Ive gone to H&R Block for over ten years but at a different location (Lake June). I went to this location (Plano on Parker) on a whim and boy does the management make a difference! The manager at this location, Terry Lopez, is one of the rudest people I have met, with zero customer service skills. Be aware of false charges by their employees. I still like H& R Block but NOT this location.
