting fast enough to raise me off the seat). She apologized and explained I really need both teeth extracted (there goes a $1000 + crown). I agree to another $284. Dr. Hill-Moses explained everything, injected more local anesthesia as needed and is very good technically. Swelling is gone on the second day and I could sleep that night. Amazing lack of pain the next day. 12:44 I pay for my second extraction. They wanted to schedule me for the $8,000 plus treatment plan. ROFLVeterans Discount _LOL - We dont give the advertised 25% discountNo follow up call to check my status next day. Just emails asking to schedule my next appointment and a survey about my visit.Friendly, professional staff, and very knowledgeable.There was only 1 dentist in office not the 5 or 6 listed on wall.3/24/21 Aspen Dental requested I call Cindy ADMI re review.4:13 PM returned call and put on hold ...Wait time is over 10 minutes.4:27 PM Michelle answers phone says Cindy is on line with another customer. She can not find my Google Review. Said Cindy will call me after she gets off other line.4:50 Michelle actually calls me back. Said she had found my review. Apologized for long wait and sounded surprised only 1 dentist was in office, not 3. Said she would inform staff of issues. Very polite!

Was there for 2 1/2 hours in pain to have a tooth removed and the oral surgeon was never there. Probably on the golf course. Their price is twice what the average is too! I have to wait 2 weeks but its $600 cheaper! Total waste of time only to get a ridiculous price.

I visited Aspen Dental Wesley Chapel yesterday morning (April 6, 2021) to get started on treatment. Everything went well, the staff was friendly and very informative. After my exam, we discovered that I needed 2 root canals. I asked if I could get treatment started tomorrow (April 7, 2021). The assistant “worked her magic” and actually landed me an appointment for that same day at 1pm in Plant City. 😁(Why not 5 stars)—> At this appointment, I notice a difference in the level of communication and explanation from my previous dentist appointment in Wesley Chapel. I asked, the dental assistant about my procedure and she started rambling off numbers and medical terms in reference to my teeth as if I understood. I chuckled and explained to her that I didn’t understand what she meant and she then clarified. I’m not sure if she was new to position or what, but her communication with me wasn’t as welcoming.Like many people, I was anxious and tense in the chair. Before starting the work, Dr. Lel-Hennaway performed the “Ice Test” on the two teeth that I was there to get root canals on. MY TEETH ARE EXTREMELY SENSITIVE TO COLD, so I REALLY DREADED THIS PROCESS. My reflexes and anxiety caused my to squirm a bit knowing that she was about to place something EXTREMELY COLD ON MY EXTREMELY SENSITIVE TEETH. Dr. Lel-Hennaway says in a snarky manner “The more you move, the more times I’m going to have to do this” followed by “You’re only hurting yourself, not me(while giggling and shrugging) and if you do this during your procedure, I will be holding very sharp objects, so once again, you’ll only be hurting yourself, not me.” I understand that this is true but there was no compassion.Throughout the procedure, Dr informed me that I could swallow and that it was “just my own spit” but when I swallowed there was a disgusting taste and gritty texture in the back of my mouth so I refrained from swallowing. I requested suction, and she reiterated that it’s once again “just my own spit” either way, I didn’t wish to swallow the pool of saliva in the back of my throat. Just suction it out please!I can understand her frustrations with my flinching but what happened to reassurance and comfort? Her comments were callous.Although I was very offset by the dramatic difference in the care that I received from Wesley Chapel to Plant City, Dr. Lel-Hennaway did a quick and efficient job on my root canals.

My prior review for this office was not a very happy statement. While I still believe that the issues I had are valid, they were also corrected quickly by the Dr in the office. My initial contact was made to the office and that is who I spoke to. I still have the issue of any staff questioning the information a patient is given to you as an explanation of why you are treated by a specialist- a specialist that literally controls they beating of the heart- that crosses over to the dentist office responsibility. I am required to explain the the Dr about medical information not a front office staff holding no medical degree. While this is personal opinion it is not indicative of the Dentist himself. The Dr. made every effort to respond to all my concerns whether they were valid or not to him. He was extremely professional and never upset. I am changing my review, not because I was asked too, based on the Dr.s response to my issue. He was professional in every sense of the matter, pleasant, as well as doing everything he could to make it right

I am normally scared to death of the dentist, have been my e tire life. But the staff and dentist at the plant city office are awesome and I no long dread going.

