Came across HingePoint while searching for a new SharePoint consultant to help with a project that was behind schedule. I submitted a form through their site and within minutes received a call from a very knowledgeable and professional sales person, Dylan, who scheduled a follow up consultation the following day at 1:30 PM with the CEO, Bryce Finnerty. Nearly everything from that point forward was a JOKE! For starters, the CEO was 20 minutes late to the call because, and I quote its a beautiful day and needed to get a bike ride in while I had some free-time. I thought that was strange but decided to move on with the call and discuss the project anyways, wish I would not have wasted my time. Before I could even finish explaining the entire project, he interrupted and began telling me what all I needed and how they already have solutions in place, but they would require a contract for a minimum of 6 months to complete. When I politely objected to his strategy and questioned why a 6 month commitment was necessary for a project that HingePoint had already developed a solution for, he became disinterested and we ended the conversation basically telling me to call back if I change my mind. Will not be calling back and would be concerned for other businesses that are considering using HingePoint.
