Had to laugh when I read review “Any positive reviews were paid or are relatives.” I helped Marc when he was starting his company. Told him to call it Marc A/C as word of mouth customers may call me with the name Morris as I am Morris Air Condition and Heating. And some do and they have high regards for his company as I do. Fine company Great team of service Techs.

Marc Morris A/C has been my go to source for my cooling and heating needs. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and are there when I need them. I recommend them to all my friends and would not go anywhere else.
The company I rent my condo from purchased an a/c unit from them after the old unit stopped functioning. It has been a nightmare ever since dealing with this company. The unit has not hit lower than 72 degrees (even at night) and the air coming out of the vents feels like a breeze. The system has a leak that has been reported on 4 occasions and every time Marc or one of his techs come out, put more freon, and say the issue is fixed for sure. Even after they refill it the air still comes out warmish. Theyve been putting a band aid on the issue milking this thing for as many service calls as they can get out of it. If you dont want to spend your nights sweating it out like me do yourself a favor and find a reputable trustworthy A/C company that cares more about workmanship instead of profits.**update** they apparently came back out to fix the leak and didnt notify me or anything, i got home from work and my a/c was a miraculous 74 degrees.....well that lasted 2 days. Now the compressor is making an unhealthy sounding loud whining noise and its currently 86 in my condo and theyre closed weekends..oh and its a brand new compressor that they installed.Update2: a year later and I had to pay to have the coil replaced. The certified tech (from another company) that did this replacement told me whoever did the previous job half-assed the entire install. Not surprised by the amount of times Marcs certified techs came out to fix it and never once checked for a leak in the coil, they would just show up, put more coolant and cash a check. Why fix it when you can keep cashing in right?Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Any positive reviews were paid or are relatives.
I never experienced such poor customer service and service skills from an A/C company, I called this company about 3 weeks ago because my A/C was not functioning. The technician that came to my house was Reggie, he had the worst attitude since he walked in the house, not even a smile or a greeting, his behavior the way he talked and his whole demeanor was not pleasing. I told him repeatedly that the contactor was broken and that it just needs to be replaced. Instead of listening he thought it was something else and tried to replace a fuse, he turned the system on and blew the fuse this happened again exactly like that, until he finally decided that it was the contactor like I told him earlier and he replaced the contactor. So the part that really got me upset was he charged me $131.80 for the contactor when you can pick one up for $15. Then he charged me $14 for two fuses (the two fuses he blew out from not listening). Then he charged me $69 for the 3 hours he was there, when he could of fixed the problem in 1/2 and hour if he listened. Altogether I got a bill for $279.80 when it could of been done for less than a $100. Worst service I have recieved from an A/C company and would not recommend them to anyone.