The two fragmented wisdom teeth extractions I had was a quicker procedure than my wife and I expected. Dr. Patel was obviously very skilled (I cant understand how she can so aggressively pull out the tooth fragments without slipping & cutting the wrong place). Dr. Patel was very caring about how she kept asking I I was feeling pain or discomfort & explaining how it would feel.

I have never had a dentist that said all treatments must be prepaid. They wouldnt start until after they talked to my insurance. Then 3 weeks kater, they sent another bill. They removed a tooth that had a serious infection. I did not know the dangers of this until after work was done. They could not numb me because of the infection, but insisted that I could handle it. After 20 years of construction, I know pain, and never experienced anything to that level. I would never go to them again. Worst experience ever.

The initial visit was great. After having my tooth pulled I have had nothing but problems. Had a dry socket and wasnt given much instruction as to care for the area. Kinda left to deal with this by myself and talking to the front desk staff does not help. I would like to speak with the actual doctor.

I was ripped off! They did fine taking my money, doing the operation and issuing equipment. But the equipment was not correct! They did very little to correct it! And finally when something went wrong, refused service under the guise of having a mask, when it was not an issue before.They are bad business and everyone should stay away before they abandon you too.

I can’t thank Dr.Ghiya and his team enough! I haven’t been to the dentist is far too many years and finally got the courage to have an exam. Although the result was what I expected and I ended up needing dentures they all made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. The surgery was painless and I am finally able to smile and be happy with how it looks. With having the lab right in the office it was such a quick process. I can’t wait to get my permanent set!

The staff is very nice but the cost out way that. Im getting the work done at another location for half the price!!!!! The only other thing I didnt like is the dentist said she would do one thing but when it came time to do it she wouldnt and went back on what she said which really upset me.

Id been in severe pain with a tooth that needed to be removed, my normal dentist was booked and couldnt see me for 3 days so I called Aspen dentistry in plant City and they was also booked but cared enough to squeeze me in between appointments. Dr Jay Ghiya made me feel alot better explaining my options and the procedure, he and his staff did an amazing job removing the bad tooth and I can honestly say they care about people and they do everything they can to make the dentist experience easier, thank you team !!

First let’s start by saying that I usually HATE going to the dentist just from past experiences but Dr.Ghiya and his team changed my whole outlook on dentistry. I absolutely loved how kind and understanding they all were. I am excited to start the journey to fix my teeth! You should all consider this office for all your dental needs they are truly amazing :)

I hated going to the dentist but coming here has made me so comfortable! i had to get a deep cleaning and two extractions and they make you feel as comfortable as you can possibly get under the circumstances. from the xrays to the cleaning to the extraction everyone was very nice and very friendly. i would recommend aspen dental to any and everyone! A+ work & an A+ staff.

The wait time at Aspen Dental is always 45+ minutes with appointment. This place is extremely disorganized and just be 45 minutes late because they won’t call your name until like an hour after the appointment. Horrible and this isn’t the first time. Gladly my primary dentist isn’t at Aspen Dental and only came here for a surgery.

My son and I had a great experience at Aspen dental. The wait time was fast, the staff was very nice the dentsl hygienist explained with detail what he was doing and best of all they provide all the services there. Im glad were part of the Aspen family now.

My adult son was seen at the Plant City, Fl office. We are very pleased with the staff and Dr Ghiya, he was very upbeat and explained everything to us about the treatment plan for my son. He gave us explanations of which processes would be best for my son, and why. My son felt informed and comfortable with the treatment plan and his new Dentist, thank you Dr Ghiya. Dentistry needs more Drs like you. The young lady who handled the insurance and financing was also very nice and explained his choices and all the $$ side of things. Office was clean, exams rooms where also, equipment was clean and technologically current with 3D scanning.

