In 2019, my wife and I made the decision to Frisco from out of state and was referred to Bret through a mutual friend. This is our second time working with Bret and I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with him.With all the challenges that already come with buying a home, we were first time home buyers, relocating from out of state, and absolutely clueless about the home buying process. Bret not only took the time to walk us through the process from start to finish but was always there to answer our calls, texts, and emails as we couldn’t find enough questions for him to answer. All of our home tours were done virtually and Bret was often the first person to view the homes; he gets on it. My parents wanted to be closer to the grandkids and enlisted Bret to help with their relocation. Given how competitive and wild the housing market is right now our entire family is extremely happy that my parents were able to close on a home in a great neighborhood and just 5 minutes from us. Four exhausting months of near daily home tours, submitting multiple offers, and a few very close battles, I’ve realized just how far Bret is willing to go for his clients. He’s a strong negotiator, great communicator, he’s strategic, and most importantly, he’s always available. Multiple offers and bidding wars are the norm now a days and a winning strategy from just a few months back may not be effective in today’s market. Bret understands this well and was instrumental in devising a strategy for my parents to win their bidding war and all the while staying within their budget. My parents are elated to be moving into their new home and could not have done it without Bret.
