I needed a new windshield for my 2017 Ford Mustang. I could not get one anywhere. Jason made it possible. Richard replaced it under my carport. These guys are professional, friendly, helpful and fast. Fair price too. If I need another glass replacement, I know who to call.

Highly recommend! I had been calling around different places getting quotes and these guys were the best priced one! I was able to bring in my car the same morning I called for a quote and only spent a couple hours waiting for a windshield replacement. Everyone’s real nice and will answer any questions you have. They also have a mobile service that will go to your home, but I think you’ll need to schedule a day in advance or so.

If you are looking for a reputable and honest glass repair company this is it! This is a stand up company and I was highly impressed with the reasonable prices, professionalism, & service I received. They came out to replace my front windshield the day I called. I realized over the coming days the windshield sensor wouldn’t turn off. I quickly called them and they came out to take a look. The technician disabled the feature for me until they could order a part and get it fixed. He insured me they would trouble shoot and fix the issue. They ordered a new sensor from the manufacturer and came back out the following day to install it. I spoke to several employees through the process who were ALL helpful and assured me they would get it taken care of. They made sure it was working the day they came to install and kept me informed to made sure I was satisfied along the way. I appreciate the service and the continual support this company provided. Worked well with my insurance company to fix some stone damage to my windshield - basically the insurance company called them and I was walking out of Titan in less than two hours.

I went to them twice since I was so unlucky with my fusion’s windshield that got cracked from the debris and rocks. They provided very high quality repairs at the fair price and they do stand on their brand. Very helpful and friendly staffs. They do even come to your place to replace the glass at anytime!

I called and spoke with Jason at Titan Auto Glass in Plano. The rear window seal in my 1999 F-150 is hanging down below the window on the outside. At Jasons request I sent him a photo and he advised that this was simply foam installed from the factory to prevent vibration and that it was not a problem with the seal and could be safely trimmed off. He could have easily charged me money for replacing what I thought was a broken seal but he was honest and saved me time and money! Thank you, Jason! Jason did a great job replacing the passenger door window on my 2008 Lexus ES350. Communication prior to the appointment was excellent and the repair was done perfectly at a reasonable price. Recommended!Follow-up: I called Jason months after the service to adjust a sensor that had not reset automatically after the window replacement, and I never seemed to have the time to take back to Titan. He took the car in the same day and in 30 minutes had the issue resolved at no charge. I was very impressed with this kind of customer service. Thank you!

I had to get my drivers window replaced due to a pebble causing it to shatter. They were very friendly and worked quick, but I was a disappointed that I had to return to the store later in the day when I realized they had failed to plug back in the plug to power my memory seats. Just a little lack of attention to detail. They fixed the problem quickly and without cost, of course.

Called several places for a new windshield on our BMW 328i and window regulator for BMW X5. Titan Auto glass had the lowest quote for both, and the highest ratings. So I asked a lot of questions and did research on the parts used and service. Owner Adren patiently answered all questions. Everything checked out. Their tech Jaymie came out to do the work. I originally scheduled to have my windshield replaced at 4pm. The day my windshield was scheduled to be replaced I received a call at 8am asking if I could re-schedule the appointment, I said that the 4pm time was set for a reason. We eventually agreed on 1pm, three hours before the time I had scheduled one week in advance. When the technician arrived I backed my car out of my garage and she began working. Once she was done I gave my car a quick look, signed the paperwork and she was on her way. Upon closer inspection I noticed three things. First the technician left a 1/4 inch scratch on the hood of my car near the windshield wipers. Second the technician had cut my dash in two places, the cuts we both about 1/8 inch in length. And finally the technician failed to vacuum my car so there were glass shards on my dash, passenger seat, and passenger floor mats. I called the owner of the business and his only response was that he had never had negative feedback on this particular employee and he would email me some information to get the chip on the hood of my car repaired.Update: The owner emailed me shortly after I posted this review. We are coordinating the repair of the scratch.