Expensive but the staff is very helpful and the doctor is amazing. The best part is they get the job done right the first time. Plus you dont have to run around to get full service. Thank you Aspen Plant City

It was great. I gave it a 4 star only because when I called after hours I was told they took my insurance and I made an appointment and when I got to my appointment Monday they didnt take my insurance. I had to use money meant for other bills and food. Anyway they were all really nice and it was clean and I already forgot the mans name that pulled my tooth but hes super nice and made sure I was numb before he pulled it. If they took my insurance I would definitely be back.

I am not currently a patient but after the amazing experience my girlfriend had with them I am absolutely transferring my dental care to Dr.Ghiya and his team! She was having a lot of pain from a tooth that needed to be taken out and they made sure that she left the office completely out of pain! She enjoyed the whole experience and for a change is actually excited to continue with her treatment. I am so glad that we will both finally be at a dental office that truly cares about their patients!

Free Xrays and imaging for new patients, thats a big plus! Just remember that theyre a chain and will try to upsell you on things, if you do not fall for that then you will be golden.

Everyone here was extremely friendly and kind! I have a huge fear of the dentist due to past experiences and they made me feel right at home. They were professional and let me know exactly what was happening and showed me what was going on. I definitely recommend them!

He will answer all of your questions so you understand everything going on inside your mouth. He will explain future plans to get your teeth back to a healthy beautiful smile. He is very polite and courteous no matter what state your teeth are currently in. He makes you feel like your teeth and oral health is his top priority. The Plant City Aspen Dental has all brand new equipment and state of the art x-ray machines. You can relax and rest assured you and your mouth are in the best hands. The office staff and assistants are also amazing !!! The most polite and professional people I have seen in a dental office. With or without insurance in the future for all of my dental work I will be going back to Plant City Aspen Dental !!!

I thought that the team deserved more than just a 10 star rating on the survey you get after the visit so I wanted to give them another review! Everyone was so patient and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I neglected my teeth for a long time but Angela my DA was great she made sure that I didn’t feel ashamed for it. We made small talk during the first part of my exam and it was nice to feel like a person not just a patient. Keith my hygienist was also kind and explained my gum health and they type of cleaning I would need. Dr.Ghiya was amazing with the explanation of what my treatment would entail and he also took the time to get to know what brought me in. When the exam was over I met with Amanda who explained everything to me about my visits and insurance. She was also able to get me monthly payments to help with the cost! I wasn’t able to stay for treatment that day but I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Came in for a regular cleaning with Dr. Ghiya, who was timely and clearly loves his work. His hygienist, Keith, gave me the most thorough cleaning I have ever had! He took the time to explain the reasons for any changes he saw in my teeth and how to prevent or reduce them. He never made me feel like he was rushing to the next patient. Clean office and great staff - I highly recommend!

This office is wonderful from the time you walk through the door and are greeted by the receptionist, to the dental assistants, you are treated with kindness and respect. They tell you everything they are doing from start to finish. Dr. Patel was fantastic she explained everything that I needed to have done and why. Sabreena the consultant explained my payment options gave me my pricing with and without my insurance. Overall I had a great experience. I know most people dont like going to the dentist but I would certainly recommend going to Aspen Dental in Plant City.

Dr G and his staff are wonderful!! They were super friendly, listened to my concerns, and made my comfort their priority in my emergency appointment this afternoon. The office itself is decorated beautifully, the waiting and lounge areas are very cozy. I will absolutely be returning to this Plant City location for any and all of my future dental needs!

I am 4 hours post op with Dr. G and Im crying.. Not because I am in pain or because I am sad, but because I am so profoundly thankful to him and his staff. Dr G was willing to see me very last second, work with my being autistic and terrified and even played the temptations for me! (I love them) I let him know ahead of time I am hard to numb up and he never once gave me the typical yeah yeah sure you are attitude. If I could give 50 stars I would. He had my problem child tooth out in 1 song.I am forever grateful that he is so kind and skilled. The worst part of the whole thing, was the anticipation! (I had previously had 2 wisdom teeth out with a different dentist that traumatized me) If you need dental work done, if you want to feel comfortable, heard, acknowledged and ultimately taken care of... Do NOT go anywhere else.

