I love this place! Ive been doing CrossFit here for 3 years. I was a complete newbie to CrossFit when I joined. This is the only gym I dont have to drag myself to. Its part of my everyday routine and I love it. If youre looking to challenge yourself mentally and physically AND make some awesome friends, look no further.

Love working out at Crossfit 972. The coaches are amazing and everyone is welcoming. They offer classes at various times of the day and even though I dont have kids, I love that they offer child care services for parents with children while theyre working out.

I can not say enough good about Crossfit972. I came in for the intro session with Juston on a whim and signed up the same day. I have never done CrossFit, am not competitive and am not in good shape. But I wanted to make a change and do something challenging for my health. This is the place! The way they do things here is very special. I am always watched over to make sure I am not overexerting, I never feel like Im on my own. Athletes in my classes tell me they are glad I am there and always encourage me, build me up and make me want to return. They make me want to work harder, be stronger, I want to go to classes as often as I can. Fitness meets family isnt just a tag line or marketing here, its the real deal, and I cant encourage anyone enough to give it a try.

My husband and I dropped in during the holidays for a Saturday group workout. The training coach was amazing. I have never been to a crossfit Gym where the warm up keeps the same movements as the lifting movements later on during the workout ( less injuries) I was really impressed on how she helped us understand the warm up so we could do the lifting later on with weights. She was very informative. She was on point. I felt good. I would work out with them everyday if I did not live in Austin.

I have been coming here for a year. The coaches are all awesome, they will scale workouts to your level and if you have questions they will work one on one with you. I like the varied workouts and the community atmosphere that happens in the WODs, the members cheer each other on. If you are on the fence, this is the place to come try it out!

This is my dojo. Very knowledgable coaches and they constantly push you to better yourself. You always hear about boxes popping up with mediocre coaches that get people hurt, dont know jack, and are very global gym. Crossfit 972 is legit from the staff, the box, programming, and members. If you are looking to start crossfit this is the place.
