Like most of the reviewers I got unsolicited calls from this agency. Nobody actually generated one sound in those calls.In some review answers owner says the technology is providing them with cell numbers from areas they sold houses and it might be true. Where they lie ( in their mind they sell) is the area where they have a lot of costumers interested to buy houses. They dont. Not at seller price. Not at market price. Like all of this guys out of the hot market they just want the seller to loose in their favor. They call it success.

The Kimberly Davis Group of Keller Williams Realtors somehow got my private cell phone number and my home ownership info and has been soliciting me via cell phone to sell my house. I have never done business with them and my private cell phone is on the Do Not Call list. I have asked them to remove me from their telemarketing list twice. I would NEVER do business with a company that engages in this kind of sleazy cold calling. Its unwelcome, and when questioned about how they got my info, they just hang up! Really?? The Kimberly Davis Group must be desperate! Get a life.

I have reported the violation to the FTC.I would also like to point out that every single positive review is either an agent working with the Kim Davis Group, (including Kim herself) or is employed by Keller Williams. (Google their names and see for yourself) Without the conflict of interest posts, her overall rating would be 1 star. Talk about a business who doesnt understand any rules! Im sure using her as an agent must be fun!