Fist time I this office and what a bad experience, I was referred here by my orthodontist for my son to get a 3D X-ray. I get ready for this appointment ahead of time get ready with the money $250 for one X-ray, we get there I ask the front office lady to please make sure it goes on a cd or usb she says, oh yeah don’t worry will give it to you, they do the service and then the lady asks me DO YOU HAVE A USB OR CD CAUSE WE DONT DONT DO THAT, I was like really do you expect me to carry at USB or a CD with me? you said you would provide that now you’re asking me for it? where do you think I would be getting that from I’m not from this town, I come from very far away and I just paid $250 for a picture and you are telling me you can’t provide me with a copy of that I just paid? then her answer was, well you can go to a nearby store to buy a CD or a USB and bring it, and will put it in there for you, I could not believe why I was listening to. Since when the patient provides the office with supplies for something that the patient pays for unacceptable unacceptable unacceptable. Why didn’t they tell me ahead of time so I would’ve gotten ready with with it. 😡

If I could I would have post 10 stars for this visit with Dr. G and all of the staff here at Aspen Dental in Plant City! With all the work they did in one visit I feel A LOT better just the next day! Thanks for great service and great prices!!

Best dental office Ive been in! Everyone was kind and patient, I am a nervous dental patient and I was made comfortable at every step of the process. I had all of my teeth extracted 3 days ago and everything is going well. I highly recommend this office.

I personally cant thank Aspen dental enough. Even though I have bad credit they found a way for me to get my dentures and treated me with respect and dignity not once making me feel as if I were low income or not as important as everyone else. I can smile and eat just be me and that is so important I love my new smile! Aspen Dental in plant city Florida is Awesome! I hadn’t been to a dental office in over four years and decided I better get in and get my teeth cleaned and some X-Rays done. I can say that they are very thorough in the exam process, lots of different angels when getting the X-Rays. The staff is very friendly my hygienist was thorough and explained everything he was doing. The good news is, my mouth is health and my cleaning was simple! I will go back in 6 months for another cleaning. I have always been worried to go due to past experiences where they always want to do all kinds of work and you never know if you really need it. Thank you Aspen Dental for giving me a great experience.

The dentist and staff did above and beyond there job with removing 4 wisdom teeth and 2 molars in one sitting. I walked out of there in minimal pain for what i had done.They made me feel super comfortable and was very professional. RECOMMEND 100%

In addition to excellent clinical diagnosis and treatment, the staff at Aspen Dental of Plant City really care personally about their patients. Seeking dental help due to an emergencey, I was impressed by the number of great reviews and their excellent website that gave detailed information regarding options available for most dental problems (even including costs and financing available). Therefore, at my first appointment I felt totally prepared for what I thought I would need and have to pay for. Not so. I was in total traumatic shock when after an exam and exrays Dr. Giah gently informed me that it was much more serious than I thought and then, of course, would be much more expensive. I was devastated. Having to assist with a major event in two days added to my panic. Not a problem for this awesome staff. With their on site lab they can do miracles. They did prep treatment immediately, surgery the next day and I had a beautiful smile ready to great guests at my meeting. They even surprised me with an added procedure that I needed at no cost! Their financial specialist was amazing. Having no insurance I was really concerned but she arranged a reasonable finance plan to cover all costs. Since when are money people kind and caring? They are at Aspen Dental of Plant City. I am still on a long journey to complete healing but am confident that they will see me through it with the same compassion that they have shown That confidence means everything. I am happy to refer anyone to Aspen Dental of Plant City. Dr. Giah and staff will handle any dental problem with clinical excellence and caring concern.

I live in lakeland and had to go to the plant city office for a toothache that I new was a cavity and or broken molar. Turns out it was my wisdom tooth and it needed to be removed same day because it was indeed a cavity. Dr. G was awesome, he made me feel at ease. I would drive 20 minutes from lakeland to see him.
