I brought my Dell Laptop in for what i thought was just a screen repair. Unfortunately as tech repair often goes, once inside the computer the Technician found a few other things wrong with the laptop but were able to always offer solutions and made for a good experience. I had a computer crash on me last week. I went to this place for help. They spent a lot of time trying to fix the crashed computer, but it was beyond hope. I bought parts to build a new machine from scratch, and went back to have them build the machine for me. We faced more technical issues during the build, some new pitfalls that I had never experienced before. Raj and Deepak went above and beyond to resolve the build issues, including visiting my shop to troubleshoot, spending probably more than a dozen hours on the build, and making sure everything was resolved. I will definitely go back here for any future computer issues. Also, reasonable prices.

I have been suffering for a few months with a failing battery on my MacBook. The main reason I didn’t get it fixed was how long most places take to fix it - they want to keep it for a week or more. I use it every day for work, so I can’t go without it that long.I called and spoke with Raj; he said he could replace the battery in less than two hours, which he did… incredible!He also spent time talking with me and showed great customer service. He is honest and knowledgeable and just a great person.

Scammer in town. Worst guy to deal with. Doesn’t know anything about computers. This guy goes by Raj or Kay. Real name Prabesh Raj Gnawali. The new guy doesn’t know how business works. Getting fake reviews on google to attract more customers and scam them of their money. He told me that he would wave diagnostics fee if I report his competitors business on google. That’s how he run business.

I brought my laptop in to have the speakers fixed. They ordered the part and replaced them. One speaker still has an issue, but they walked me through the problem and helped me understand it, and did not charge me the full cost of the operation by way of compensation. A1278 MacBook pro was flashing with question mark folder . i bought a 500gb SSD samsung . replaced the cable from HDD to logic board did not do any good . Friendly customer service, but been waiting since thursday 1/21 to get my computer back. Took it in with bent pin on motherboard took 3 days to figure that out since they took forever to call me back, ordered part which arrived and brought it in same day the 21st. Took 2-3 days to install the motherboard, they then tell me power supply isnt enough. 1-2 days more they get new power supply and thermal paste but they say its not turning on like normal. (Every single part of my pc is solid besides my motherboard). 1-2 days later still no solution. Brought it in the 19th as im in a rush for college classes and its the 26th going on the 27th. And it will be $130 + power supply + new motherboard i had to buy and its still not fixed. I literally built the pc from parts in 2-3 days max to do bios and installation. Found out amazon sent me a defective piece and they were trying to find out what was wrong. Repair shouldve been faster, but the work they showed me eventually looks good so far.
