I received a referral from my wife friend. I was a little Leary as I heard of air conditioning co try to sell you stuff you do not need. I called TJ and he was extremely nice and went out of his way to set up an appointment for me around my schedule. Eugene came out and did an inspection on my unit. They showed up same day and went above and beyond to fix our issue for less than half the original quote with original manufacture parts. They are honest. Amazing company, we finally have a correct size unit to run our AC in the house! I no longer have to live in a dungeon, we had constant issues of our air not cooling our house and having to keep all blinds shut no matter what time of day. Even running the washer, dryer or oven made it difficult to keep it cool. When TJ came to our rescue he notified us our system was shot, he spent dedicated time with us to explain everything and scheduled our new installation within a matter of days! His employees came in, they were very professional, friendly and clean! I am so glad we used FLO Rite for our new AC installation which along came a maintenance package too! Technician came out and cleaned drain pipe and pan. The pipe had a lot of build up in it and it wasnt draining properly. Unit is working properly now and no longer shutting down the thermostat.

Ive been using these guys a few years now and have never had a bad experience. I started out dealing with TJ, who is very professional with great customer service. Lately I have been getting my service by Wilson Martin who deserves his own shout out. His work is top notch, he is very pleasant to interact with, and he is very efficient and customer oriented. I called Wilson Sunday night and spoke with him about my problem. I was hoping to get a repair in the next couple of days. He was at my house the next morning bright and early with the repair finished soon after. Im like you, I take online reviews with a grain of salt, but with that said, I cannot recommend Flo-Rite more highly. They are a very good outfit.

It was 91 degrees and high humidity and I searched for a hvac company and came across flo-rite with good reviews and called them TJ (owner) answered the phone and asked when I wanted someone to come out I said ASAP and he said a tech would be out by 4:30. Twenty minutes later I get a text saying someone was on the way. Turns out TJ took the call himself, checked the unit turns out motor was bad, he said we could replace it but the system was 20 years old and I might want to consider replacing it so I decided it wasn’t going to work any better and decided to replace it The new unit comes with a 10 parts and labor warranty and a very fair price with 0 financing for 18 months. Excellent deal would highly recommend.

After our downstairs air handler went out, we decided it was time to replace both of our outdated AC units. A friend recommended Flo-Rite and we are very happy we called them. The owner TJ was honest and upfront about the pricing. He explained the best options for our price point while still getting quality equipment. TJ and the two other service techs that came out were professional and courteous. They put down canvas tarps to protect my carpet while working inside. When the manufacturer delayed shipment of one of our new units, TJ and his crew worked late into the evening to finish the install. I cant say enough good things about these guys. Top Notch Service!!!One of our ac units is in need of repair, fan motor. Reached out to Flo-Rite via Thumbtack late last night. Immediate response and Gene was at the house today and assessed the problem.We have gone thru 5 coils since buying our Trane unit 7 yrs ago. We have used Air Masters, Velocity and several other companies that repaired our problems. They did a good job but never identified the underlying issue. We even had a Trane rep at the house two yrs ago that couldn’t explain.Gene with Flo-Rite immediately identified our current issue with the fan motor and discovered why our Trane destroys coils.Flo-Rite is responsive (immediate), knowledgeable, experienced and able to convey the technical info in a way that make sense.Top Notch service!!!!!!

My a/c died a few weeks ago and I started the tedious process of getting repair quotes versus replacement costs. There were several decent organizations that responded to my inquiry here on Google, but TJ with Flo-Rite took it to the next level. He arrived promptly and we ventured around the inside and outside a/c units and discussed options; all the while he was explaining to me how the system worked, how mine failed, and pointers for future maintenance. Josh and his team replaced my Carrier HVAC system with an efficient Lennox HVAC system the first week of January 2021. The install went flawlessly. They even replaced a section in my duct work to increase air flow to another area of my house. I appreciate their dedication and will continue to do business with this company. Highly recommended!

TJ and his staff are absolutely AMAZING!!! We purchased our home in June 2019 and 2 days after moving in, the AC went out. Being new to the area at that time, I researched local companies and decided to employ Flo-Rite for their services. TJ immediately responded to my request for information and a price quote. His prices are extremely reasonable for the equipment installed and the quality of work and professionalism received by he and his staff.Fast forward, after completing their annual maintenance check on our new system, they found all kinds of “funky stuff” in our duct system, which required replacement. They completely removed the old system and installed newer and more efficient ducts and filters with an allergen filtration system. I suffer from allergies and am prone to sinus infections, so this is a HUGE plus for me. I would HIGHLY recommend TJ and Flo-Rite to anyone in need of AC maintenance and/or a new system. I called left message they were very prompt in returning my phone call. We discussed what was going on it was an emergency at that time and once they arrived we discussed multiple options. My husband and I decided on a whole house variable 18 seer HVAC system air conditioner with purification system which was done expertly. They will punctual explained in detail what was to occur any suggestions they reviewed with us prior and rationale for the service and device. They left the work area very clean. We had prior estimates which they bet and offered additional service to maintain our system. We plan on using them again for future projects.

The owner of the company called and coordinated my appointment. He was very helpful and was able to speak to me about my outdated equipment and what problems I was having and the exact reasoning! Long story short, I needed to replace and outdated unit that was actually too small for my residence anyway. Never once did I feel as if I was talking to a salesman or being up-sold something.
