Bill’s Auto Glass of a Plano was awesome!! From the first call for an estimate with Curt to the actual replacement the next day with Hugo (less than 24 hours later), the entire experience was excellent. Curt was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable in helping me to determine if my windshield had any special sensors to consider. Hugo was also friendly and professional, called when he was on his way and again upon arrival, was earlier than the scheduled time (how often is anyone early these days??) and did an amazing job. So I needed just the Windshield Top Molding for my BMW and tried various shops but no luck. Some shops refused to install the molding and some recommended a brand new Windshield that wasnt needed. This was a grrreat service. After calling several places to replace my windshield, I was so lucky to find a person (Curt) who told me they could do it in no time and without any charge if they came to my workplace. The price was fair, I think, and the service excellent. They came promptly at the time wed agreed and the job was top of the line. Hugo worked fast and diligently.

This is the correct company, your tech came back out and fixed the initial install (a clip hadnt been adjusted correctly) Also, the windshield wipers were over wiping, ie, going beyond the windshield and onto the vehicle frame. When we initially contacted your company to say the vehicle had been scratched during the install, the immediate response was NO, couldnt possibly have happened. Bear in mind we werent asking for money or other compensation, just to let you know you may want to consider putting a protective material across the hood before replacing a windshield. Vehicle is only hand washed, so the state of the paint is regularly observed. Your company was selected based on the high google ratings and of course the cost savings. In our particular instance the savings probably werent worth it but it seems as if your company has had excellent result for others. Yay for them.Edit-- They have gotten back in touch. I still have concerns regarding the service but optimistic it may work out.

Not a place special for glass. Dont go there! Reply: That is what I experienced while driving with broken windshield. When you type auto glass in google maps around that area, navigation brings you to empty places. Your place was not empty but the person responsible for the glass was not there and not available for that day.

I had to have my windshield replaced on my 2006 Mazda Tribute. I did a search on the web for an auto glass company in Plano, TX. Bills was one of the first companies to come up on google. When I called to get a windshield quote the owner was very professional & knowledgeable and gave me a great price. They offered free service to my home. The gentleman that came to replace my windshield was very polite and did an excellent job!! I would definitely use Bills Auto Glass for any future jobs and would refer them to friends and family. They also offered a warranty on the installation of the windshield.

The BEST service. Called about a chipped windshield on my 2016 Jeep. They gave me flat price over the phone (no holding) and offerd same day repair option. Scheduled for next day, received text they were on their way to my home, with 30 min ETA. On time, fast, friendly and you cant see the chip, like brand new. The back window on my Nissan Altima 09 was completely shattered during the hail storm last week here in Plano. I called Bills after calling a few places and, Kurt the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful in getting my an appointment the very next day. (Other places I called were taking longer than a week to get out to you.) He set everything up for me at a good price and had Steve his technician come to the parking lot my car was parked at and fix the glass. While vising family over the weekend in Plano, my windshield was hit with something while driving down. The crack on my car glass started minor, but eventually ran about 2 feet. When I arrived at my moms she recommended a local company she had used before for her windshield glass. needless to sat, she was right and they were fantastic.

I called about 7 different places to get a quote, Bills Auto Glass was the lowest AND it was available the same day with no additional mobile fee. I was told someone would be at my house between 2 and 5. The guy showed up at 3 and was done by 3:30. It was the simplest transaction Ive ever had.
