I have been working with them since 2002 and have always appreciated his commitment and straightforwardness. Ashok knows the Dallas market. We have brought new concepts and he worked with us to find the best location, I look forward to working with them for all of our expansions.

I run an apartment community and Ashok was inquiring about a client needing possible corporate housing. When asked what year we were built, he had the audacity to boldly say “that is too old and that the community has roaches” all because it was built in the 80s! In the future, all you have to do is say no thank you and find a different outlet. You work with the public.. not insulting someone’s work place based off your opinion would seem like a no-brainer.
